피로인산구리용액으로부터 전기도금 된 Cu 필름의 특성에 미치는 도금조건의 영향

Effects of current density, electrodeposition temperature and solution pH on properties of Cu thin films electrodeposited from pyrophosphate bath were investigated. Current efficiency was decreased with increasing current density and increased with increasing temperature. But solution pH slightly influenced on current efficiency and current efficiency was measured to be above 90% at both room temperature and $55^{\circ}C$. Residual stress of Cu thin film electrodeposited at room temperature was decreased with increasing current density, while current density reaches to 60 $mA/cm^2$ or more, stress became close to zero. Cu thin films electrodeposited at $55^{\circ}C$ exhibited the residual stress range of 0~40 MPa. At room temperature, dendritic surface morphology was observed above the current density of 30 $mA/cm^2$ and at $55^{\circ}C$, above the current density of 100 $mA/cm^2$. Cu thin films electrodeposited from bath solution with room temperature and $55^{\circ}C$ mainly consisted of (111) peaks. Specially, Cu thin film electrodeposited at 30 $mA/cm^2$ and $55^{\circ}C$ exhibited strong preferred orientation of (111) peaks. 피로인산구리용액에서 전기도금공정을 이용하여 상온과 $55^{\circ}C$에서 각각 제조된 Cu박막의 특성에 미치는 전류밀도, 도금용액 온도, pH의 영향에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 전류효율은 전류밀도가 증가함에 따라 감소하였으나, 도금용액의 온도가 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 그러나 pH 는 전류효율에 거의 영향을 미치지는 않았으며, 상온과 $55^{\circ}C$에서 모두 90% 이상으로 측정되었다. 상온에서 전기도금 된 Cu 박막의 잔류응력은 전류밀도의 증가에 따라 감소하며, 60 $mA/cm^2$ 이상에서는 거의 0에 근접하였다. $55^{\circ}C$에서 전기도금 된 Cu 박막은 0~40 MPa의 잔류응력을 나타내었다. 상온에서 도금하는 경우 수지상 표면 형상이 30 $mA/cm^2$ 이상의 전류밀도로부터 관찰되었고, $55^{\circ}C$에서는 100 $mA/cm^2$ 이상의 전류밀도부터 관찰되었다. 상온과 $55^{\circ}C$의 도금용액으로부터 전기도금 된 Cu 박막은 거의 (111) 피크들로 구성되어 있다. 특히 $55^{\circ}C$, 30 $mA/cm^2$에서 전기도금 된 Cu 박막의 경우 (111) 피크의 강한 우선방향을 나타내었다.

The directed energy deposition (DED) process of metal 3D printing technologies has been treated as an effective method for welding, repairing, and even 3-dimensional building of machinery parts. In this study, stainless steel 316L (STS316L) and Inconel 625 (IN625) alloy powders are additively manufactured using the DED process, and the microstructure of the fabricated STS316L/IN625 sample is investigated. In particular, there are no secondary phases in the interface between STS316L and the IN625 alloy. The EDS and Vickers hardness results clearly show compositionally and mechanically transient layers a few tens of micrometers in thickness. Interestingly, several cracks are only observed in the STS 316L rather than in the IN625 alloy near the interface. In addition, small-sized voids 200-400 nm in diameter that look like trapped pores are present in both materials. The cracks present near the interface are formed by tensile stress in STS316L caused by the difference in the CTE (coefficient of thermal expansion) between the two materials during the DED process. These results can provide fundamental information for the fabrication of machinery parts that require joining of two materials, such as valves.

To maintain parts using 3D printing technology, a part library management system is required which provides users with information about part function, manufacturing method, and inspection method as well as 3D CAD models used as an input file for 3D printing work. The part information and related files managed in the part library management system are described according to a predefined part classification scheme. In this paper, we propose a classification scheme data structure for the maintenance of parts using 3D printing technology. Then we develop a classification scheme for gaskets and o-rings according to the data structure. Finally, we construct part catalog data according to the classification scheme in the prototype part library management system and then perform experiments of retrieving part information and files from the system.

본 논문에서는 WIPI 기반 모바일 두더지게임을 구현하였다. GNEX는 일반가상머신(GYM)과 호환성을 보장하며 WIPI에 탑재되어 콘텐츠를 실행할 수 있게 해주는 모바일 멀티미디어 플랫폼이다. 모바일 게임 프로그램은 무선 통신 환경에서 실행되기 때문에 안정적인 통신 환경이 보장되어야 한다. 또한 다양한 환경에서 실행될 수 있도록 구현하여야 한다. 모바일 게임의 구현이 단순히 게임이라는 측면에서만 끝나는 것이 아니라 휴대폰에서 무선 통신으로 이루어진다는 점에 유의하여 WIPI를 기반으로 모바일 두더지 게임을 구현하였다. It embodied a WIPI base mobile mole game from the thesis which it sees. The GNEX the general virtual machine(GVM) with will guarantee compatibility and it will be loaded it will be able to execute in the WIPI and the contents it is a mobile multimedia platform which it does as a favor. Mobile game program the stable communication environment must be guaranteed because is executed from radio communication environment Also it could be executed from the environment which is various in order, must embody. The embodiment of mobile game simple only the side which is a game end me, the thing knows from the cellular phone became accomplished with radio communication and to consider to a point the WIPI it embodied a mobile mole game in base.
