        미용종사자의 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 서비스품질에 미치는 영향

        In today’s fast-changing society, as peoples’ quality of lives are improving and their drive for beauty increasing, the beauty industry must continuously adapt to the environment of the business management according to the currents of the time. Hence, it is necessary for the beauty industry to have beauty professionals capable of providing quality service and to implement effective management of such workforce. Accordingly, this study defines the concept of empowerment, job satisfaction, and service quality of beauty professionals and aims to provide basic data necessary for workforce management of beauty professionals and the establishment of beauty marketing strategies through an empirical investigation on how empowerment influences job satisfaction and service quality. According to the results from investigating the effects of empowerment on interpersonal satisfaction, work satisfaction, role self-esteem, satisfaction for welfare level and salary level, capacity factor showed a positive effect on all job satisfaction factors, whereas motivation factor showed a positive effect on interpersonal satisfaction, work satisfaction, role self-esteem, satisfaction for welfare level and job environment, but a negative effect on salary level alone. Examining the effects of empowerment on receiving customers, providing information, facilitating service, and confidence in service, results indicated that both capacity and motivation factors have positive effects on all service quality factors. As for the effects of job satisfaction on service quality, study results showed that job satisfaction factors have a positive effect on service quality factors. In conclusion, in order to respond to the changing environment in the management of beauty industry and to satisfy the diverse needs of the customers, it is necessary to implement effective workforce management that will make quality service a reality and to have the beauty professionals make efforts to improve their work skills to heighten their motivation and capacity for their job.

        가격표시제도와 가격공정성이 지각가치와 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 성별에 따른 미용서비스 가격표시제도와 가격공정성이 지각가치와 구매의도관계를 파악하고 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아봄으로써, 이를 통해 가격표시제도를 실행하는데 있어 미용산업의 시장 활성화를 위한 마케팅전략을 수립하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 전체적인 연구의 주된 범위는 가격표시, 공정성에 대한 구매의도에 관한 분석이다. 연구방법은 선행연구 및 관련서적의 문헌을 고찰하였고, 실증적 자료를 위한 설문지를 구성하여 분석하였다. 자료수집은 서울·경기지역에 미용실서비스를 이용하는 남녀를 대상으로 최종 577부의 설문지를 SPSS 16.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상의 인구통계학적 특성을 알아본 결과 83%가 20대에서 40대로 나타났으며 여성의 비율이75.6%로 나타났다. 결혼여부는 미혼이 50.4%로 나타났고, 최종학력은 고졸이하가 41.8%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 직업은 학생이 26.3%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 월평균 총 수입의 경우 100만원에서 200만원 미만이 전체의 55.6%로 나타났다. 둘째, 미용서비스 가격표시제도, 가격공정성, 지각가치의 차원을 알아본 결과, 가격표시제도는 가격효과, 효율, 신뢰, 인지의 4가지 요인, 가격공정성은 공정한시술가격, 공정한지불가격, 저렴한지불가격의 3가지 요인, 지각가치는 상품지각, 시설지각의 2가지 요인으로 도출되었다. 셋째, 성별에 따른 가격표시제도와 가격공정성이 지각가치에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 가격표시제도가 지각가치에 미치는 영향은 여자의 경우에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가격공정성이 지각가치에 미치는 영향에서 상품지각은 여자가 남자보다 상대적으로 높게 나타났고, 시설지각은 반대로 남자가 여자보다 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 성별에 따른 가격표시제도와 가격공정성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 알아본결과, 가격표시제도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향은 여자의 경우에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가격공정성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향은 여자가 남자보다 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 성별에 따른 지각가치가 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 남자가 여자보다 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로, 가격에 대한 민감한 수요시장을 체계적인 연구를 통해 가격표시제도의 활성화와 함께 미용산업의 발전방향에 도움이 될 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study is based on gender labeling beauty services price fairness and perceived value and purchase price is to determine the relationship by looking out for any impact, allowing it to run the show system enabled the market for the beauty industry marketing strategies which have the purpose of this study. Price displayed in the main scope of the overall research and fairness on purchase intention for the analysis. Previous studies and related research methods was investigated, and the literature of the book, empirical data were analyzed by constructing a questionnaire for. Data collection is Seoul, matches region of man and used to target Salon Services end 577 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS 16.0, and the results are as follows. First, the demographic characteristics of the survey about 83% of this result as 20 to 40 showed the percentage of women and 75.6%, respectively. Second, price labeling beauty services, fair prices, find the dimensions of perceived value of this result, the price displayed is the price system effectiveness, efficiency, trust, and whether the four factors, the price is fair treatment fair price, fair payment price, low pay the price of the three factors, perceived value of the product perception, perception of the facility was drawn to two factors. Third, gender equity prices and price display system to examine the effects of the perceived value of this result, the price impact of labeling on the perceived value of a woman only showed a significant influence, perceived value of equity prices impact on the perception of the product is relatively higher for women than men appeared, in contrast, the perception is relatively higher in men than in women. Fourth, gender equity purchase price and price display system is to examine the effects of this result, the purchase price display system is the effect of a woman``s only appeared to affect significantly, the price is fair Purchase impact of relatively higher in women than men. Finally, gender is perceived worth buying to examine the effects of this result, relatively higher in men than in women. As a result, the demand for the price-sensitive market prices through a systematic study of the activated display system with the development of the beauty industry can be a direction to seek help should be considered.

        헤어디자이너의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입이 직무성과 ㆍ 이직고려에 미치는 영향

        The development of beauty industry is being accelerated for world being various and information-flooded so that many companies have plunged into this field competitively. We have to make our salon grow by enlightening staffs and their capacity for handling many work error with customer. For this, it is mandatory for staffs to have empowerment which has free will for making decisions among them. This study investigated that empowerment of hair designer and the notion of organization absorbtion and how these relationship works in the organization effectiveness. It'll be the basis of what we can find a way to study and develop beauty industry as well as it’ll be the radical data. On the outcome that how empowerment works performance at work and job-changing, it is shown that self-capacity and motivation actively affect work performance but only motivation passively shows effects of job-changing. On the outcome that how organization absorbtion affect work performance and job-changing, emotional focus positively affect work performance and conventional, emotional absorbtion negatively affect job-changing. On the result in what empowerment has an effect on organization absorbtion, self-capacity and motivation actively affect emotional absorbtion. In the long run, we need to have management system that we are able to offer customers better service by imposing power to staffs to make them focus on work in the moment and make them get used to the work environment. We can induce the huge development of salon and amount the revenue when we motivate and educate staffs for the growth of their rising-efficiency of performance.

        빗살무늬토기의 문양을 이용한 펌 디자인 연구

        In the rapidly changing modern society, the design of Korean patterns is applied in diverse fields and re-interpreted and its subsequent research on practical and creative design using such patterns are being briskly done. Thus, this researcher is intending to do a perm design using the geometric and abstract patterns manifested in toothcomb pattern earthenware which is an index relic typical of the Neolithic age. This research looked into the concept of toothcomb pattern earthenware and characteristic of its patterns, and looked at the concept of perm design, and sorts of perm winding patterns, on the basis of which, this research made the perm design created by applying toothcomb pattern earthenware into the tree works together with the explanations. Produced three works of perm design using the motif of Jari pattern, lattice pattern, horizontal straight line pattern and brain pattern. Research results are as follows. First, the result showed that work 1 can create a good effect on the perm of customers who don't want form any volume on the back and side, but a little volume on the top while Work 2 can create an effect of giving cute and lively feeling by dint of elasticity, richness and volume; in addition, Work 3 was found to have an effect of giving natural also elegant feelings by strewing volume on natural curl. By conducing the procedures of the three perm designs, this research was able to draw perm effect. With the application of the three designs to actual perms, this researcher was able to draw diverse designs by grafting the traditional patterns in the past onto design, Through such a process, this researcher reached a conclusion that there needs to be incessant research works that can provide the beauty treatment industrial sites with diverse motives, and that can draw originative ideas later

        청소년의 뷰티관심도와 정보관심이 뷰티관리행동에 미치는 영향

        In the information-oriented era, adolescents are having more keen senses to act to manage themselves about beauty with ample information since they got interested in various ways and figures of it. For this, this study is aimed at offering basic data of beauty industry by understanding the needs of young people, future prospective customers. Also this clarifies how the interest and information about beauty affect the activities of managing their beauty. All of these were used in final analysis and following is the result from the study. And here`s the outcome of the reality of what subjects are using beauty information. They normally use free time to search information, under 30 minutes a time, skin is the highest part. When they search the information, most of the time they use googling. Then, when they make a decision about what they googled, they normally ask friend, company, or family. Above the outcome of what the interest to information affects the activities of managing beauty, the interest influences passively hair, makeup, skin, food, nail, and special managing. All in all, making adolescents, future customer, exposed to information of beauty like blogs, SNS kind of contents. It will help us estimate their needs and eventually make our industry boosted.

        This study attributes the salon stores any affect on building trust by looking out how through which personal characteristics examined in detail the characteristics and beauty salon competitive properties in the community to meet each store and a hair salon using basic materials that can survive is aimed to present. Data collection using the Chungcheong area salon services targeting women the final 485 questionnaires analyzed using SPSS 16,0 statistics program and the results are as follows. First, find the dimensions of this results in the formation of trust and re- visit / word-of-mouth intention, service satisfaction , environmental satisfaction consisted of a store, the second, and a hair salon in the formation of the trust store properties determine the effect of this result, all relationships were defined . Third, by type of salon , hair salon building trust store properties were compared to the effects of the re- visit / word-of-mouth intention, service satisfaction store environment, both personal satisfaction of the store and a hair salon franchise beauty salon was higher than the relative. Fourth , by size of salon hair salon building trust store properties were compared to the effects of the revisit / word of mouth is also a small hair salon hair salon medium was higher than the relative , service satisfaction , store environment, a small hair salon medium satisfy relatively higher than the large salon. In conclusion, the cosmetic nature of the service industry than in other industries, the importance of human factors are large, substantial transactions in relation to customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to increase the trust-based relationships with customers is the most important factor in the formation and stores environment, atmosphere and positive insight, would be to increase the trust is considered.

        미용사의 여가활동 인지 유형에 따른 근무형태와 여가실태

        This study aims to present more efficient ways of leisure activities of hairdressers, to find out the type of work and leisure status according to the cognitive type of leisure activities of hairdressers. The survey was carried out for 235 questionnaires from hairdressers working in Seoul Province and analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 statistical program. Results are as follows: First, as the search result of demographic characteristics of research subjects, the most of them are unmarried women in their twenties with average monthly income of less than 1 million won (about $1,000) and academic background in or of junior college. Second, as the search result of research subjects' type of work, they were employees who work for hair salons more than a medium-sized with more than 6 staffs, working for 10 to 12 hours, the average day off holidays in a month were four the most. Third, as the search result of research subjects' level of cognitive of leisure activities, three factors have been identified for mentally stable, self-development and knowledge expansion. Fourth, as the search result of research subjects' cognitive type of leisure activities, they were classified into three groups: indifferents, self-development and emotional stability. Fifth, as the search result of research subjects' difference of type of work with the cognitive type of leisure activities, the results showed a significant difference in the average monthly income. Sixth, as the search result of research subjects' difference of leisure status with the cognitive type of leisure activities. According to the results of study, the cognitive type of leisure activities are as follows: First, induce the participation of indifferents to the leisure education program. Second, let the group of self-development have a chance to get some physical and mental rest with leisure. Third, let the group of emotional stability have a chance to utilize the opportunity of acquiring knowledge and education to promote the development of their own with leisure. Through this way, wishing all hairdressers enjoy a rewarding and efficient leisure for their better quality of life.

        미용서비스 종사자의 웰니스가 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to encourage right recognition and to suggest efficient methods that provide willingness and energy to life. To this end, the study empirically explored with workers in beauty service on how wellness affects subjective happiness. The study results are as follows. First, From demographical characteristic of subjects, unmarried women in their twenties and thirties who are current students or graduated from college or university were most. Second, From working form of subjects, workers with these conditions were most-daily working time of 8 hours to less than 10, over one year to less than three years career in franchise beauty salon, and designer with career over three years. Third, From influences of wellness on subjective happiness, in the achievement factor compared to others and positive satisfaction factor, there was negative relationship in internal attribution factor. In negative anxiety factor and helpless factor on aging, there were negative relationship in positive emotion factor, self-development and taking medicine instruction factor. In satisfaction factor in old age, there were negative relationship in control of food, service for society, and negative emotion factor but there was partially positive factor among wellness factors. In conclusion, it is suggested that for efficient management of human resources and service in high quality in beauty industry, wellness program considering physical fatigue, mental stress, and lack of leisure life for workers in beauty service is improved.

        미용실의 고객 불평행동이 종사원의 직무스트레스와 직무몰입에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 미용실서비스를 이용하는 고객의 불평행동에 따라 종사자의 직무스트레스와 직업몰입관계를 파악하고 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아봄으로써, 이를 통해 미용실 종사자의 적절한 불평처리 스트레스 대처방안과 대응전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 자료 수집은 서울.경기지역에 종사하는 미용사를 대상으로 최종 527부의 설문지를 SPSS 16,0을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상의 인구통계학적 특성을 알아본 결과, 전문대 재학/졸업의 학력과 월 평균 100만원에 300만원 미만의 소득을 가진 20-30대 미혼 여성이었다. 둘째, 조사대상의 직업 관련 특성을 알아본 결과, 11명 이상이 근무하는 프랜차이즈 미용실에서 근무하는 디자이너(3년 이상)와 스텝들이었고, 근무시간은 8시간에서 12시간 미만, 월 휴일 수는 4회, 급여형태는 기본급보장+인센티브가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 고객 불평행동, 직무스트레스, 직무몰입의 차원을 알아본 결과, 고객 불평행동은 공적, 간접적, 행동적 불평행동의 3가지 요인, 직무스트레스는 외적, 내적 스트레스의 2가지 요인, 직무몰입은 내재적 동기, 직무만족의 2가지 요인으로 도출되었다. 넷째, 미용실의 고객 불평행동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 공적, 행동적, 간접적 불평행동 요인이 높아질수록 외적, 내적 스트레스 요인도 높아지는 정의 관계를 보였다. 다섯째, 미용실의 고객 불평행동이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 행동적 불평행동 요인이 높아질수록 내재적 동기 요인이 낮아지는 부의 관계를 보였고, 간접적 불평행동 요인이 높아질수록 직무만족 요인이 낮아지는 부의 관계를 보였다. 여섯째, 직무스트레스가 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 외적 스트레스 요인이 높아질수록 내재적 동기 요인이 낮아지는 부의 관계를 보였다. 결론적으로, 미용실 내에서 일어나는 고객들의 불평행동 처리에 대한 대처방안과 미용실 종사자의 직무 스트레스를 줄이고 직무몰입에 도움이 될 수 있는 방안을 향상시켜야 할 것으로 사료된다. In this study, using a salon service behavior based on customer complaints Job stress and occupational commitment of employees to identify any relationship to find out by looking at impact, through the appropriate complaint handling salon workers coping strategies for ways to cope with purpose. Data Collection in Seoul and Gyeonggi area hairdresser who is engaged to the end of 527 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 16,0, and the results are as follows. First, the demographic characteristics of survey results to know this, Vocational school /graduate education and the average monthly income of less than 3,000,000 won to 1,000,000 won 20-30 with unmarried women. Second, the work-related properties were surveyed showed that more than 11 people working for a designer working in a hair salon franchise (over 3 years) and was a step in the working hours of less than 8 to 12 hours a month is 4 holiday times, guaranteed base salary+benefits form is the most common incentives. Third, customer complaint behavior, job stress, job involvement to know the dimensions of this result, customer complaints of public behavior, indirect, and behavioral factors of the three complaining behavior, job stress is external, internal stress two factors, job involvement is intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction was derived by two factors. Fourth, the salon`s customer complaint behavior is to examine the effects of job stress in this result, achievement, action, indirect action complaint higher external factors, internal factors also increase stress defined correlation. Fifth, the salon`s customer complaint behavior is to examine the effects of job involvement showed that behavioral factors, the higher the complaining behavior is lowered intrinsic motivation showed negative relationship, the higher the indirect complaints behavioral factors decreasing job satisfaction factors showed a negative relationship. Sixth, job stress is to examine the effects of job involvement showed that the higher the external stress factors, intrinsic motivation is lowered negative correlation. In conclusion, the salon complaining behavior occurring in the treatment of customers and salon professionals for countermeasures to reduce job stress on job involvement can be helpful, you need to improve methods considered.

        미용 기업의 CRM 구성요인이 고객만족 및 재방문 의도 간에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This research aims not only to enhance the reliability of the results compared to the existing studies in Beauty Company's CRM, but also to find out the influences that CRM elements have on customer satisfaction and re-visit. The study on the CRM elements, customer satisfaction and re-visit were empirically tested. The results are as follows: First, CRM elements influence customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction influence re-visit intention. The research result to have proved the hypothesis by experiment is as the result of having analysed the Beauty Company's CRM elements influence relations on customer satisfaction and re-visit intention.
