조리종사자의 식자재구매시스템 인지와 비재무적 성과의 영향 관계

This study aims to analyze how the perception of a food purchasing system affects non-financial performance and job satisfaction among the kitchen employees of contract foodservice companies in Taegu·Gyeongbuk area. By a convenience method, 197 copies(85%) out of 230 copies of the questionnaire were used for analysis. For data processing, the SPSS WIN Version 14.0 statistical package program was used and the frequency analysis reliability analysis, factor analysis were conducted so the hypothesis was verified through the multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows: First, the perception of a food purchasing system affected job satisfaction as a whole, which was significant in food ingredients management factors of sub-hypothesis1-2. Second, the perception of a food purchasing system affected non-financial management performance, which was significant in food ingredients management factors of sub-hypothesis2-2, and food ingredients supply and demand factors of sub-hypothesis2-3. Third, job satisfaction affected non-financial management performance of a company as suggested by hypothesis 3. From these results, it was found that kitchen employees` perception of a food purchasing system can induce their positive attitude, which exerts positive effects on business performance.

이야기치료가 상담 및 심리치료에 가져온 변화는 “이야기적 전환” 혹은 “제 3의 물결”이라고 불릴 정도로 커다란 흐름이 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 이야기치료에 관한 해외의 연구동향을 탐색하고, 국내의 다문화 상담 및 심리치료에 주는 시사점 및 향후과제를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 본 연구는 1995년부터 2017년까지 해외에서 발행된 이야기치료에 관한 박사학위 논문 83편을 분석하였다. 연구절차는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내외 관련 연구동향 분석으로부터 분석 준거틀을 기본정보, 연구대상, 연구방법, 프로그램 등의 상위범주 4개와 하위범주 9개로 도출하였다. 둘째, 이러한 분석틀에 근거하여, 선행 연구들의 대체적인 흐름을 빈도와 비율 등의 기초적인 통계로서 제시하였다. 추가적으로 논문의 핵심어 407개에 대한 분석을 통해서 이야기치료연구에 관한 주요 담론을 제시하였다. 셋째, 이상의 이야기치료연구의 현황 및 담론이 국내의 다문화상담 및 심리치료에 주는 시사점과 향후 과제를 제시하였다. The impact that narrative therapy brought to counseling and psychotherapy is called "narrative turn" or "the third wave". The purpose of this study is to explore trends in overseas researches on narrative therapy, and to suggest implications and tasks for multicultural counseling and psychotherapy in Korea. For this purpose, this study analyzed 83 doctoral dissertations on narrative therapy from 1995 to 2017. The research procedure is as follows: First, from the analyses of domestic and international research trends, the analytical criteria were derived as the four categories of basic information, research participants, research methods, and programs, and the nine subcategories. Second, based on the analysis framework, an overview of previous researches was presented as basic statistics such as frequency and rate. In addition, a main discourse on narrative therapy studies was presented through the analysis of 407 keywords. Third, this study suggested the implications and future tasks for multicultural counseling and psychotherapy in Korea.
연구논문 : 약선메뉴품질과 지각된 가치, 고객만족 및 행동의도의 구조적 관계에 대한 연구

본 연구는 이론적 근거에 의한 연구모형 및 6개의 가설을 설정하고 실증분석을 통해 검증한 결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 약선메뉴품질이 지각된 가치에 미치는 영향에서는 정(+)의 유의적인 영향관계를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 약선메뉴품질의 두 요인 중 치료성이 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 것으로 나타났고, 그 다음으로 영양성 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 약선메뉴품질이 고객만족에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향관계를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 약선메뉴품질의 두 요인 중 치료성, 영양성의 순으로 고객만족에 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 약선메뉴품질이 행동의도에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향관계를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 약선메뉴품질의 두 요인 중 치료성, 영양성이 행동의도에 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 가치가 고객만족에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지각된 가치가 행동의도에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 고객만족이 행동의도에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 약선메뉴의 품질에 대한 횡단적인 연구에 머무르게 된 점과 모집단의 선정에 있어서도 영남지역에 한정시킨 점에서 표본의 대표성에 문제점을 야기할 수 있다. This study is the theoretical basis of the study model and empirical analysis of the six sets of hypotheses and verified followings. First, it was found that there was a significant positive influence of herbal menu quality on the perceived value. Treatment and nutrition are the two factors of herbal menu quality and treatment factor showed more influence over nutrition. Second, herbal menu quality did have positive effect on customer satisfaction. As was the case with first, treatment showed more influence over nutrition. Third, it was found that there was a significant positive influence of herbal menu quality on the behavioral intention. Again, treatment showed more influence over nutrition. Forth, perceived value showed significant effect on customer satisfaction. Fifth, perceived value did have a significant effect on behavior intention. Sixth, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on behavior intention. It is the limitation of this study that only cross sectional study was taken place for this test and samples were limited within Youngnam provincial district.
경주지역 여자대학생의 주거형태에 따른 건강생활태도 및 식습관에 대한 연구

The aim of this study was to compare the dietary patterns and behaviors of female university students according to their type of residence. The subjects consisted of 369 female students from the Gyeongju area. This cross-sectional survey was conducted using a self-administered questionnaire. The SPSS 14.0 statistical package was used for the data analysis. The results are as follows: the height and weight means were 162.7±4.6 cm and 53.9±6.7 kg respectively. For BMI, 44.2% of the subjects were with in the normal (18.5-23) and 49.1% were underweight and 6.2% were overweight. In terms of alcohol consumption, 78.9% of the subjects consumed alcoholic beverages, and there was no significant difference by the type of residence However, for drink proportion and the preferred type of alcoholic drink there were significant differences by the type of residence (p<0.001). Third, for smoking status and the intention of quitting smoking there were significant differences by the type of residence (p<0.000, p<0.05 respectively). Also, for exercise regularity and preference as well as food preference and taste, there were again significant differences by the type of residence (p<0.001). Finally, in terms of breakfast intake and kinds of foods eaten at breakfast significant differences were found by the type of residence (p<0.01).
