      • 『교양환경과학』의 체계화에 관한 연구

        Recently, environmental sciences and other environemnt-related courses are becoming a vary popular liberal art course subject in many colleges and universities. Environmental sciences, environmental studies, man and the environment, environmental pollution, environmental problems, environmental engineering, etc. are all referred to as such course subjects of environmental concerns. Nevertheless, the contents of text books and teaching trends in this subject area is chiefly concentrated on the scientific aspect of the environment alone, ignoring the other important areas of ethical, social, economic, and politcial aspects. It may be desirable to teach environment-related liberal art course more systematically in close connection with several major approaches, such as integrated approach, cross-media approach, and global approach. In this paper, three problems are studied, including (1) names of the course subject and its teaching contents ; (2) major areas of teaching staff ; and (3) relationship with "environment-related courses" of junior high and high schools.

      • 환경접근과 전략 : 규제, 시장 및 환경교육 Regulation, Markets, and Environmental Education

        Nations seek to achieve environmental goals through the use of regulation, market incentives, and consumer-oriented policies of education and information sharing. Thus, environmental approaches and strategies may be divided into regulation-oriented, market-oriented, and education-oriented. Govenment regulation includes incentives for environmental improvement, environmental standards, the "bubble concept", pollution taxes; market incentives include pollution charges, buying and selling pollution rights; education-oriented policies include right-to-know laws, "green seals" and eco-labeling, environmental awards and designations, voluntary and partnership programs. In this paper, the above approaches and strategies are briefly reviewed. Then, costs of clean environment, environmentalism after the Earth Summit are also considered. The bedrock of national policy in industrialized and developing nations alike is more evidently becoming that of environmental educuation. Children must learn from an early age the importance of conservation and diligent use of the earth's resources; adults must learn how to alter wasteful patterns of behavior in order to save resources and respect nature; and organizations must learn that waste reduction, energy conservation, stewardship of natural resources, and aggressive remediation of existing environmental problems are the practical definitions of sustainable development. Nations too must learn that economic development policies that are forged in the crucible of environmental destruction are doomed to fail in all but the very short term. The twentieth century has been a century of progress and economic development. It has been an epoch in which humans created means to end life on the planet; hopefully, it is also the time in which humans discovered the means, and the wisdom, to save it.

        In order to be a comprehensive music education, it must be on conditions that; (1) Music education being compiled synthetically every domain of music field. 2) Music education being concentric on the students. 3) Music education being weighted experience. 4) Music education being creative. 5) As previously described in the introduction, in order to restore fundamental sense and to perform a real music education, everyone concerned must be cooperative, and thet First, a firm establishment of an innovation of curriculum, and training system of teachers of education college. Reinforcement of educational training according to new text books. Second, Setting up two(2) edition-system (state text book, authorized text book) after a close examination of performances, according to present existing curriculum. Third, Maintain to lead to a direction of music lesson thru direct experience based on centralization on sttaining basic conception according to music education programme. Forth, Putting more efforts in compiling text books of music education programme. Fifth, Development of audio-visual education.

      • 환경관리 분야의 재검토

        In this paper, the environmental pollution problem is reconsidered in comparison with the closely related areas of natural resources management and environmental planning. Environmental problems in this country are generally considered th same as the pollution problem itself, ignorning the other important areas of natural resources management and environmental planning. I believe that the reconsideration of three basic of environment management, including pollution control, natural resources management and environmental planning as a interrelated integrated system will be very helpful to understand the various aspects of environmental problems more systematically. The consistent theme of this paper is concentrated more on the social aspects of the problem and reorganization of a possible systematic approach to environmental pollution problem.

        한국 수수께끼 속의 EРТөНЦИЙН ГУРав (三支놀이)

        Mongolian people has three kinds of oral games, those are ОНЬСого(riddles), тааВаР(quiz), Ертонцийн гурав(three answers). They think that those are three kinds of oral games, but we koreans think that one. Specially mongolian believe that there is Ертонцийн гурав only in mongolia. I don't think that it is true. There is Ертонцийн гурав in korea. We can find 2~3 Ертонцийн гурав in cheju-do province. Mongolian Ертонцийн гурав is similiar to korean's Mongolian Ертонцийн гурав has one topic(question) and three kinds of things(answers). Korean Ертонцийн гурав has one topic(question) and three kinds of things(answers). Therefore I think that there is Ертонцийн гурав in korea. Ертонцийн гурав in korea riddles in a new kind of oral game.
