한방병원 중증치료실 입원 중 항생제 연관성 설사를 진단받은 환자에 대한 임상적 고찰

Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the effectiveness of adjunctive herbal therapy combined with conventional therapy on antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD) treatment. Methods : The medical records of 25 patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit at Kyunghee Oriental Medical Center between January 1, 2009 and January 30, 2010 were reviewed. The charts were analyzed for the general characteristics, site of infection, predominant bacteria, antibiotic treatment, herbal medicine treatment, effect on liver and kidney functions, and the effect of therapy on diarrheal duration. Results : 48% of the 25 patients were male while 52% were female. The average age was 67.2 years old. The most commonly used antibiotic was fluoroquinolone (40.0%) and the most commonly used herbal medicine was Samchulkunbi-tang (24.0%). The average diarrheal duration was 8.9 days. No significant change in hepatic and renal function was discovered before and after treatment with herbal medicine. Conclusions : The results suggest that herbal therapy would be a safe and effective treatment for AAD. Further study investigating the usage of herbal medicine in AAD treatment is anticipated.

In this era of machines and artificial intelligence, the beauty sector still requires the skills of human hands and expertise of professionals. Thus, more and more people choose their career in the beauty field, a field in which they can make a lifelong career with their expertise. As a result, training professional beauticians has become important. However, as the beauty field is wide and divided into several categories, many people find it difficult to choose the right career path. In this regard, interest in beauty related majors often decreases because of choosing majors which do not suit them. The purpose of the present study is to analyze how external social support affects career decision-making, self-efficacy, and career maturity which are internal factors, and to help beauty academy students choose the right career path. The results of this study show that career decision-making, self-efficacy, and career maturity respond to social support of beauty academy students. The results also show that career decision-making, self-efficacy, and career maturity have positive effects on career choice, thereby confirming that social support plays an important role in preparing and choosing a career path by the beauty academy students. In future research, we expect to continue in-depth research by expanding and segmenting the sample size.

최근 들어 북한은 장거리 미사일 발사를 계속하며 도발의 강도를 높이고 있다. 핵무기는 한반도뿐만 아니라 전 지구적 차원에서 위협이 되므로 북한의 핵 개발과 장거리 미사일 발사는 한반도, 동북아 및 국제사회의 불안과 우려를 증폭시키고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 북한의 핵전력의 위협을 분석하고 이에 대응하여 한국이 추진한 사항을 국제정치이론을 중심으로 분석 및 평가하여 향후 대응의 발전방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구 범위와 방법으로 북한 핵 개발의 목적과 이에 따른 한국의 대응조치를 국제정치이론의 현실주의와 자유주의 및 구성주의 면에서 분석 및 평가하는 비교분석 방법을 적용하였다. 연구 결과 현실주의와 자유주의 및 구성주의 세가지 면에서 한국의 대응 조치는 나름대로 성과와 취약점이 내재되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 북한 핵전력에 대응한 발전 방향은 평가 결과 현실주의 면에서 국가이익을 보장하고, 자유주의 면에서 협력과 합의를 지속 발전시키며, 구성주의 면에서 한민족의 정체성을 회복하여 한국의 사활적 국가이익을 보장하고, 한반도 긴장을 완화하는 양방향으로 추진해야 할 것이다. 앞으로도 한국의 사활적 국가이익 보장과 한반도 긴장 완화는 한국 정부가 병행하여 추진할 사항이다. 북한 핵전력에 대응하여 국제정치이론을 중심으로 한 추가적인 연구와 발전된 대응 방향을 기대해 본다.
증착 및 열처리 조건에 따른 AZO/Cu/AZO 박막의 전기적 ‧ 광학적 특성 평가

AZO/Cu/AZO thin films were deposited on glass by RF magnetron sputtering. The specimens showed the preferred orientation of (0002) AZO and (111) Cu. The Cu crystal sizes increased from about 3.7 nm to about 8.5 nm with increasing Cu thickness, and from about 6.3 nm to about 9.5 nm with increasing heat treatment temperatures. The sizes of AZO crystals were almost independent of the Cu thickness, and increased slightly with heat treatment temperature. The residual stress of AZO after heat treatment also increased compressively from -4.6 GPa to -5.6 GPa with increasing heat treatment temperature. The increase in crystal size resulted from grain growth, and the increase in stress resulted from the decrease in defects that accompanied grain growth, and the thermal stress during cooling from heat treatment temperature to room temperature. From the PL spectra, the decrease in defects during heat treatment resulted in the increased intensity. The electrical resistivities of the 4 nm Cu film were 5.9 × 10-4 Ω ‧ cm and about 1.0 × 10-4 Ω ‧ cm for thicker Cu films. The resistivity decreased as the temperature of heat treatment increased. As the Cu thickness increased, an increase in carrier concentration resulted, as the fraction of AZO/Cu/AZO metal film increased. And the increase in carrier concentration with increasing heat treatment temperature might result from the diffusion of Cu ions into AZO. Transmittance decreased with increasing Cu thicknesses, and reached a maximum near the 500 nm wavelength after being heat treated at 200 °C.
청폐사간탕(淸肺瀉肝湯)의 혈소판 응집억제 작용에 대한 in vitro 연구

Objective : The study was designed to test the anti-platelet effect of the extract Cheongpyesagan-tang and compare it with aspirin in vitro. Methods : The extract from Cheongpyesagan-tang was made by the pharmacy department of Kyung Hee Oriental Medical Hospital. The extract was investigated for inhibition against the collagen induced aggregation of human platelet suspensions on aggregometry. Aspirin and aspirin-Cheongpyesagan-tang were investigated together. Results : 1. In collagen induced human platelet aggregation test, the extract from Cheongpyesagan-tang significantly inhibited in concentration 30mg/ml (p<0.05), 40mg/ml, 50mg/ml (p<0.001) and the effect depended on concentration over 20mg/ml. 2. Aspirin and aspirin-Cheongpyesagan-tang inhibited collagen induced human platelet aggregation significantly (p<0.001). Aspirin-extract of Cheongpyesagan-tang inhibition rate was higher than aspirin only (p<0.05). Conclusions : The extract of Cheongpyesagan-tang has anti-platelet aggregation and synergic effect with aspirin on human platelet in vitro.
마비전의 진화에 따른 특수작전부대 운용에 관한 연구 : 마비전 사례분석을 중심으로

전쟁 시 각국은 고대로부터 마비전을 추구하여 적의 중심을 지향하여 최소의 희생으로 승리하고자 하였다. 또한 특수작전부대는 합동작전의 핵심부대로 각국은 특수작전부대를 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 전쟁양상의 변화와 더불어 마비전이 진화함에 따라 전쟁시 마비전 사례분석을 통해 특수작전부대의 역할을 도출하고, 미래 다영역 작전 시 마비전 수행을 위한 특수작전부대의 운용방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구 방법은 문헌연구를 통한 질적연구와 사례를 분석 후 비교하였다. 연구범위는 제2차 세계대전으로부터 걸프전, 이라크전을 분석하였고 미래 운용방향은 미국의 다영역작전 시 특수작전부대 운용을 연구하여 한국군에 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 마비전은 초기의 물리적 마비로부터 물리적 마비+체계무력화+심리적 마비로 진화하며 발전하였고, 특수작전부대는 마비전 수행에 결정적으로 기여하였으며 그 중요성은 더욱 증가하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 한국군 특수작전부대는 미래 다영역작전에서도 마비전을 수행하기 위해 지속적인 마비전 수행개념과 이를 위한 조직 편성 및 무기체계의 발전이 요구되고 있다. During the war, each country pursued paralysis warfare from ancient times, aiming for the center of the enemy, and trying to win at the minimum cost. In addition, special operations forces are at the core of the joint operation, and each country is increasing its special operations forces. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to derive the role of special operations forcesthrough case analysis of Paralysis Warfare during war and to suggest the direction of operation ofspecial operations forces for future Paralysis Warfare in Multi-Domain Operations. The research method analyzed and compared qualitative studies and cases through literature research. The scope of the study was analyzed from World War II to the Gulf War and the Iraq War, and the future direction of operation was applied to the Korean military by studying the operation of special operations forces during the US in Multi-Domain Operations. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the Paralysis Warfare evolved from the initial physical paralysis to physical paralysis, system in capacity, and psychological paralysis, and that the special operations forces contributed decisively to the Paralysis Warfare performance, and its importance was increasing. Therefore,in order to carry out the Paralysis Warfare in the future in Multi-Domain Operations, the Korean military's special operations forces is required to continue the concept of Paralysis Warfare performance, organization, and weapon system development.
