Many kinds of gases, such as erosion gas, dilution gas, and toxic gas have been used in manufacturing process of LCD at semiconductor. In order to increase accumulation rate of manufacturing process, high degree of purity in these gases and minimized metalllic dust are required. All wetted stainless steel surface must be 316L electro-polished with $0254{\mu}m$ in average. Based on the AES analysis, Cr/Fe 11 and $Cr_2O_3$ thickness $25{\AA}$ are measured Molybdenum and silicon contaminants which is characteristic of stainless steel and oxygen were found on the surface.

The study is diagnosis about fatigue failure phenomenon of heating coil spring (sup9) and heat treatment method that is used to crusher. Because more than 80~90% of damage announcement of breakdown of machine and construction is been caused in fatigue present state, fatigue failure became important leading person at design. Calculated design load is imposed repeatedly that fatigue breakdown is safe. Is phenomenon that change load is imposed in the construction continuously. Used coil spring applies heat 30minute by Quenching temperature 86 0℃ if see manufacturing process and temperature of gasoline of 50℃ keep after quench that know tempering a 460℃ 90minute a product be. If doto apply heat 950℃ material at rolling process historically before quenching, austenite formation clay pipe being done AGS(Austenite Grain Size) by 2.5~4 become. Apply heat quenching 30minute by 820℃ by improvement method and after quench that keep 50℃ in oil tempering if do 450℃, 90minute spring ideal formation sorbite formation of the river form and condition that satisfy most more than AGS 7 appeared. Also, we can secure authoritativeness through MT since shot peening processing.

Objectives : Ojeoksan, originally recorded in an ancient Korean medicinal book named “Donguibogam” and has been used for the treatment of circulation disorder of blood which was called blood accumulation (血積) in Korean medicine. Therefore, this study was carried out to investigate the beneficial effect of OJS on vascular inflammation in HUVECs. Methods : We evaluated the effect of OJS on the expression of cell adhesion molecules and protective role in HUVEC stimulated by TNF-α by using Western blot. Results : Pretreatment with OJS decreased the adhesion of HL-60 cells to TNF-α-induced HUVEC. OJS suppressed TNF-α-induced expression level of cell adhesion molecules such as intracellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1), and endothelial cell selectin (E-selectin). Moreover, OJS significantly decreased TNF-α-induced production of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS); and inhibited the phosphorylation of IκB-α in the cytoplasm compared to the experimental group. Pretreatment with OJS inhibited the trans-location of NF-κB p65 to the nucleus. OJS also inhibited phosphorylation of MAPKs compared to the experimental group. OJS significantly increased the protein expression of Nrf2 and HO-1. Conclusions : Ojeoksan has a protective effect on vascular inflammation, and might be a potential therapeutic agent for early atherosclerosis.

According to the development of the aircraft industry, the fatigue strength of Aluminum Alloy becomes a great important material, but it seems that we don't understand an effect on the crack growth behaviour very well. This thesis is not only studied about the five kinds of 2017-T3, 2023-T3, 5083-0, 7075-T6, 7NOI-T6 among the Aluminum Alloy which are the main materials of the aircraft, but also small or large relations against the fatigue strength of them. The consequence of the research was being progressed the accordance with the order. That is, The order is 2024-T3> 2017-T3> 7N01-T6> 7075-T6> 5083-0. These inclusion came out the acceleration phenomena in the crack growth behaviour among the high △K section Nevertheless I figured out their effects were being ignored at the 2b step.
