        헤어샵 종사자의 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 만족이 이직의도와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        With diversification of communication system, efficient communication system has to be preceded within organizations to deliver correct information for business and service. Such clear communication has significant effects on customer satisfaction and service employees’ hospitality capability. The purpose of the present study was to look into the effects of employees’ communication satisfaction in a hair shop organization on turnover intention and customer orientation. After understanding the above-mentioned effects, this study also aimed to come up with useful results for practical application. To this end, a survey was carried out among 467 hair shop employees. SPSS 21.0 was used for descriptive statistics and reliability verification of the data collected from the survey. Additionally, Amos 21.0 was used to verify the casual relationship between variables with the structural equation model. Furthermore, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation were employed for statistical processing of the collected data. The results are summarized as follows. First, hair shop employees’ communication satisfaction had a significant positive effect on their turnover intention. Second, hair shop employees’ communication satisfaction had a significant positive effect on their customer orientation. Third, hair shop employees’ turnover intention had a significant positive effect on their customer orientation. Consequently, creating a smooth communication channel between the chairperson and the organization is necessary to weaken the turnover intention of the employees, thereby, inspiring attachment to the organization and increasing customeroriented attitude.

        미용실 종사자의 긍정심리자본이 정서적 몰입과 관계품질에 미치는 영향

        As the beauty industry faces intense competition and the customers’ desire toward beauty services is diversifying, the ability and customer service level of beauty shop employees impart a large effect on business performance. To motivate the beauty shop employees to focus on their job and organization and improve their relationship with customers, stimulating their motivation and inspiring their positive convictions on achievement should be the first priority. In this regard, the present study intended to present useful results in practice by determining the effects of positive psychological capital in beauty shop employees on emotional commitment and relationship quality. A survey was carried out among 489 beauty shop employees, and data were collected through questionnaires. The SPSS WIN. 21.0 program was used to analyze the collected data. The frequency analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's coefficient α calculation, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted for statistical processing of the collected data. The findings showed that self-efficacy, hope, resilience and optimism as sub-factors of the positive psychological capital in beauty shop employees displayed a positive effect on emotional commitment and relationship quality, whereas emotional commitment showed a significant effect on the relationship quality. Therefore, inspiring positive psychology, i.e. improving positive psychological capital must take precedence so that the beauty shop employees can maximize their emotional commitment toward the organization and increase the quality of customer relationship. 본 연구는 미용실 종사자의 긍정심리자본이 정서적 몰입과 관계품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하여 미용실의 인적자원의 합리적인 경영에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 미용실 종사자의 긍정심리자본이 정서적 몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 미용실이 보유한 인적작원에 대해 뚜렷한 목표 설정과 업무수행의지 향상, 다양한 대처능력 증진, 상사와 동료 간 관계에 있어서의 자심감 함양 등의 긍정심리자본 수준을 높이면 종사자들이 자신의 조직에 강한 소속감을 갖고 애착심을 고취시킬 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이에 따라 미용실은 종사자들이 상사나 동료, 부하 직원 간의 원활한 관계형성을 위해 동아리와 같은 하위문화를 활성화시키고, 종사자들이 다양한 업무경험과 지식을 획득할 수 있는 학습지원 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요함을 시사하는 바이다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본이 관계품질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 긍정심리자본이 높은 종사자는 미용실에 궁극적으로 높은 성과와 가치를 제공할 수 있는 고객을 찾아내고, 이들과 신뢰 있는 관계형성을 위해 노력하고 고객만족을 끌어낼 수 있음을 의미한다. 셋째, 정서적 몰입은 관계품질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 종사자가 자신이 몸담고 있는 조직에 강하게 몰입하고 업무와 조직에 대한 흥미와 열의가 증대되면 고객을 우선적으로 생각하고 직무를 수행하는 종사자가 될 수 있음을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 고려해 볼 때, 고객과의 관계품질을 증대시키기 위해서는 조직에 대한 정체감과 소속감을 고취시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램이나 상사, 동료 및 부하 직원 간 인간관계 개선 프로그램 등을 설계하여 종사자의 정서적 몰입을 유도하고, 직무 및 조직에 대한 만족감과 신뢰를 향상시킬 수 있는 기업문화를 형성하는 것이 필요함을 시사하는 바이다.

        MZ세대의 소비성향이 비건 화장품 선택속성과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

        . The objective of this study is to examine the effect of consumption propensity of the MZ generation on attributes of vegan cosmetics selection and repurchase intentions. In this study males and females aged 20 to 43 years old were asked to complete a questionnaire. Analysis of the statistical processing was performed using the SPSS v. 25.0 program. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, calculation of Cronbach's coefficient α, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis between variables were performed for statistical processing of the collected data. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the higher the propensity to pursue economy, show off, and pleasure according to sub-factors of the MZ generation, the more important the brand was when selecting vegan cosmetics, and the higher the propensity to pursue pleasure, fashion, and show off, the more important promotion was when selecting vegan cosmetics; the higher the propensity to pursue pleasure and the lower the propensity to pursue show off, the more important the product quality was when selecting vegan cosmetics. Second, the higher the propensity to pursue fashion, economy, and the lower the propensity to pursue show off, the higher the intention to repurchase vegan cosmetics. Third, the greater the importance of the product quality of each sub-factor of vegan cosmetics selection attributes, the higher the intention to repurchase.

        헤어샵 종사자의 긍정심리자본이 직무만족과 감정소진에 미치는 영향

        With a rapidly changing business environment, cutthroat competition in beauty shops and diversification of customer needs, the beauty service industry attempts to improve quality by focusing on positive psychology in workers with particular emphasis on the management of in-house staff as a new source of competitiveness. This study aims to devise measures for the effective management of human resources by investigating positive psychological capital in hair salon workers and empirically analyzing the effect of positive psychological capital on job satisfaction and emotional exhaustion. This study conducted a survey by distributing a total of 552 questionnaires to hair salon workers working in the Seoul Metropolitan area and Gwangju Metropolitan City. All statistical data analyses were performed using SPSS v. 21.0 software package. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, calculation of Cronbach’s α coefficient, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were performed. The study results are as follows. First, all four categories of positive psychological capital including optimism, self-efficacy, hope and resilience had a positive impact on job satisfaction in hair salon workers. Second, of all constructs of positive psychological capital, optimism and resilience significantly decreased emotional exhaustion. Third, job satisfaction was found to significantly reduce emotional exhaustion. The study findings suggest that positive psychological empowerment is warranted in order to relieve emotional exhaustion experienced when interacting with customers and to promote a feeling of rewarding and increase job satisfaction among hair salon workers. 급변하는 경영환경과 심해진 미용실 간 경쟁, 그리고 고객 욕구의 다양화로 인해, 최근 미용서비스업은새로운 경쟁력의 원천으로 내부 인력에 대한 관리를강조하면서 종사자의 긍정적 심리에 초점을 두어 질적 향상을 꾀하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 헤어샵 종사자의 긍정심리자본에 대해 알아보고 이것이 직무만족과 감정소진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로분석하여, 인적자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상 및 범위는 수도권과 광주광역시에소재하는 헤어샵 종사자를 대상으로 총 552부의 설문지를 사용하였다. 연구의 자료분석은 SPSS v. 21.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 탐색적요인분석, Cronbach’s α계수 산출, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 선형회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 헤어샵 종사자의 긍정심리자본은 4가지 하위요인인 낙관주의, 자아효능감, 희망, 복원력 모두 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본의 하위요인 중 낙관주의와 복원력은감정소진을 유의하게 감소시켰다. 셋째, 직무만족은감정소진을 유의하게 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 헤어샵 종사자가 고객 접점에서 경험하게 되는 정서적 탈진을 완화시키고 직무에 대한 보람과 만족을증대시키기 위해서는 긍정심리적 역량을 강화시켜야할 것이다.

        여대생의 퍼스널 컬러 인식, 메이크업 행동, 자아존중감, 신체 이미지 간의 관계

        The objectives of the current study are to examine the relationship between personal color perception, makeup behavior, self-esteem, and body image of female university students. A survey of 425 female university students was conducted. Analysis of the data collected from the survey was performed using SPSS 21.0. The frequency analysis, calculation of Cronbach's coefficient α, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple regression between variables were performed for statistical processing of the collected data. The results are summarized as follows. First, personal color perception had significant positive effects on makeup behavior. Second, makeup behavior had significant positive effects on self-esteem. Third, makeup behavior had significant positive effects on body image.

        남자대학생의 신체이미지가 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is the effect of male university students' body images on appearance management behaviors. The targeting subjects are 443 male university students who are attending universities located in Seoul and in the capital area. First, the body images of male university students are classified as 3 sub-factors such as satisfaction with the body, appearance-orientation and appearance evaluation. Second, appearance management behaviors are classified as 5 sub-factors such as hair style, skin care, body shape, fashion style, and cosmetic & plastic surgery management behaviors. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of male university students' body images on appearance management behaviors, as the level of appearance orientation increases, the appearance management behavior is improved. As the level of appearance evaluation gets higher, skin care and cosmetic & plastic surgery management behaviors decrease. In case the level of the satisfaction with the body image increases, fashion style management behavior gets higher.

        미용실 디자이너의 자기효능감이 감정소진과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Beauty service workers are exposed to high levels of job stress because they experience a number of emotional labors that require them to restrain and control their emotions while providing customers with services for a long period of time, which may be a symptom of emotional burnout or even affect turnover. In response, the aim of this study is to provide beauty shop designers with basic data in order to increase work efficiency and improve the quality of beauty services by identifying the effects of their self-efficacy on emotional burnout and turnover intention. For data collection, a survey of 273 beauty shop designers was conducted. For the collected data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis using Cronbach's α, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance structure analysis using structural equation model (SEM) were performed using SPSS 18.0 for Windows and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, self-efficacy of beauty shop designers had a significant negative effect on emotional burnout. Second, self-efficacy had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Third, emotional burnout had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Consequently, there is a need for measures for self- efficacy promotion for beauty shops, such as organizational training and coaching. in order to reduce designers’ stress, emotional burnout, and turnover intention during contact with the customer.

        20대 여성의 메이크업 행동과 대인관계 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계

        Modern society needs outward appearance management, unlike the past when people believed that inner beauty was more important to achieve their various desires. In modern days, the makeup behavior comes as a way to enhance the physical attraction to others, create good interpersonal relationships, and further keep psychological wellbeing by expressing their individual images and favorite impressions. The present study, therefore, aimed to unearth the correlation between makeup behavior, interpersonal relations and psychological wellbeing of women in their 20s. To this end, a survey was carried out among 450 women in their 20s. The SPSS 21.0 was used for analysis of data collected from the survey. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's coefficient α calculation, descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis between the variables were conducted for statistical processing of the collected data. The research findings showed that there was a significant positive correlation between makeup behavior and interpersonal relations. A significant positive correlation was also found between the makeup behavior and psychological wellbeing. It can be thus concluded that makeup behavior can be a main tool to cement interpersonal social relations, and meet individual psychological wellbeing.

      • 一部 産業場의 災害에 關한 調査硏究

        The numbers of work places and workmen are increased according to the rapid development of industry. At the same time the industrial accidents of the workmen are also increasing of danger degree and area of accident. Therefore we should take precautions against industrial accident as one of the important part of occupational health. This study was designed to analyse, causes, types, occurrence rate and frequency of accidents by selected variables (sex, age, section, working duration). A survey was conducted toward 185 victims at a texile industry company in Jun La Buk Do from Jan 1, 1978 to Dec 31, 1980. Information was gathered from existing data compiled by the administrative authority of the company. The obtained results were as follows; 1. The distribution of victims of accidents by selected variables. 1) In the victims of accidents by sex and age group, the male who are 26 to 30 years old (46.1%) and the female who are 16 to 20 years old (45.2%) sat at the top, and the 26-30age group (46.1%) sat at the top on the whole. 2) In the distribution of the victims by sections and working duration, short cutting section was the highest in the last three years(29.2%), and the next was polymer section (21.6%). The polymer section was the highest about the entire members of the section, and average occurrence rate of accident about the whole menber was 5.2%. The workers working less than six months was the highest with 36.8% in 1978, 31.2% in 1979, and the workers working 2 to 3 years was the highest with 32.8% in 1980. 3) Although seasonal, weekly factors do not seem to have an influence on the distribution of accident. Data show that in summer (28.6%), on saturday (16.8%), on monday (16.8%) more accident than any other seasons and weeks. 4) The victims by working hours are higher than any duty(from six o'clock A.M to two o'clock P.M) every years. 2. The distribution of causes of accideats by selected variables. Of all the 185 accidents, 148 victims were from insecure behaviors of themselves(80.0%);male(81.2%) was higher than female(74.2%), 36 victims were from the insecure facilities(19.5%); female(25.8%) was higher than male(18.2%), and one was from irresistible force(0.5%). And those Who were 26 to 30 years old were higher than any age groups. The causes of accidents from insecure behaviors were most frequents at short cutting section(30.4%), from insecure facilities were the highest at polymer section(47.2%), and the workmen less than six months were the highest from both causes. 3. The distribution of causes of insecure behaviors by selected variables. The 148 accidents from insecure behaviors; the causes of their own carelessness were 96 cases(64.9%), and the next was from the lack of proper protective equipments(11.5%). The male (76.0%) and female (24.0%) workers were the highest from their own carelessness, those who are 26 to 30 years old sat at the top (36.5%) in the same causes with sex. The workers less than six months show the highest with 33.3% in 1978, 25.0% in 1979, and those who are 2 to 3 years career show the highest in 1980. 4. The distribution of security rules violation by selected variables. The total number of security rules violations was 123 persons and vistims seemed to violate the special security rules (55.3%) more than the general ones(44.7%). The male and the group of 26 to 30 years old were the highest both the general and the special security rules violation and the percentage becomes lower according to the growing older. 5. The distribution of frequent of accidents by selected variables. 1) The classified distribution of the accidents(187 cases) were as follows;trauma(69.5%), burn(12.8%), fracture(8.0%), hermiated nucleus pulposus(6.4%), tooth break(3.2%). And especially the herniated nucleus pulposus are increasing year by year. 2) The classified distribution of trauma were as followings;contusions(26.9%), abrasions(23.8%), cut wounds(18.5%), contuse wounds(12.3%), stab wounds(10.0%), amputated wounds(8.5%) and the amputated wounds leading to deformity are increasing year by year. 3) In the distribution of the wounded parts of the body were as follows;the upper limbs(43.8%), the head(29.7%), the face(29.7%), the lower limbs(18.2%), the trunk(8.3%). 4) Frequency of accidents of the limbs;the left upper limbs appeared highest with 43.0%, and the next was the right upper limbs with 28.6%. 6. The distribution of the degrees of industrial accidents by selected variables. The temporary partial labor disability for over 7days were 100 persons(54.1%);both sex and those who are 26 to 30 years old were the highest (34.4%), and the second,for 1 to 7 dats were 83 persons(44.9%);the engineering section was the highest(26.5%), and permanent partial labor disability was one person(1.1%). 7. Occurrence rate of the industrial of accidents by the year. One in a thousand rate showed gradually increasing year by year, and total average rate is 50. 50 persons. Frequency rate was also increasing trend year by year and total average frequency rate is 17.96 cases. Severity rate showed gradually increasing year after year and total average severity rate is 0.23 day.
