        학교 신종플루 확산기 동안의 초등학교 보건교사의 직무현황

        Purpose: To identify the need to reform in the crisis response of Health Teacher, School Nurse, in elementary school during epidemic outbreak of influenza H1N1. Methods: 139 elementary health teachers , school nurse, in seoul elementary school responded in the questionnaire, and we analysed by using frequency and percent, t-test, and paired t-test. Results: The Job status became 121% more 'during influenza H1N1 (flu) outbreak' than Job status of 'before outbreak'. The proportion of the flu-related duty among their daily workload was up to 77.5%. The administration- related workload of the flu-related duty was 30.8%. and students' health assessment including temperature measurement 18.7%. Furthermore, an impediment of usual daily work due to an increaed flu-related workload was 95.7%, and no alternative plan such as disposition of assistant labor force was 86.1%. Especially, an impediment of health education was 61.0%, so the major concern was the loss of health education. We compared average scores (a five-point Likert scale) of health teachers' work motivation, exhaustion, work relationship and Job management of 'during' with 'before' flu-outbreak. The difference range of 'during' minus 'before' work motivation score was from -0.4 points to -0.9; work exhaustion range from 1.8 to 1.9; the difficulty of relationship between students, school personnel, parents of students, and health teachers from 1.4 points to 1.3 points; and the consideration of changing Job, taking time off from the Job and retirement from 1.4 to 1.6 points. Conclusion: The health teachers had a heavy workload due to flu-outbreak. They also experienced the impediment of usual work implementation. However, there was a shortage of alternative plan such as disposition of an assistant labor force. Under their Job status like this, the health teachers' motivation score was decreased and work exhaustion was increased. Furthermore, they had a lot of relation difficulty with students and school personnel. Therefore, we suggested that in contrast to the usual Job status, there is a need to have a prepared response during school crisis like flu-outbreak such as improved response system in seoul metropolitan education office, simplification or dispersion of administrative work, and temporary call-center for simple inquiries or advices.

        SM-2015의 혈중 알코올 분해 및 숙취 개선 효과

        Objectives: This study investigated the effect of SM-2015 on blood alcohol clearance and hangover. We undertook this study to test whether SM-2015 is effective in decreasing blood alcohol concentration and preventing the symptoms of alcohol-induced hangover. Methods: Twenty healthy volunteers participated in this randomized crossover study. All participants were classified between an SM-2015 intake group (test group) and a non-intake group (control group). The primary outcome measure was the difference in blood alcohol concentration and hangover severity scores between the test and control groups. The secondary outcome measure was the difference in a liver function test (LFT) between the test and control groups. Results: After alcohol exposure, the sensitivity scores of blood alcohol concentration and hangover symptoms (sleepiness, dizziness, nausea, weakness, stomach pain, diarrhea, and concentration disorder) were significantly decreased in the SM-2015 intake group compared with the non-intake group. There were no differences in the LFT results between the SM-2015 intake group and the non-intake group. Conclusions: SM-2015 is effective in decreasing blood alcohol concentration and preventing the symptoms of alcohol-induced hangover. Larger studies are required to confirm these findings.

        사업서비스업의 유망직업에 여성진출의 장애요인

        이 논문의 연구목적은 사업서비스업의 여성인력 활용규모를 파악하고, 고학력 여성인력이 동 서비스 산업의 유망직업에 진출하는데 작용하는 장애요인을 찾아내는 것이다. 연구문제는 1) 사업서비스업에 종사하는 여성인력의 규모는 얼마나 되는가 2) 사업서비스업에서 여성이 진출하기에 유망한 직업은 무 엇인가 3) 유망직업에 여성이 진출하는데 작용하는 장애요인은 무엇인가이다. 연구방법으로 통계청의 경제활동인구조사 결과와 지역별고용실태조사 원자료 분석과 면접조사를 실시하였다. 사업서비스업에 종사하는 여성은 62~66만 명이며 이는 사업서비스업 취업자의 35-39% 정도이다. 전문자격사(변호사, 법무사, 회계사, 세무사, 관세사)의 경우 여성인력 비중은 5-14% 정도에 불과한데, 최근에는 모든 전문자격사 시험에서 여성 합격자 비율이 20%를 상회하고 있어서 향후 전문자격사의 여성 비율이 크게 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 회계․경리 사무원, 통계 사무원, 설문조사원 등의 직업에 서는 현재에도 여성 비중이 매우 높다. 여성이 사업서비스업에 진출하는데 작용하는 가장 큰 장애요인은 1) 장시간 근로와 높은 업무 강도 로 인한 일-가정 양립의 어려움, 2) 창업하는 경우 고객확보의 어려움, 3) 전문성이 상대적으로 낮은 직 업의 경우 초임이 낮고 고숙련 인력으로 성장하기 어려운 고용환경, 4) 일부 직업의 경우 직업 정보가 널리 알려지지 않았다는 점 등이다. 변호사, 경영컨설턴트, 통계사무원, 행사․전시․회의 기획자 직업 이 상대적으로 여성 진출에 어려움이 크고, 법무사, 세무사, 관세사, 회계․세무 사무소 사무원, 법률관 련 사무원, 설문조사원 등의 직업에서는 다소 간의 어려움이 발견되었다. 그러나 회계사와 조사전문가 직업에서는 여성진출에 장애요인을 발견하지 못하였다. This study proposes ways to attract highly qualified women to the Business Services Sector(BSS). The BSS is an industrial sector which requires a relatively higher level of education in comparison with other sectors. In this sector, the number of workers is growing faster than other sectors. As a result, the BSS will offer attractive or decent jobs for highly qualified women in the future. The methodology of this research consists of analysis of statistical data and focus group interviews. The research outcomes are as follows: First, there are 620,000-660,000 women working in the BSS accounting for 35-39% of the overall workforce in the BSS. Second, women are concentrated in clerical work and elementary occupations. The proportion of female professionals in the jobs such as lawyer, certified public accountant, licensed tax accountant, judicial scrivener is between 5% and 14%. Lawyers and certified public accountants enjoy equal opportunities to be employed by large firms. Other professions such as licensed tax accountant and judicial scrivener require accuracy, promptitude and trust-building which are advantages of female workforce. But these female professionals experience work-family conflicts and difficulties in opening their own offices. Third, female workers account for 79.1% in accounting clerks, 59.4% in statistical clerks and 34.1% in law clerks. Accounting clerks frequently change their workplace. Fourth, jobs such as researchers and interviewers at research firms have a high proportion of women and require advantages of female workforce. Interviewers have a low income level and lack training programs before or after recruitment. Fifth, business consultants do not face gender discrimination but they experience work-family conflicts because of long working hours and heavy workloads. Sixth, event-exhibition-forum planner is an appropriate job for women because women tend to be sensitive to changes in trends and their accuracy is necessary for the planning. However, job seekers often have wrong images about the job. As a consequence, they tend to quit right after they start working. Furthermore, planners also face work-family conflicts.

        고등학생의 부정적 식이습관과 관련요인

        Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate the relation of the unhealthy eating habit of high school students in Seoul with their school types. Methods: In cross-sectional study, secondary data was used, representative sample of 7,284 subjects, high school students in Seoul. Consumption rates of Ramyun, Fast-food, and a breakfast- skipping rate were compared by the gender, grade, and school type. Descriptive statistics, x2 analysis, correlation, and multiple logistic regression were used for data analysis. Results: The odds ratios (OR) of associated factors on the breakfast-skipping were 1.25 times higher in the 11th grade, 1.26 times in the 12th grade (reference: 10th grade), 1.21 times in school for both gender (reference: only male gender), 2.63 times in the general high school, 4.82 times in the vocational (reference: the autonomous private). The odds ratios (OR) of associated factors on frequent Ramyun intake were 2.10 times in male, 1.79 times in both gender (reference: only male gender), 2.01 times in the general high school, vocational 5.26 times (reference: the autonomous private). The odds ratios (OR) of associated factors on frequent Fast-food intake were 1.89 times in school for both gender (reference: only male gender), 3.93 times in the vocational high school (reference: the autonomous private). Conclusion: Students of the vocational high school than those of the autonomous private had more and more the breakfast-skipping rate, and had more consumption rates of Ramyun and Fast-food. Therefore, in order to improve these problems, intervention for students, diversified school health policy as well as health education to right food intake consumption are needed.

        도보여행 활성화를 위한 탐방로 시설 및 운영 관리 실태 평가 - 강화 나들길을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 도보여행 탐방로의 평가 기준을 도출하고, 탐방로 시설과 운영관리 실태를 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 도보여 행 연구를 바탕으로 탐방로 시설과 운영관리에 대한 평가 지표를 도출하였고, 탐방자원, 탐방시설, 탐방로 운영관리로 구분하였다. 강화 나들길의 이용 만족도가 높은 코스를 선정하였고 자연중심형과 문화중심형 탐방로로 분류하여 강화 나들길의 탐방로 실태를 평가하였다. 자연중심형 탐방로는 탐방로와 연계된 마을의 생활문화자원을 발굴해야 하고, 버 스정류장, 슈퍼마켓을 이용하여 편의시설을 조성해야 한다. 문화중심형 탐방로는 쇠퇴시설을 활용한 경제적 재생 방안 을 마련해야 한다. This study is aimed at deducting the evaluation standard of the walking tour trail and evaluating the real condition of trail facilities and operation & management. On the basis of the research on the walking tour, this study deducted the evaluation index of the trail facilities and administrative control, and divided it into visit resources, visit facilities and trail operation-management. This study selected the course of high use satisfaction among the Ganghwa Nadeul-gil section, and evaluated the real condition of Ganghwa Nadeul-gil trail by classifying the route as nature-oriented trail and culture-oriented trail. In case of nature-oriented trail, it's necessary to discover living culture resources of the village linked with the trail, and to develop amenities using bus stations and supermarket. In case of culture-oriented trail, it's required that economic regeneration plan should be arranged using the declining facilities.
