        규산시용량(珪酸施用量)이 수도(水稻)의 지방산(脂肪酸) 및 Sterol 조성(組成)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        A pot experiment was conducted to find out the effect of application amounts of silicates on the fatty acid and sterol composition of paddy rice at various growing stages. The results obtained were as follows; 1. At maximum tillering stage and heading stage, significant positive correlations were obtained between the ratio of unsaturated fatty acid to saturated fatty acid and silica absorption, dry matter or grain yield, respectively. But significant correlation was not observed between them at harvesting time. 2. At maximum tillering stage and heading stage, the ratio of unsaturated fatty acid to saturated fatty acid in paddy rice was increased with increasing silica application from 80 to 180 ppm of soil, but these ratio was decreased at the plot of 200Kg/10a of silicate. 3. The ratio of sitosterol to stigmasterol in paddy rice at maximum tillering stage was increased with increasing silica application of soil, but these ratio was increased with increasing silica application up to 180 ppm of soil at heading stage, and was decreased at the plot of 200Kg/10a (410 ppm in soil) application of silicates. 1. 식물체(植物體) 중(中) 전생육기간(全生育期間)동안 검출(檢出)된 지방산(脂肪酸)의 종류(種類)는 $C_{12:0}$, $C_{14:0}$, $C_{16:0}$, $C_{16:1}$, $C_{16:2}$, $C_{18:0}$, $C_{18:1}$, $C_{18:2}$, $C_{18:3}$, $C_{20:2}$와 몇종(種)의 미동정(未同定)된 지방산(脂肪酸)으로 구성(構成)되어 있었다. 2. 규산흡수양(珪酸吸收量), 건물중(乾物重) 및 수량(收量)은 unsaturated fatty acid/saturated fatty acid와 최고분얼기(最高分蘖期) 및 출수기(出穗期)에는 유의적(有意的)인 정(正)(+)의 상관(相關)이 있었으며 수확기(收穫期)에는 유의적(有意的)인 상관(相關)은 없었으나 전반적(全般的)으로 역(逆)(-)의 관계(關係)가 있었다. 3. 식물체중(植物體中) UFA/SFA 비(比)의 평균치(平均値)는 최고분얼기(最高分蘖期) 및 출수기(出穗期)에서는 토양중(土壤中) 규산함량(珪酸含量)이 180ppm까지는 규산함량(珪酸含量)이 높을수록 증가(增加)하였고, 규산자원(珪酸資源) 200kg/10a 시비구(施肥區)(약(約) 410ppm)에서는 감소(減少)하였다. 4. 최고분얼기(最高分蘖期)의 sitosterol/stigmasterol 비(比)는 토양중(土壤中) 규산농도(珪酸濃度)가 높을수록 계속 증가(增加하였으나, 출수기(出穗期)에 있어서는 그 비(比)가 토양중(土壤中) 규산농도(珪酸濃度)를 180ppm 조절시(調節時)까지는 증가(增加)하다가 200kg/10a 시용(施用)(410ppm)에서는 감소(減少)하였다.

      • 산국의 수량과 유효성분에 대한 NPK의 효과

        본 연구는 3요소$(N-P_2O_5,-K_2O)$처리가 산국(Chrysanthemum boreale M.)의 수량과 유효성분에 미치는 효과를 조사하여 효과적인 재배시스템을 개발하고자하였다. 처리구는 무처리, NPK(250-160-160), NP(250-160-0), NK(250-0-160), PK(0-160-160 kg/ha)의 5처리로 설정하여 산국을 재배한 결과, 건물수량은 NPK처리구가 PK처리구에 비하여 4.0배의 증수가 있었으며, 다른 처리구보다 무기이온의 흡수율, 생육 및 수량에서 NPK처리구가 가장 우수하였다. 식용으로 많이 쓰이는 꽃의 주요 아미노산은 proline, glutamic acid과 aspartic acid이였고, 다른 처리구들에 비하여 NPK처리구가 높은 함량을 보였다. 혈압강하효과가 우수한 cumambrin A는 PK처리구에 비하여 NPK처리구가 6.2배의 증수효과가 있었다. NK처리구는 NP처리구보다 cumambrin A함량이 우수하였고, 식물체 중의 칼리 함량과 cumambrin A의 함량과는 상관관계가 인정되었으나, 이에 대한 생리적 대사과정은 아직까지 밝혀져 있지 않다. 따라서 산국의 재배시 cumambrin A의 함량을 높이기 위해서는 인산의 시용보다 칼리의 시용이 더 요구되며, 야외포장에서의 인산과 칼리의 적정 시비량의 설정이 필요하다고 판단된다. To establish the fertilization condition to increase the productivity of Chasanthemum boreale M. with high quality, the effects of three nutrients (N, P, K) on the yields and the effective components were investigated in the pot scale. NPK was applied by chemical fertilizers with $(N-P_2O_5,-K_2O=250-160-160\;kg/ha)$ as a main treatment, and NP $(N-P_2O_5,-K_2O=250-160-160\;kg/ha)$, NK $(N-K_2O =250-160\;kg/ha)$, and PK $(P_2O_5K_2O=160-160\;kg/ha)$ treatments were settled as comparison. Dry yields of C. boreale M. was increased significantly to 4 fold higher by nitrogen. Nitrogen increased apparently plant growth and inorganic nutrient uptake. In the flower, which is most useful and edible part as a herbal medicine, main amino acids were glutamic acid and aspartic acids, and the total content was increased significantly by three elements of application. In addition, the content of cumambrin A, which is known to have the effect of blood-pressure reduction, was increased source to 6.2 times by nitrogen higher than that in PK treatment. Potassium was more effective in biosynthesis of cumambrin A than phosphorus, but the biological pathway was not clear, still.

        IPA 모형을 이용한 지방의회 여성의원의 정치참여 영향요인 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 여성의 정치참여에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하여 여성의 정치적 대표성을 확대하기 위한 방법을 모색하는 것이다. 연구대상은 2014년 지방의회 여성의원 75명이었으며, 설문조사 응답결과를 IPA 모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구내용에서는 ‘공천과정’, ‘지역구 관리’, ‘정치경력 지속’ 항목에 집중하여 여성의원들이 필요성을 인식하고 있는 중요도와 실제로 활용하고 있는 수행도를 비교분석하였다. 연구결과 여성정치인들은 공천과정에서는 여성의무공천제도의 중요도와 수행도가 모두 높았던 것으로 나타났다. 지역구를 위한 활동에서는 지역시민단체와의 연대가 앞으로 더 많은 노력을 경주해야 하는 요인으로 주목되었다. 정치경력 지속과 관련해서는 여성추천보조금제도, 정책 및 공약개발이 집중적으로 개선할 필요가 있는 요인으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this study is to explore ways to increase the political representation of women by analyzing factors affecting women’s political participation. The subjects of the study were 75 women council members in 2014, and the results of the survey were analyzed using the IPA model. In the content of the study, we focused on the ‘nomination process’, ‘community management’, ‘political career persistence’, and the degree of importance that women council members are aware of necessity and the performance that they actually use are compared and analyzed. As a result, women politicians showed a high level of importance and performance in the process of nominating women, while ‘women’s recommendation subsidy system’ showed lower performance than recognition of importance. In the activities for local communities, ‘solidarity with local civic organizations’ has become a factor for more efforts in the future. Regarding the persistence of political career, ‘women’s recommendation subsidy system’ and ‘policy and commitment development’ seem to be necessary factors to improve.

        국내 자생식물의 항균활성

        To select new useful plants with antibacterial activity, ninety five sample of eighty different species of wild plants were collected, and extracted with methanol. Antibacterial activity of the methanol extracts was tested against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherchia coli and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The methanol extracts from Artemisia capillaris, Hemistepta lyrata, Youngia japonica, Pnsnella vulgaris, Lamium amplexicaule and Juniperus chinensis was effective against all bacterial strains tested, and eight methanol extracts including Ixeris dentata, Gnaphalium affine, Chelidonium majus and Spiraea prunifolia exhibited the antibacterial activity against at least 3 bacterial strains. Methanol extracts from leaf of Syringa vulgaris, Drava nemorosa and clove of Erythronium japonicum showed a selective antibacterial activity against two gram negative bacteria, V. parahaemolyticus, and B. subtilis, respectively. With investigations on antibacterial activity against a certain bacterial strains tested, metahnol extracts from clove of Erythronium japonicum, Spiraea prunifolia, leaf and twig of Camelia japonica, and Drava nemorosa showed strongest activities against B. subtilis, S. aureus, E. coli, and V. parahaemolyticus, respectively. Nine methanol extracts based on the results were successively fractionated with n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate and water portions, which were examined antibacterial activity against B. subtilis and V. parahaervaolyticus. Among the all fractions tested, chloroform fractions of Hemisteptalyrata showed strongest antibacterial activity against both B. subtilis (17 ㎜) and V. parahaemolyticus (29 ㎜). Chloroform fractions of Youngia japonica, n-hexane fractions of Artemisia capillaris, Iexeris dentata and Prunella vulgaris, and ethyl acetate fraction of leaf and twig of Camelia japonica showed relatively a strong antibacterial activity. On the other hand, Juniperus chinensis and Equisetum arvense was distributed to all fractions except for water fraction.

        팀 프로젝트 형 실천기반 학습과 대학생 리더십 교육에 관한 연구 - 이화여대 <나눔리더십> 교과목 사례를 중심으로 -

        본 논문의 목적은 인성교육으로서의 리더십교육을 위하여 실천지향의 팀 프로젝트 학습방법이 적용된 대학 기초교양과목의 사례를 탐색하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 주목하는 대학생 리더십은 대학생 인성함양에 토대가 되는 리더십이다. 인성함양을 위한 대학생의 리더십은 주체적 자아를 확인하는 개인적 차원과 사회적 존재로서의 역할과 책임을 인지하는 공동체적 차원에서 이해될 수 있다. 즉 자율과 공존의 차원이다. 이런 점에서 대학생의 셀프리더십과 공동체 리더십이 현장중심의 실천활동을 수반하는 팀 프로젝트를 통해 어떻게 형성되는지 살펴본다. 본 연구에서는 이론교육과 실천교육을 병합하고 있는 이화여대 <나눔리더십> 교과목이 사례로 다루어졌으며, 실천수업의 프로그램과 학생들의 팀 프로젝트 실천활동 과정을 고찰함으로써 실천기반 학습을 통한 대학생 리더십 함양의 가능성을 모색한다. The purpose of this paper is to explore the possibility of university students` leadership improvement via practice based learning with case analysis of university liberal arts which applies practice oriented team project learning method. In this paper, I will take notice that the university students` leadership should be the foundation of character building. University students` leadership for character building can be understood as two ways: One is on individual level identifying the subjective ego. And the other is on community level indicating one`s role and responsibility as social being. In this regard, this paper will review how the practice-based team project, which includes field-oriented practical activities, influences university students` leadership. In this study, the curriculum subject < Share-Leadership > of Ewha Womans University, which combines theory education and practice learning, is used as research case.

        We here report a case with apple-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis, the first case in Korea. A 23-year-old Korean female patient presented with urticaria, angioedema, and dizziness during mountain climbing. A detailed clinical history revealed that she ingested apple 30 minutes before mountain climbing. Prick to prick skin test to apple showed a positive result. The exercise provocation test or the oral challenge test alone showed a negative result. However, the exercise provocation test after apple ingestion resulted in severe anaphylactic reaction. She was diagnosed as having food-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis to apples, and was instructed to avoid exercise after apple ingestion in the future.         약물에 의한 중증 피부반응

        Severe adverse cutaneous reactions (SCARs) include Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS)/toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) and drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS). Although recent advances in pharmacogenomics have revealed the association between specific human leukocyte antigens (HLAs) and certain drug-induced SCARs, such associations were found in a limited number of drug-associated SCARs and are not sufficient to explain many other drug-related SCARs. After introducing research on the HLA-restricted T cell response, the role of the T cell receptor in drug binding was emphasized and a new concept called “pharmacological interactions of drug with immune receptors” has been conceptualized over recent decades. Currently, many international and domestic collaborative consortia have been formed and should enable the phenotypic standardization of SCARs at the earliest practicable time to provide valuable insights into its pathogenesis and to find an ideal method to prevent patients from developing SCARs.
