        국가수준 유치원평가의 내용 적합성에 대한 교사의 인식

        본 연구는 국가수준 유치원평가제의 평가내용의 적절성, 즉 평가의 영역과 항목, 지표의 적합성에 대하여 소속기관의 특성(설립주체, 규모)에 따라 유치원 교사의 인식이 어떠한지 분석해 봄으로써 유치원 평가의 개선을 위한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공립 및 사립유치원 소속 218명 교사의 설문 자료를 분석하였으며, 그 결과 및 시사점을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 유치원평가에서 유치원의 설립주체나 규모에 상관없이 평가내용을 동일하게 적용하는 것에 대해 부적절하다고 인식하는 경향이 더 많았으며, 개선방안으로는 공통적으로 적용할 것과 소속기관의 특성에 따라 별도로 추가하여 적용할 평가지표 및 기준을 구분하여 만들어야 한다는 의견이 우세하였다. 둘째, 평가영역과 항목, 평가지표에 대해 전반적으로는 적합하다고 인식하고 있으나, 일부 평가지표는 유치원의 설립주체나 규모에 적합하도록 수정 및 보완이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 유치원 평가제의 정착을 위해 유치원의 설립주체나 규모가 고려된 평가내용 개발의 후속 연구와 함께 유치원평가 내용에 대한 교사교육, 평기준비과정에서 소요되는 재정적 지원, 평가전반에 걸친 조력체제 형성과 같은 지원이 적극적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purposes of this study were to analyze the differences of kindergarten teachers' perceptions on content adequacy of nationwide evaluation of kindergarten according to their work (kindergarten ownership and scale), and to make suggestions for improvement of kindergarten evaluation system. 218 teachers from 86 public or private kindergartens were selected for data collection. The research findings and suggestions were as follows: first, more than half of the teachers perceived the equal application of kindergarten evaluation contents regardless of kindergarten ownership or scales inadequate and suggested combined application of separate criteria considering kindergartens' ownership or scales with common criteria. Second, teachers' perceptions of contents of evaluation were found to be generally adequate. However, some criteria were needed to be revised considering kindergarten ownership and scales. Finally, further studies revising evaluation contents and administrative authorities' supports are required for kindergarten evaluation system to be adequately functioning. Training for teachers about kindergarten evaluation content system, manpower- and financial-support for evaluation, and consultant support for evaluation should be urged.

        핑거루트(Boesenbergia pandura)와 생강(Zingiber oficinale Rosecoe)의 항산화 및 항균 활성 비교

        In this study, fingerroot (Boesenbergia pandurata) and ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) were extracted with water, 70% and 100% ethanol, respectively. The contents of polyphenols, flavonoids and ascorbic acid, antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of these extracts were measured. With respect to the polyphenol compound content, both fingerroot and ginger extract showed the highest in 70% ethanol extract, and the fingerroot extract showed a generally higher content than the ginger extract. The content of flavonoids, fingerroot and ginger extracts showed values of 1,247.14~1,259.93 ㎍%, and there was no big difference between extracts. The content of ascorbic acid was the highest in 100% ethanol extract in both fingerroot and ginger. Fingerroot extract was slightly higher than ginger extract in all extracts. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of fingerroot and ginger extracts showed the highest antioxidant activity in 100% ethanol extract, and fingerroot showed a slightly higher activity than ginger. The ABTS radical scavenging activity was high in 70% and 100% ethanol extracts of both fingerroot and ginger. In the activity between fingerroot and ginger extracts, ginger was higher in water extract and fingerroot was slightly higher in ethanol extract. Fingerroot and ginger extracts showed antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus.

        국가수준 유치원평가 기준의 적합성에 대한 교사의 인식

        The purposes of this study were to explore kindergarten teachers` perceptions of national-level standards adequacy in kindergarten evaluation, to analyze their perceptual differences according to kindergarten ownership and scales, and to make suggestions for kindergarten evaluation improvements. The data were collected from survey research of 206 teachers in public and private kindergartens. The results were as follows. First, teachers generally found the evaluation standards adequate, several items showed different responses according to their kindergarten ownership and scales, though. Second, the research showed relatively low level adequacy in some evaluation standards including teachers` self-evaluation for curriculum administration, sufficient outdoor activities, and various outdoor areas. To establish theoretical and pragmatical validity, the subsequent studies of systematic and clear evaluation standards considering characteristic of kindergartens are needed.

        유아교사의 일터영성 척도 개발

        This study aims to develop and validate the WSSECT (Workplace Spirituality Scale for Early Childhood Teacher) through literature review and statistical tests. The initial version with 40 items based on two dimensions of spirituality in individual and professional level was constructed. Then, it was revised twice for improving reliability and validity. Finally the WSSECT was constructed of 4 factors - i.e. ‘calling for ECE teacher job, ‘meaning for life, ‘membership in educational community and ‘awareness of inner life - including the 23 items. The scale will be expected to identify workplace spirituality of early childhood teacher.

        유아교사의 영성과 직무만족 및 직장 내 사회적 지지에 대한 인식 간의 관계

        본 연구에서는 종교적 개념을 초월하여 개인의 심리적 자원으로 재조명되고 있는 영성에 초점을 맞추어 유아교사의 직무관련 태도와의 관계를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 유아교사의 영성이 직무만족과 직장 내 사회적 지지에 대한 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여, 측정변수들의 상관관계를 분석하고 영성수준에 따라 차이검증을 실시하였다. 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 292명의 교사들의 자료를 분석한 결과, 유아교사의 영성은 직무만족 및 직장 내 사회적 지지와 전반적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 영성은 직무만족의 ‘직무적정성’ 및 ‘보수만족’을 제외한 나머지 하위요인들과 그리고 사회적 지지의 모든 하위요인들과 유의미한 정적 상관관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 평균을 기준으로 상?하위 수준을 구분한 영성집단 간에는 직무만족의 하위요인 중 ‘자기충족감’과 ‘동료관계’에 대해 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 사회적 지지에서는 모든 하위요인에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 영성이 직무관련 태도에 긍정적으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인한 본 연구결과를 영성관련 국내?외 연구들과 연결하여 논의하였으며, 유아교사의 직무환경 및 긍정적 직무태도를 증진하는 방안으로서 영성지향 교사교육을 제안하였다. This study aims to show the impact of early childhood teachers" spirituality on job satisfaction (i.e., self-fulfillment, work intensity/load, salary income, leadership relation, and collegial relations) and perceived social support at work (i.e., informational, emotional, tangible, and evaluative support). Correlation analysis and independent sample t-tests were performed on the data from a sample of 292 kindergarten and daycare center teachers. The results indicate that (1) teachers" spirituality mostly holds significant positive relationships with job satisfaction and social support at work, and that (2) within all the kinds of social support looked at such spirituality produces statistically significant differences as it does in two factors of job satisfaction - “self-fulfillment” and “collegial relations”. It can be concluded that spirituality is an important inner psychological resource for early childhood teachers to maintain a positive attitude toward their job to contribute to a supportive workplace environment. Further studies are needed to investigate teachers" workplace spirituality and integrating spirituality into teacher education.

        유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 영성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the trends in the spirituality and psychological wellbeing of mothers according to the personal variables of their own and their children. It`s also examine the relationships between the variable group(the meaning and purpose of life, inner resources, interrelationship and transcendence) of spirituality and that(self-acceptance, positive interpersonal relationship, autonomy, environmental control, the purpose of life and personal growth) of psychological wellbeing. 425 mothers with young children were selected and surveyed for the study. As a result, there were no significant differences among the mothers in spirituality and psychological wellbeing according to the age and gender of their children, and significant differences were found in some of the factors according to their own age and employment. The relationships between the variable groups of their spirituality and psychological wellbeing were interactive, and it turned out to be possible to set up a causal relationship model in which psychological wellbeing could be selected as a predictor variable of spirituality. In addition, the meaning and purpose of life, which belonged to the variable group of spirituality, and environmental control, which belonged to the variable group of psychological wellbeing, were identified as the variables to make the best prediction of psychological wellbeing and spirituality.

        예비유아교사의 일터영성신념 척도(WSBS_PECT)의 타당화

        This study was to validate the WSBS_PECT (Workplace Spirituality Belief Scale for Prospective Early Childhood Teacher) using discriminant analysis on prospective early childhood teachers’ happiness and career maturity. The data from 523 prospective early childhood teachers were analyzed statistically through t-test and binary logistic regression model. The results indicated that 1) the higher group in workplace spirituality belief significantly gets more scores of happiness and career maturity than the lower group, 2) 1 factors of the WSBS_PECT has discriminant power on prospective early childhood teachers’ happiness, and 3) 2 factors (‘meaning for life’ and ‘belief on calling for ECE teacher job’) of the WSBS_PECT are effective to discriminate prospective early childhood teachers’ career maturity. Further statistical works are supplementary needed to validate the WSBS_PECT and to increase its’ feasibility.

        유아교사의 일터영성 척도(WSSECT)의 타당화

        This study was to validate the WSSECT (Workplace Spirituality Scale for Early Childhood Teacher) using discriminant analysis on early childhood teachers’ happiness and job satisfaction. The data from 504 teachers working at kindergartens and daycare centers were analyzed statistically through t-test and discriminant analysis. The results indicated that 1) the higher group in workplace spirituality significantly gets more scores of happiness and job satisfaction than the lower group, 2) 4 factors of the WSSECT have discriminant power on early childhood teachers’ happiness, and 3) 2 factors (‘meaning for life’ and ‘calling for ECE teacher job’) of the WSSECT are effective to discriminate early childhood teachers’ job satisfaction. Further statistical works are supplementary needed to validate the WSSECT and to increase its’feasibility.

        예비유아교사의 일터영성신념 척도 개발

        The aim of the study was to develop the scale for measuring prospective teachers belief on workplace spirituality. The researchers revised the Workplace Spirituality Scale for Early Childhood Teacher (Lim, 2014) into the draft of Workplace Spirituality Belief for Prospective Early Childhood Teacher (WSBS_PECT) and then validated the draft of WSBS_PECT statistically. The data were collected from 664 prospective teachers participating 5 early childhood teacher programs. EFA, CFA, Correlations and some statistical methods were carried out for testing validity and reliability of the scale. As a result, the WSBS_PECT with 21 items of 4 factors - i.e. ‘awareness of meaning of life, ‘belief on calling for ECE teacher job, ‘belief on relationships in community, and belief on membership in community- was developed and identified as a available measurement for prospective childhood teachers.
