식이처방이 축구선수의 경기 전·후 신체구성, 글루코스 및 피로관련 변인에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of diet prescription on body composition, glucose and fatigue substance of soccer player of before and after game. The subjects for this study were twenty-one K technical high school soccer players which were divided into three groups. After measured before and after the game, body composition, glucose and fatigue substance were analysed. In conclusion, this study showed that the change of body water, muscle mass, lean body mass, glucose and lactic acid before and after game was influenced by diet prescription. but the change of body weight, fat mass, LDH and ammonia was not influenced by diet prescription. Diet prescription for soccer players is effective in HCD which produces less lactic acid and it is considered that supply of water is also important.
태권도선수의 단기간 체중감량이 체력과 혈중 전해질 농도에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate whether the short-term weight loss had an effect on physical fitness and blood electrolytes in high school Taekwondo players. Sixteen subjects were selected by intentional sampling method, and divided into two groups of eight, test group and control group. All the subjects physical fitness and blood electrolytes before and after weight loss. Test group had to lose their weight by 5% for 6 days. Control group didn`t have to lose their weight. After 6 day, both group members` physical fitness and blood electrolytes density were measured. The results of the test are as following; 1. In the change of physical fitness before and after weight loss, there was significant decreased in muscle endurance of test group. 2. In the change of blood electrolytes density before and after weight loss, there was significant increased on Na^+, K^+, Cl^-, Mg^++ and so on. The results of this study suggest that the Taekwondo players short term weight loss more than 5% in their weight is possibility that decreaing of muscle endurance, unbalance of water and acid-base has a negative influence on their health and game. But because of contrary conclusion It is necessary that we must achieve continuative study.
고등학교 태권도선수의 단기간 체중감량이 신체조성과 혈증지질에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate how the short-term weight loss had an effect on body composition and blood lipid in high school Taekwondo players. Sixteen subjects were divided into 2 groups selected by the intended sampling method : (a) 8 not lost and (b) the other 8 lost more than 5% in their weight. They had reduced above 5% in their weight for 6 days and compared with body composition assessment, blood test and change of body strength before and after weight loss. The conclusion of this study follows as below : 1. In the change of body composition before and after weight loss, there was more noticeable reduction in body weight, body water volume, muscle mass, LBM(lean body mass) and BMI(body mass index) of the group lost above 5% than the group not lost in their weight 2. There was no significant difference in both groups before and after weight loss in the change of blood lipid. But the group lost more than 5% in its weight presented the increase for T-C and TG levels and the decrease for HDL-C and LDL-C ratio. The results of this study indicate that the Taekwondo players short term weight loss more than 5% in their weight not only decrease lean body mass and physical performance by weak body strength but also has a bad influence on their health in the long term. Therefore both athletes and coaches should endeaver to conduct more scientific weight loss plan on the basis long term period.
고탄수화물식이와 고지방식이가 축구선수의 경기 전, 후 혈중지질 및 호르몬에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of high carbohydrate diet and high fat diet on serum lipids and hormone of soccer player of before and after game. The subjects for this study were twenty-one K high school soccer players who were divided into three groups : a normal diet group (n = 7, NOD), high carbohydrate diet group (n = 7, HCD) and a high fat diet group (n = 7, HFD). They accomplished NOD(20% : 20% : 60%, 3,756 ㎉/day), HCD (15%: 10%: 75%, 3,765 ㎉/day) and HFD (20%: 40%: 40%, 3,776 ㎉/day) for three days before the game. The diet of experiment day in all groups was accomplished 2 h 30 min before the game, and warming-up was 30 min, match time first half 40 min, rest time 10 min and second half 40 min, After measured before and after the game, serum lipids and hormone were analysed. In conclusion, this study showed that the change of HDL-C, glucose, insulin and glucagon before and after game was influenced by diet composition, but the change of LDL-C was not influenced by diet composition. Though the increase and decrease of lipid in HCD tend to show pattern like the other diets, it is assumed that no meaningful difference among groups is related to the increase of glucose and the decrease of insuline.
장기간의 수영운동이 비만중년여성의 체조성 및 렙틴 호르몬에 미치는 영향

The aims of this study is to evaluate the effects of regular swimming exercise on body composition and leptin in obese middle-aged women. In this study, swimming (HRmax 50-75%, 60 min/day, 5 day/week) was performed and 18 subjects were participated for study during 12 weeks, They were divided into two groups, one group as experimental group (n = 9) and the other as control group (n=9). Analytical items were body weight, % body fat, fat mass, BMI and leptin. All data were expressed as mean±standard deviation by using SPSS package program (win 9.0), independent and paired t-test was used to analyze the difference of the pre and post treatment between groups. For all statistics performed statistical significance was set at p<.05. After swimming training, body weight, % body fat, fat mass and BMI were significantly decreased, 2.99 ㎏, 3.86%, 3.39 ㎏, 1.19 ㎏/㎡ (P<.05), respectively. We found that the concentration of leptin was significantly reduced after treatment (4.70 ng/㎖, P<.01). It is concluded that swimming training for 12 weeks affects the body composition and leptin in obese middle-aged women. We recommend that regular swimming training is good for health, in particular prevention and treatment against obesity.

Through the literature study of the effects on the growth hormone metabolic of exercises, we had a conclusion as follows: 1.During exercises, growth hormone secretion has a variable of exercise Intensity and time, secretion threshold of growth hormone by exercises has a constant latency period of 15∼20 minutes after beginning exercise, and growth hormone secretion reacher to maximum after 30 minutes of the maximum exercises. 2.There are more or less differences of time, but amount of secretion of the growth hormone is shown to be similar according to the gender. 3.Injection of the growth hormone to the elders is shown to be most effective in the case of accompanied with exercises. 4.Because exercises causes the natural secretion of the growth hormone and the metabolic, the constant exercises are needed regardless of ages.
레슬링선수들의 체중감량에 따른 섭취열량과 신체조성의 변화

This study was to find out calorie intake and body composition changes in accordance with weight loss of wrestlers. The wrestlers were divided three groups : no weight loss groups, 5∼7% weight loss group and over 7% weight loss group. And they were observed three : before weight loss, at measuring weight and before games. The following are the conclusion of this study: 1.The changes of calorie intake 1) Before weight loss, the percentage of the daily intake to the daily energy expenditure was 57.7% for the no weight loss group, 47.2% for the 5%∼7% weight loss group and 53.7% for the over 7% weight loss group. 2) The calorie intake of each group per meal: the no weight loss group intake 1,118kcal before weight loss, 760.9kcal before weight measurement and 1026.8kcal from after weight measurement to before games, and the 5∼7% weight loss group intake 955.4kcal before weight loss, 483.1kcal before weigh measurement and 880.4kcal from after weight measurement to before games, and the over 7% weight intake 959.3kcal before weight loss, 339.4kcal before weight measurement and 872.7kcal from after weight measurement to before games. 3) The ratios of calorie intake(protein : fat : glucose) : the no weight loss group showed 16.7∼35.1% : 20.8∼23.8% : 44.1∼60%, the 5∼7% weight loss group showed 15.5∼26.6% : 22.2∼23.7% : 50.6∼62.3% and the over 7% weight loss group showed 15.0∼30.2% : 19.6∼27,6% : 50.7∼59 4%. 2.The changes in body composition 1) After weight loss, weight and BMI changes in accordance with weight loss among groups showed meaningful differences in all circumstances : weight, before games versus at measuring weight and before weight loss versus before games.(p≤.001) 2) In the changes of total body water, protein, mineral, fat mass and %fat in accordance with weight loss among groups, when we compared those of before games with those of at measuring weight, we found that the over 7% weight loss group showed a meaningful increase over the no weight loss group.(p≤0.5) 3) In the changes within groups, though we found no meaningful difference, total body water, protein and mineral of before games were less than those of before weight loss, and fat mass and %fat of before games were higher than those of before weight loss. According to the results of this study, the wrestlers lost their weights intensively in three days before games by eating less and when lean body mass was restored, the level was lower than before weight loss. Therefore, these results intake the weakness of exercise capacity, long-term weight loss plan is more helpful than short-term weight loss, and for the enhancement of exercise capacity systematic plan and training of the weigh loss should be done.
