신속교통신호제어를 위한 그 최적주기에 있어서의 외란의 영향

많은 검지방식중 어떠한 방식에 의하든 간에 교통류에 관한 정보수집이 선행되어야하고, 그 다음에 정상주기방식이든 전술제어등 비정주기방식이든 간에 교통신호등의 신속제어시에 그 최적신호주기설정을 전제로 하고서 신호주기에 포함되어 있는 발진지연현상에 관하여 분석검토치 않으면 안된다. 선상에서 차의 속도별 및 앞뒤차간의 간격등으로 분포교통량의 개개가 일률적인 인자라 볼 수 없는 것은 사실이나 좀더 구체적으로 그 요인을 제어공학적 해석방법으로써 분석하여 이들을 각각 외란들로 간주하고 나아가 합성외란을 입력과 출력의 차인 오차로 간주했다. 외란은 시간의 함수이므로 첫째 환경조건으로써 도로의 상태 및 기후, 둘째 차량자체의 구조 및 성능으로부터 오는것, 세째 운전자(입간)의 정신적 신체적조건등으로 구분하여 검토하고 본논문은 기존환경조건을 최대로 활용하는 견지에서 첫째의 경우를 일정하다고 보고, 다만 차와 운전자에 대한것만 요인으로 취하였다. 안정화 대책으로써 오차요소별 최소화를 시도했으며, 그 결과 신원최적제어주기설정을 위한 방안이 구체적으로 제시되었고, 주로 외란의 요인을 제거하므로써 최적제어가 가능케됨을 입증해주고 있다. The most important thing in locating disturbances in optimal rapid traffic singnal control is to collect information cocerning toraffit flow by means of a detection method. In order to set up an optimal traffic singnal period, the analysis of a delay time phenomena in the signal period must also be considered. In fact, each of the distributed traffic quantities on the road are not similar factors in view of speeds and distances of succeeding cars. The causing factors are analyzed by the method of control engineering analysis, and they are coincident with disturbance. Thus distubances cause errors. Distubances are fuctions of time, and are classified into three conditions: Natural road state and weather are the first. The second is structures and function of vehicles, and the third is inducedbydrivers. This thesis deals with the last two cases except the first one for maximum utilization of the existing road state and weather conditions. The first condition remains constant, and then there exist some relations between vehicles and drivers. In the long run, it can be shown that the scheme for minimizing whole errors in the optimal traffic signal time setting is definitely presented.

This paper describes the commutation current and ignition angle of current which occures in the combination of silicon rectifier with synchronous generator when the constants of rectifier circuits parameters are changed. This is precisely accomplished by setting-up the analog computer with voltage generating circuits and non-linear elements circuits. When the characteristics of rectification are properly selected in the simulation, this method is able to extend to the connection of SCR and electric machinery. We also expect that this method is helpful to the investigation of characteristics, and design of alternating exciters, self-excited synchronous generators instead of D-C machines.

교통신호의 자동최적점제어를 위한 마이크로파 FM-CW 검지계통에 관한 연구

An automatic point traffic control method is recommended for more idealistic traffic flow over coarse road netowrks. The automatic control apparatus recommended, consists of a transceiver, amplifier, digital-to-analog converter, signal light controller for emergency and steady state, and digital counter as monitor. The transmitter sends a signal to the target vy means of Microwave-FM-CW and a diode detector picks up the echo signal. Thus the operation of the entire system will be carried out through an open loop state. Some factors necessary for an ideal detector system are rapid response, longevity and stability. An analytical method of the Doppler effect substitutes the conventional frequency deviation into the amplitude of detector output. The changing rate of amplitude is proportional to the voltage of the detector output. Some induced formula from Maxwell's radiation field theory ensures this new method, and, new method, and proves the fact with an experimental data presentation. Stability depends upon Klystron as an oscillator and a diode as a detector. the transceiver installation affects on the response and sensitivity of the system. In accordance with the detector output, several targets are easily classified by amplitudes on the scope. The traffic flow, i.e., target movement which is analyzed by the amplitude method, is shown through the scope and indicates it on the digital counter. The best efficiency for the amplitude analysis can be attained through use of an antenna having the highest sensitivity.

A new approach to the maneuvering target tracking problem is proposed. Its basic concept is to take the maneuver variable from the measurements. Tracking scheme based on the Kalman filter estimates the maneuver varieble from the residual and uses the estimates to update the Kalman filter. The estimation process is independent of target types and a model of the maneuver characteristics. All the filtering algorithms are processed in polor coordinate. Simulation results are presented and compared to that of the extended Kalman filter.
