        수온과 염분이 참전복, Haliotis discuss hannai의 혈림프액 성상과 유리아미노산 조성에 미치는 영향

        Glucose was continuously increased as time was elapsed under the temperature at 6℃ and 4℃. NH<sub>3</sub> was significantly increased at 4℃. AST was increased as temperature and salinity were decreased which indicated that it was affected by temperature, salinity and interaction of temperature×salinity. ALT was significantly increased as temperature was decreased. Free amino acid contents, excluding aspartic acid, threonine, serine and glycine were increased as temperature was decreased. This decreasing tendency was also observed when salinity was decreased. Taurine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid and arginine were significantly increased as salinity was decreased, while glycine, alanine, methionine, tyrosine, and histidine were decreased as salinity was decreased. The result of this study suggested that transport condition to minimize the stress is considered in the range of 30~34 psu, 8~10℃.

        변형률-수명 평가기법을 이용한 Al/CFRP 하이브리드 적층 복합재의 피로수명 측정

        Hybrid laminated Al/carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) composites are attracting considerable attention from industries such as aerospace and automobiles owing to their excellent specific strength and specific rigidity. However, when this material is used to fabricate high-pressure fuel storage containers subjected to repeated fatigue loads, fatigue life evaluation for the working load is regulated as an important criterion for operational safety and ease of maintenance. Among the existing evaluation methods for these vessels, the burst test and the hydraulic repeat test require expensive facilities. Thus, the present study aims to develop an improved fatigue life test for Al/CFRP laminated hybrid composites. The test specimen was manufactured using a curved mold considering the shape of a type III high-pressure storage container. The strain-life method was used for fatigue life evaluation, and the life was predicted based on the transition life. The results indicate that the more complex the CFRP stacking sequence, the longer is the transition life. This test method is expected to be useful for ensuring the fatigue safety and economy of hybrid laminate composites.

        참전복(Haliotis discus hannai)의 장거리 수송을 위한 적정 수온 및 염분 조건 탐색

        This study was carried out to investigate the stress response of pacific abalone exposed to various water temperatures (4, 6, 8, and 10℃) and salinities (26, 30, and 34 psu) for 7 days, with the aim of finding optimum conditions for long-distance ocean transport of pacific abalone. At the end of the experiments, the survival rate was ranged from 98.7~100% at 8 and 10℃ but dropped to 25~55% at 4℃ in all salinity levels. The levels of SOD and glutathione in hemolymph were significantly higher at 4 and 6℃ than the control in all salinity groups, indicating that these temperatures induce severe stress in pacific abalone. It was found that THC was lowest at 6℃ in the 26 psu groups. The study showed that the hemocyte of pacific abalone populations mostly consisted of blast-like cells and hyalinocytes with the ratio of hyalinocytes being significantly lower at 4 and 6℃ than the other temperatures in the 26 psu groups. Percentages of apoptotic cells and necrotic cells were higher in the 26 psu group and 4 and 6℃ temperature groups. These results explicit that pacific abalone was exposed to greater stress at 26 psu and at 4 and 6℃ but experienced no significant higher stress at 30 and 34 psu and 8 and 10℃. It was therefore concluded that the optimum temperature and salinity for the long distance transport of pacific abalone range from 8~10℃ and 30~34 psu, respectively.

      • FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator)를 이용한 전동차 화재감지 시뮬레이션

        철도차량 기술기준에 의거 화재위험이 있다고 판단되는 차량의 구획공간에는 화재감지기가 설치되어야 한다. 이에 따라서 철도차량의 객실 천정 부에는 열·연기 복합 화재감지기가 설치되며 이는 지정된 연기 농도(15%/m)와 온도(65℃)조건에서 화재 상황임을 인지하여 감지신호를 송출한다. 이때 해당 구획공간 내 감지기 수량과 배치 등의 설계변수가 화재감지 응답속도에 영향을 주는 인자로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator) 해석 툴을 이용하여 화재성장을 모사하고 설정된 감지기 수량과 배치 조건에서 감지 응답속도를 예측하고자 하며 이를 통해 해당 설계 타당성과 전동차 화재감지성능을 검토하였다. Fire detector shall be equipped within a confined area which may lead to risk of fire in accordance with the Technical Specifications for Urban Railway Vehicles (KTRS-VE-Part51). As per this technical guidelines, heat and smoke detector are considered generally to the vehicle design to perceive the fire occurring at the condition of pre-determined temperature (65℃) and smoke concentration (15%/m). In considering fire detection design, parameters such as amount of detectors and its arrangement deemed to be main factors could affect on detecting promptness. The aim of this study is to review the parameter adequacy for fire detection design by simulating the fire growth and detection time for the typical urban railway vehicle by using of FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator)

      • 요즘 애들을 위한 기독교교육의 방향: MZ세대를 중심으로

        본 논문은 MZ세대를 중심으로 요즘 애들을 위한 기독교교육의 방향에 관한 고찰이다. 최근 요즘 애들은 정치적, 경제적, 사회문화적 영역에서 큰 영향력을 끼치고 있다. 이에 요즘 애들에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 연구자는 개별성을 추구하는 세대, 다층적 소통을 강조하는 세대, ‘왜?’라고 질문하는 세대로 요즘 애들의 특성을 규정짓는다. 또한 요즘 애들을 위한 신앙교육의 방향으로 개방성, 환대, 경계의 속성을 가진 하나님의 품을 제안할 것이다. 더욱이 하나님의 품이 되는 신앙공동체는 개별성을 추구하는 세대를 위한 개별맞춤형 신앙교육, 다층적 소통을 강조하는 세대를 위한 공감과 소통의 신앙교육, ‘왜?’라고 질문하는 세대를 위한 목적 지향적 신앙교육을 제언할 것이다. This article explores the direction of Christian education for young people these days, focusing on the MZ generation. Recently, young people have been exerting great influence in the fields of politics, economy, and social culture. Therefore, it is necessary to understand young people today. I define the characteristics of young people these days as a generation that pursues individuality, a generation that emphasizes multi-layered communication, and a generation that asks why. Moreover, I will propose the arms of God with the attributes of openness, hospitality, and boundary in the direction of faith education for young people these days. Also, the faith community as the arms of God aims to provide individual customized faith education for the generation seeking individuality, faith education for compassion and communication for the generation emphasizing multi-layered communication, and purpose-oriented faith education for the generation asking why.

      • 독성지수 시험규격 BS 6853 Annex B 와 BSS 7239 간 독성지수 산출법 비교 및 상관식 도출

        국내외 법령과 규격에 따르면, 철도차량에 사용되는 내장재를 대상으로 재질의 난연 성능을 진단하기 위해 화염전파, 연기밀도 그리고 독성지수 항목을 주로 시험한다. 관계된 국내 법령인 ‘(도시)철도차량 안전기준에 관한 지침’에 의거하면 BS 6853 Annex B 시험방법을 통한 독성지수 성능을 진단하게 되는데, 해외공급품의 경우 BSS 7239 시험 방법에 의거한 독성지수 결과를 제시하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 재질의 독성지수를 측정하는 두 규격(BS 6853 Annex B, BSS 7239)간 시험결과를 직접 비교할 수 있도록 산출법을 분석하여 상관식을 도출하고자 한다. In accordance with domestic regulations and overseas standards, combustible materials which intended to be used for railway vehicle should be tested against parameters mainly as Flammability, Smoke density and toxicity to prove the required reaction to fire performance. Based upon the domestic regulation, The Rolling Stock (Commute Urban Subway) Safety Guideline by MOLIT (Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport), it is required to test and prove the Toxicity performance in accordance with the BS 6853 Annex B while overseas supplied items are occasionally are tested under the BSS 7239 standard, not a BS 6853 Annex B. With this background, Correlation has been investigated through comparing calculation method between two kinds of toxicity test standards.

      • 철도 차량 화재시 화재강도 예측을 위한 연구

        Most of train fires which occur in usual cases do not grow up significantly on a large scale enough to bring about casualties and harmful damages. However, the consequence of some train fire accidents can be devastating disaster so that it would be even recorded in history in unusual cases. Accordingly, such a probability of fire disaster cannot be ignored in aspect of the railway safety assesment. A scale of injury and damage is very difficult to predict and analyze. Because it is depend on various factors, i.e. fire load, burning period, facilities, environment condition, and so on. Thus, a prediction of fire load could be understood as a one methodology to estimate railway safety assesment. The summation method which is one of them is used to evaluate the overall fire load by assuming that sum of heat release rate per unit area or mass of each composite material equals the total. However, since the train fire is classified into a compartment fire in under-ventilation condition. The summation method do not estimate a fire load completely. In this journal, Various methods to predict fire load are introduced and evaluated. Especially the fire simulation tool FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator)which is based on the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) is introduced, too. Through the FDS simulation, numerical analyses for the fire load and flame spread are performed. Then, these results of the simulation are validated through the comparison study with the experimental data. Then, limitations and approximations including in simulation process are discussed. The future direction of research is proposed.

      • 에듀테크 시대에서의 기독교교육: 연결과 공유, 개별 맞춤형, 체험과 실감을 중심으로

        본 논문은 교육과 기술이 융합된 에듀테크(EduTech)의 특성과 방향을 규명하며, 에듀테크 시대에서의 기독교교육의 방향을 제언할 것이다. 연구자는 에듀테크의 특성을 세 가지의 기술적인 측면으로 분석한다. 첫째, 클라우드 기반의 플랫폼과 지능형 에듀테크 플랫폼은 연결과 공유의 가치를 지닌 에듀테크이다. 둘째, 학습 분석과 학습 지원 시스템은 학습자를 이해하고, 분석하며, 대안을 제안하는 개별화 맞춤형 에듀테크이다. 셋째, 가상․증강현실과 메타버스의 기술은 현실과 가상의 세계를 더욱 실감나게 체험하는 에듀테크이다. 연구자는 에듀테크의 특성에 따라 기독교교육의 방향을 제언한다. 첫째, 연결과 공유의 가치를 가진 에듀테크에서의 기독교교육은 거시적인 접근에서 연결과 공유의 기독교교육 생태계를 형성하는 것이다. 가정, 학교, 신앙공동체, 지역사회, 가상세계가 연결과 공유하여 하나님 나라 백성을 양성한다. 둘째, 개별화 맞춤형 교육을 추구하는 에듀테크에서의 기독교교육은 미시적인 접근에서 개별 맞춤화 돌봄 교육이다. 지식과 정보의 단순한 가르침을 넘어서서 목회적 돌봄으로 양육하는 것이다. 셋째, 체험과 실감의 시스템을 갖춘 에듀테크에서의 기독교교육은 체험과 실감의 이야기 교육이다. 이야기는 기독교교육 생태계를 서로 연결하고 공유한다. 특별히 이야기 교육의 변증법적 해석과 상상력은 개인의 이야기, 신앙공동체의 이야기, 경전의 이야기를 서로 연결하고, 공유하며, 생생하게 체험하게 한다. This article articulates the characteristics and directions of EduTech, which combines education and technology, and suggests the directions of Christian education in the EduTech era. It analyzes the characteristics and directions of EduTech in three technical aspects. The first aspect is that EduTech has the value of connecting and sharing based on technology of cloud-based platforms and intelligent EduTech platforms. Secondly, Edutech enables the learners to experience an individualized customized learning that proposes alternatives by understanding and analyzing learners with learning analytics and learning support system. Lastly, EduTech allows learners to engage in real and virtual worlds more realistically based on Virtual Reality(VR) and Augmented Reality(AR) and Metaverse. It suggests the directions for Christian education according to the characteristics of EduTech. Firstly, Christian education in the EduTech era needs to form a Christian education ecosystem that entails connection and sharing in a macroscopic approach. Families, schools, faith communities, local communities, and the virtual worlds connect and share with each other to nurture the people of God. Secondly, Christian education in the EduTech era enables learners to experience personalized care education in a microscopic approach. It means nurturing with pastoral care which goes beyond teaching. Lastly, Christian education in the EduTech era, pursuing vivid experience and realization, needs to approaches it with narrative pedagogies. Stories connect and bulid the Christian educational ecosystem. In particular, dialectical interpretation and imagination in narrative pedagogies connect individual stories, stories of a faith community, and stories of scriptures, allowing them to connect, share, and experience each other vividly.

        수온과 염분이 조피볼락, Sebastes schlegeli의 생존, 대사 및 조직학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        The suitable temperature and salinity for the long-distance transportation for the rockfish were investigated by assessing survival rate, metabolism, histological change. All experimental groups showed survival rates of 100%. Daily Oxygen consumption rhythm was decreased during nights and increased during days. Average oxygen consumption was significantly decreased as temperature and salinity were decreased. Ammonia excretion was significantly increased as temperature and salinity were decreased. Histological changes were observed in the skin and gill of the rockfish exposed to 10 psu under all the temperature conditions, with larger changes at 4℃. Further, nucleus deformation and uniformity in the cytoplasm were also observed.
