In this study, the position-voltage electrical analogous system to 1 degree of freedom 1/4 car system is implemented. The analogous system is represented by the same differential equations but that is different physically. The concept of so called sky-hook damper is studied practically with the analogous hardware. The control performance of the suspension system with a sky-hook damper shows the same result as the theoretical performance of the active suspension system. In addition, the force-voltage electrical analogous system to 2 DOF 1/4 car model is also made and tested. To operate the system in real time, the HiL(Hardware-in-the-Loop) system is built up using a DSP board. The real time responses of the analogous system to several inputs are nearly same as the results of computer simulation for a theoretical model.

A reducer for a vehicle actuator is important to ensure price competitiveness through downsizing and reducing weight. For this purpose, there are several gear train structures. 3-Stage planetary gear train and 2-Stage compound planetary gear train, two gear trains were applied same system. Output responsiveness based on same input data was compared through dynamics simulation software. Responsiveness was confirmed that there is no difference between the two systems. Later, it will be proceeded with verification through subsequent sample production.
