순간 재생산지수에 기반한 COVID-19 확진자 수 변화 예측 시스템 연구

코로나 바이러스(SARS-CoV2; COVID-19)로 인해 대한민국은 거리 두기 정책이라는 비약물적 중재와 백신이라는 약물적 중재를 통합적으로 사용함으로써 방역의 효과를 극대화하고 있다. 팬데믹으로 인해 예측 불가능한 상황의 도래가 불가피해지면서 인적 및 물적 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 방역 정책을 수립하기 위해서는 감염병 확산 예측에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 특히, 감염 재생산지수(reproduction number)에 대 예측은 감염병 전파(transmission)의 변화 양상을 감지하여 방역 정책과 관련된 의사 결정시에 중요한 판단 기준을 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문은 순간 감염재생산지수를 기반으로 가까운 미래의 일일 확진자 수를 예측하는 시스템을 제안한다.

복합적인 전신질환이 있는 안면마비 환자의 양악 자성 피개의치 수복 증례

부분 혹은 완전 무치악 환자에서 임플란트 치료가 보편화됨에 따라, 복합적인 전신질환이 있는 고령 환자들도 전통적인 총의치보다 임플란트-지지-고정성 보철물이나, 임플란트-유지-가철성 보철물을 선호하는 경향이 높아지고 있다. 본 증례의 환자는 77세 여성 환자로, 내원 당시 만성 고혈압으로 아스피린을 포함한 혈압약과 bisphosphonate 계열의 골다공증 약을 장기 복용 중이었으며, 상 하악 치조골 흡수량이 상당하였고 비대칭이 심하였다. 또한 2년 전 뇌졸중 진단을 받은 후, 우측 상반신마비로 인하여 좌측의 편측 저작만 가능하며, 팔 또한 좌측만 사용할 수 있는 상태(hemi-syndrome)이다. 초진 시 하악 총의치의 재제작만을 원하였으나, 상악 역시 잔존 치아들의 상태가 불량하여 치근을 이용할 수 있는 2개 치아를 제외한 나머지 치아들을 발거 후 치근에 의해 유지되는 피개의치를 계획하였으며, 하악에는 임플란트를 식립 후 그에 유지되는 피개의치를 계획하였다. 유지장치로는, 한 손으로도 쉽게 의치의 착탈이 가능한 자석을 선택하였다. 복용 중인 약의 전략적 중단을 통해 상악의 발치와 하악의 임플란트 식립을 시행하였고, 3개월 후 평가에서 임플란트가 주위 변연골 소실 없이 잘 유지되고 있어 자석을 이용한 피개의치를 제작, 장착하였다. 5개월 정기 검진까지 시행한 결과, 주목할 만한 합병증 없이 저작 기능 및 발음, 심미면에서 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. As dental implant treatment becomes popular for both partial and complete edentulous patients, old people with complex systemic diseases also tend to prefer implant-assisted-overdenture or implant-supported-fixed prostheses to conventional complete denture. In this case, 77-year-old female who was on medication for hypertension and osteoporosis and paralyzed on right side due to stroke visited for implant-assisted-overdenture on lower jaw. After oral and radiographic examination, root-assisted magnet overdenture on upper jaw and implant-assisted magnet overdenture on lower jaw are planned. Consequently, overdentures using self-adjusting magnetic attachment(SA) system on both jaws resulted in recovering satisfying function and retention, which is enable to insert and remove with only one hand.

With the recent development of the 4th industry technology, new shopping trends that go beyond the on-line and off-line are spreading. VR is especially expected to be widely used in the distribution industry. Since the biggest advantage of VR is that it provides personalized and customized experience, VR shopping is expected to be used as the core technology of next generation’s online distribution platform by maximizing online and mobile experience. As a result, global retailers and ICT companies are seeing VR as a future growth engine and making active investments. In order to promote the introduction of new industrial revolution technology in the distribution industry, the government promoted the VR shopping mall project during the Korea Sale Festa in 2017, and analyzed the consumer acceptability of the VR shopping mall simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the consumer acceptance and attractiveness of VR shopping mall, which is a new distribution type, in order to draw an improvement direction in the consumer‘s perspective and to examine the possibility of future commercialization of VR shopping mall. According to research results, the future usage and values of VR shopping mall have received positive reviews. In other words, consumers’ awareness of VR shopping and future intentions for use have already reached a considerable level. Consumers discriminated VR shopping compared to existing shopping methods and confirmed that consumers can adapt more quickly than conventional PC or mobile shopping. However, improvements include improving quality through consumer targeting, revisions to customer experiences that are not consumer friendly, etc. Therefore if domestic retailers increase the overall quality of VR shopping’s software and hardware and expand various experiential chance about VR shopping, it is expected that there will be a significant increase of user base for VR Shopping.
