This paper presents a method of a line balanced assembly sequence generation based on the verification of a disassemblability and a work time. To derive the disassemblability for a part to be disassembled, first we inference collision free assembly directions by extracting separable directions for the part. And we determine the disassemblability defined by the separability and stability cost. The separability cost represents a facility of the part disassembly operation, and the stability cost which represents a degree of the stability for the base assembly motion. Based upon the results, we propose a new approach of evaluating work time using neural networks. The proposed assembly sequence generation provides an effective means of solving the line balancing problem and gives a design guidance of planning assembly lay-out in flexible manufacturing application. Example study is given to illustrate the concepts and procedure of the proposed schemes.
DEA-BCC 모형을 이용한 은행점포 효율성 분석 : 층별 입지를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to draw a location strategy for each floor of the branches by comparing the efficiency of the branches according to the location of each floor. An analysis of the branches efficiency of the three Gangnam districts (Gangnam, Seocho, and Songpa) through the DEA-BCC model shows that there are significant differences in efficiency among branches. The results of the input-oriented BCC model showed that the average efficiency of 398 branches located in Gangnam-gu was 0.3088, indicating the distribution of the standard deviation of 0.1232. The efficiency of branches classified by floor was shown in the order of 2nd floor > Other floor > 1st floor > 1st & 2nd floor. In order to measure the impact of this, the multi-regression analysis confirmed that the characteristics of 2nd floor and Other floor are having a positive effect on the efficiency of the bank branches and that the 1 and 2 has a negative effect on the 1st floor on the efficiency of the bank s branches. Through this study, we demonstrated that the characteristics of the bank s branches, which used to be located on the first floor, have changed, and we were able to identify differences in branches efficiency depending on the location characteristics of each floor.
다문화가정 학생의 학교적응에 관한 연구: 경기도 초등학생을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 학생의 잠재능력과 대인관계가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 밝히는 데 있다. 경기도의 다문화가정 4, 5, 6학년 학생을 대상으로 274명을 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 학생의 잠재능력은 자아정체감, 성취동기, 언어능력으로, 대인관계는 부모와의 관계, 교우와의 관계, 교사와의 관계로, 학교생활적응은 교과활동, 생활태도, 교과외 활동으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 통계 분석은 SPSS Win 18.0 프로그램과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 남학생과 여학생 집단별로 보면 남학생 집단의 경우 교우와의 관계, 부모와의 관계, 교사와의 관계의 순으로 모두 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 여학생 집단의 경우 교사와의 관계만이 유의미하게 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 남학생 집단과 차이를 보였다. 다문화가정 자녀들 중 여학생의 학교생활적응에 교사의 역할이 크고 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 학년별로 살펴보면 4학년의 경우 부모와의 관계와 교사와의 관계, 5학년과 6학년의 경우에는 교사와의 관계만이 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 학년이 올라갈수록 개인의 잠재능력이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향력이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to present a comprehensive grasp of adjustment to school life of students from multi-cultural families, by analyzing how the students` potential ability and relationship with parents, schoolmates, and teachers affect adjustment to school life. The data of this study is composed of 274 currently enrolled elementary students from multi-cultural families aging from grades four to six in Kyunggi Province. Data was collected by using structured questionnaires. The results of this study are as follows: First, there are meaningful differences in gender. It seems that female students are more affected by the teachers than male students. It is considered that teachers` engagement is important in female students` school adjustment. Second, as the students grow, parental influence upon them will become less effective, while they are kept affected by teachers.
