경남 하동군 갈사리에서 발견된 공룡 발자국

경상남도 하동군 갈사리 나팔마을 앞 섬인 마도의 전기 백악기 하산동층에서 1개의 보행열을 포함한 27족의 공룡 발자국을 발견하였다. 연구 지역에서 발견된 보행열은 4족 보행으로 보행열의 길이는 약 13.5m이며 발자국 폭은 60-140cm, 발자국 길이는 최대 1m에 이르는 것도 있다. 발자국에는 앞발의 발톱이 선명하게 찍혀있으며 용각류 보행의 특징이 선명히 나타난다. 발자국이 발견된 지역은 섬의 남쪽이며 북서쪽에서는 이매패 화석도 산출되며 사층리와 석영 암맥, 생흔 화석도 흔히 발견된다.

In the past studies, interfunctional coordination has been regarded as on of the principal drivers of various market performance. However, past studies have not explored how and when interfunctional coordination enhances salesperson capabilities. To address these research gaps, the present study aimed to identity the mediators and moderators of the relationship between deep acting and salesperson creativity. In detail, our research investigates the mediating effect of interfunctional coordination on the relationship between deep acting and salesperson creativity. The another objective of our research is to boundary conditions that strengthen the effects of interfunctional coordination and salesperson creativity. To test the hypotheses, we obtained data from 368 salespersons who were working in a department store in China. Also, to estimate the relationship among the variables, we proposed the research model which was constitute deep acting, interfunctional coordination, and salesperson creativity. The proposed research model was estimated using the PROCESS MACRO(Hayes, 2018). The results showed deep acting has a positive relationship with interfunctional coordination. Second, interfunctional coordimation was positively related to salesperson creativity. Third, deep acting and salesperson creativity was partially mediated by interfunctional coordination. Finally, the positive relationship between interfunctional coordination and salesperson creativity was stronger when self efficacy was high. On the basis of these findings, this research offers rich insights on the interfunctioal coordination and salesperson creativity which has been identified as a major challenge being faced by Chinese salesperson.

하부 추체양 진피경 피판에 의한 유방 축조술

The goals of reduction mammoplasty is a breast with natural contour and volume, aesthetically situated scar, and well placed, sensate nipple and areola. Many methods has been used for correction of macromastia, which include the superioly based dermal pedicle, the vertical bipedicle dermal flap, the inferior pyramidal dermal flap, the free nipple graft, and so on. As yet, there is no single operative procedure which will enable the plastic surgeon to carry out a satisfactory reduction mammoplasty and mastopexy in all types of breast hypertrophy. The inferior pyramidal dermal technique, as described by Georgiade (1979), is the most versatile method and has many advantages. Recently, we have experienced 7 cases of reduction mammoplaty with inferior pyramidal dermal flap and concluded as follows ; 1. The technique is simple. 2. The average amount of resected tissue was 710 gram from one breast, and 1420 gram from both breasts. 3. The distance between midclavicular line and new nipple was ranged from 18cm to 20cm according to the height of patients. 4. The sensation and blood supply of nipple areola complex were well preserved and there has been no specific complication. 5. The resulting shape of breast contour was aesthetically satisfactory except the inverting T-shaped scar.

어머니의 놀이신념과 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 어머니와 유아를 대상으로 어머니의 놀이신년과 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 데 목적이 있다 본 연구는 경기도, 충청남도 지역의 어린이집 유아 343명과 그 유아의 어머니를 대상으로 하였다. 어머니의 놀이신념은 Fogel(2003)의 PPBS(The Parents Play Beliefs Scale) 척도를, 어머니의 정서표현성은 정서표현성 척도(Self Expressiveness inthe Family Questionnaire; SEQ)를, 유아의 사회적 유능성은 아이오와 사회적 유능성 척도(Iowa Social Competency Scale: Preschool form)를 사용하여 측정하였다 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다 연구결과, 어머니의 놀이신념 및 어머니의 정서표현 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다, 둘째, 어머니의 놀이신념과 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능성에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 어머니의 참여 가지 놀이 신념, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현과 부정적 정서표현이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 결과는 유아의 사회적 유능성을 높이기 위한 부모 상담 및 교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between mothers’ play beliefs and emotional expression to infants social competence, and to investigate the effect of mothers play beliefs and emotional expression on infants ’ social competence. The participants were 343 infants and their infants at public, corporate, and private daycare centers working in Gyeonggi -do and Chungnam-do. The Parents Play Beliefs Scale (PPBS), a simplified measure of Self-Expressiveness in the Family Questionnaire (SEFQ), and Iowa Social Competency Scale were used. The results of this study were as follows; First, there was a significant positive correlation between the mother s play beliefs, the mother’s emotional expression and young child’s social competence. Second, the most influential factors of young child’s social competence were the mother’s play beliefs in participation value, followed by mother’s positive emotions expression and negative emotions expression. The results of this study could be used as a basis for parental consultation and education to enhance the social competence of young child.

The use of interpositional vein grafts In clinical microvascular tissue transplantation has the advantages in survival and utility of free flap ; it allows bridging of vascular defects and reducing anastomotic tension. However, there are still controversies of the safety of vein graft such that the risk of vascular thrombosis is increasing and the techniques are troublesome. Different animal experiments have demonstrated the high successful rate of microvascular grafting in experimental settings and the long term fate of microvenous graft, but there are few large clinical reports on microvascular grafting. We have experienced 17 cases of vein grafts of 113 free flaps in recent 5 years, and concluded as follows; 1. There is no significant difference in survival rates between the vein grafted cases and the all of the free flap cases (100% vs 96.5%). 2. We could increase the utility of free flaps by the use of distant heathy vessel in cases of radiation, severe trauma, and peripheral vascular disease with long vein graft. 3. We could increase the survival of free reaps by reducing tension at anastomoses with short vein graft.

A three dimensional simulation of the fluid flow in an automotive torque converter was conducted adopting the steady interaction technique with the mixing plane model implemented in the computational fluid dynamics program CFD-ACE. The present numerical results for performance characteristics showed a good agreement with the experimental results. In the flow fields of the torque converter, recirculating flow regimes were found mostly at the suction side of each element, which caused the performance decrease. The recirculating flow can be minimized by the optimization of the blade geometries.<br/>
