Facility Management is the longest in the building of life cycle. Because it occupies more than 80% of cost, the phase of Facility Management has to be managed and has to be perceived as important as design and construction phase. The method to manage building more efficiently is the introduction of Facility Management System used by CAD and database. But information Requirement is now input by hand in the most Facility Management System. This study aims to analyze the example of applying BIM in the Korea or abroad and the errors of this were deducted by many phase. Lastly, the possible solution is suggested in order to be used in the Facility Management System. This study's benchmarking is COBIE which is developed by the COE(Corps of Engineers) and now popular in the world. The suggestion in this study is the method that I have already mentioned is helpful for a designer to do modeling when a designer uses BIM S/W(software). To be more specific, the method plays a side role in helping data input considering the phase of Facility Management.
Analysis of Quality Improvement Priority for Construction PMIS
안효경,이슬기,이형락,유정호 한국건축시공학회 2012 한국건축시공학회지 Vol.12 No.1
As one of the key IT applications, the project management information system (PMIS) played a significant role in construction management processes in Korea. On increasing use of PMIS, regular quality assessment to identify user‘s requirements of PMIS is necessary. However, there have been rare research efforts for quality assessment for the construction PMIS. This paper aims to propose a priority index of quality improvement for construction PMIS using the importance and satisfaction measures and to verify the discrimination power of the priority index by comparing it with other quality improvement priority index. In addition, this paper discusses some possible ways of PMIS quality improvement. The analysis of quality improvement priority was based on a questionnaire responded by 253 PMIS users (construction managers and constructors). The methods of PMIS improvement were based on the interviews with eight experts. These findings would be the foundation of further researches on PMIS quality improvement. However, more efforts are required to enhance the priority index, in terms of reflecting weighted values of quality assessment factors.

ita'is defined as an adjective considering following morphlogical, semantical and funtional factors. First, 'ita'is an inflected word and it shows same inflection of adjective's. Second, 'ita' has the predicative function in a sentence. Third, 'ita' specifies content of noun phrase and has a meaning that a certain noun phrase belongs to other's.

This paper is to study the criteria of setting prefixes in Modern Korean, The Most important features of prefixes are the semantic and morphological dependency. Considering this fact, we lay down two criteria of setting prefixes. One is morphological criterion. The other is semantic criterion. Morphological criterion of setting prefixes is as followes: a. morphological independency b. restriction of distribution c. possibility of extension d. feature of following element e. relation of modification f. variation of substitution Semantic criteria are 'variation of meaning, existence of synonym and antonym'

This paper aims to distinguish between bound nouns and free nouns. The criteria of distinction is two. One is syntactic criterion. The other is semantic criterion. Bound nouns are lacking the structural independence. If a form can be used independently in a sentence, that from is not a bound nouns. And used independently in a sentence, that from is not a bound nouns. And grammaticalized and bound nouns from free nouns are lacking the relevancy of meaning. If a grammaticalized as bound nouns have the relevancy of meaning with the original free nouns, that form in not a bound nouns. We can examin many elements that has not been definitely distinguished between bound nouns and free nouns as these two criteria. The Summary of an argument in as follows.

This research intends to define and classify information requirements regarding to BIM-based facility management system that utilizes information from design and construction phases. It is important to defined and classify the information requirements is because they determine the functions and configuration of the system. As the first step in these efforts, the necessity of information requirement is demonstrated through research trends, BIM guides and expert interviews. The required Information for facility management is derived in terms of (1) necessary information (2) recommended information, (3)optional information by interviewing 14 facility managers. The information for facility management is identified by analyzing 2 facility management systems in Korea. In future research, the method of collecting the proposed information should be concretely developed.
