        태극체조 참가자의 신체적 자기개념이 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the Physical Self-Concept on Their Psychological Happiness of Tai Chi Exercise Participants. In order to meet this purpose, Physical Self-Concept scale(PSCS) developed by Choi(2003), Psychological Happiness developed by Yang(1998) were used to translate and analyze its adaptability in Koreans. A convenience sample of people was obtained from 133 Thi Chai exercises. Descriptive statistics were used to profile the sample. A principle component factor analysis with a varimax rotation was adopted to determine if there were distinct physical self-concept and psychological happiness dimensions by these exercise. The reliability of the factor dimensions was computed through the reliability procedure in SPSS for Windows. After checking the correlation coefficients, data then was analyzed by applying regression to examine whether the physical self-concept in Thi Chai exercise influenced psychological happiness. The results are as follows. The statistic package used in the analysis is measured to make use of the SPSS 15.0. Results obtained from this study are as follows: First, According to the gender variable, psychological happiness is different. Second, The findings indicate that Psychological Happiness is significantly influenced by Physical Self-Concept of the Tai Chi exerciser.

        7차 개정교육과정에 따른 예비 체육교사들의 여가교육에 대한 인식과 요구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze a leisure education awareness and needs of the pre-physical education teacher`s and to propose resettlement of the leisure education in public education. In order to solve this goal, This study processed in-depth analysis about the leisure and leisure education awareness, pre-physical education teacher`s understanding to the 7th revision curriculum, needs for the resettlement of leisure education in a middle and high school situation. There are the main results through the induction analytic and validity process. First, About the question whether pre-physical education teacher know about the fact that adds a `leisure activity` area in a 7th revision curriculum, just half of them knew already. And this information was acquired from not leisure class but other class. Second, Pre-physical education teachers recognize that leisure education as a education to induce students to a active physical activity, continuous with a lifelong education, to explore the self-realization. Also, leisure education in school system is necessary to a physical activity area which is a physical, emotional development education because leisure education was recognized as knowing a proper leisure through the physical activities, developing a social skill, deducing a stress. Third, Needs for the resettlement a leisure education in a middle & high school curriculum were opening a professional leisure subjects and a leisure sports activity centered variety practical and actual practice class.

        여가스포츠 참가자의 성별에 따른 운동신념, 운동중독, 정서의 영향관계 검증

        The main goal of the current study is to identify the relationship between exercise belief, exercise dependence and affect of leisure sports participants by examining different gender groups. For this goal, structural equation modeling is used to assess the plausibility of a conceptual model that specifies hypothesized linkages among leisure sports participants` perceptions of (a) exercise beliefs, (b) exercise dependence, and (c) affect (positive or negative). Four hundred and twenty South Koreans responded to our survey questions that were designed to capture the above constructs. Our findings show that exercise dependence leads to positive affect for both genders, although both males and females depend on the exercise for a different level of exercise beliefs. Females depend on both mental and emotional functioning, yet males depend more on social desirability. The results indicate that males tend to be more socially sensitive, whereas emotional management is more important for females. The current study also suggests the possibility of offering an education course on exercise beliefs that may moderate exercise dependence for adults. For this, we verify the negative effect of exercise beliefs on exercise dependence. In addition, the study desires inclusive understanding on exercise dependence through the verification of the relationship between exercise dependence and affect.

        청소년의 여가태도와 자기효능감 관계에서 여가인지의 매개효과 분석

        The purpose of this study is to find how leisure perception mediates the relationship between leisure attitude and self-efficacy, and subsequently the relationship between the three factors. The participants, 350 middle school students in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were surveyed, which was analyzed by purposive sampling. The reliability and construct validity of the questionnaire survey were evaluated with Cronbach`s values and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA). The mediation model of leisure perception was verified by structural equation modeling (SEM). From the analysis, it was found that leisure perception of adolescents mediates between leisure attitude and self-efficacy of the group. Therefore, leisure attitude of adolescents had no significant effect on self-efficacy of them directly. In contrast, leisure attitude of adolescents affected leisure perception, and then the affected leisure perception of adolescents significantly affected self-efficacy of the group. As the students in adolescence perceive leisure attitude more highly, leisure perception gets improved. Subsequently, the improved leisure perception may have an improving effect on self-efficacy of adolescents. These results perfectly support the complete mediation model of leisure perception developed in this study.

        체육교사의 여가교육 인식

        The purpose of this study was to analyze a leisure education awareness of the physical education teacher`s(PETs) and to propose resettlement of the leisure education in public education. This study conducted in-depth analysis on the leisure and leisure education awareness, PETs perception on the 7th revision of the curriculum and training program for teachers on leisure education. The main results are as follows: First, Physical education teachers think of leisure education in school curriculum as experience education from various leisure activities; education for students`s leisure acknowledgement & its applications; and education for providing information and opportunities for leisure activities. In addition, they also think that leisure education is necessary for continual enhancement of leisure activities; encouragements of emotional refreshment and physical strength; and development for overall human characteristics. Second, from the surveys on PETs perception about the fields of leisure activities, they turn out to have only overall information on the new education curriculum. Further, they thought it would be difficult to apply the new curriculum in reality because of teacher`s unestablished leisure concept, unprepared class materials, and so on. Third, form our in-depth interviews with school teachers, on their thought on the training programs for teachers on leisure educations, they overwhelmingly viewed that it is hard to relate the program contents to leisure education in schools because of the lack of understanding the value or meaning on the program form short-term period experiences, small chance of participating in the program, and the lack of school materials.

        여가스포츠 참여자의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 여가제약 유형화 연구

        The objectives of this study were to the analysis and classification of leisure constraints that male and female adults have during the leisure sports activities, and elucidation of distinctive characteristics among the categorized groups of leisure constraints according to the variables in sociology of population. 944 surveys were analyzed as valid samples. The statistical analyses used in this study were frequency, factor analysis, reliability, K-mean cluster analysis and Cross-Tabs analysis. According to these analyses, it was concluded that the leisure constraints were categorized into four groups, interpersonal constraints(I), structural constraints(II), time/structural constraints(III) and time/interpersonal constraints(IV). The frequency of the leisure constraint groups in accordance with the characteristics of sociology of population were significantly different in gender and annual household income. Time/structural constraints were the most frequent to both males and females sampled in this study, followed by time/interpersonal, interpersonal, and structural constraints in order of frequency. Likewise, the same result were obtained in the case of annual household income. The categorized groups of leisure constraints that leisure sports participants have, which were analyzed and classified by this study may be employed to effectively assess the conditions related to leisure activities of the participants in leisure education and consulting. Consequently, this study will make it possible to plan the entire leisure education programs in detail and effectively.

        여가스포츠 참가 수준에 따른 대학생의 객체화된 신체의식, 사회적 체형불안 및 우울의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to examine whether the causal relationship between the objectified physical consciousness (body surveillance, body shame), social pyhsique anxiety, and depression of college students varies according to the level of leisure sports participation frequency (LTEQ). To this end, frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple group structure model analysis are conducted using observations obtained by surveying 608 Korean college students. The main research results are as follows. First, the objectified body consciousness of college students increases the social pyhsique anxiety. In particular, the increase of the body shame increases social physique anxiety. Second, increased social physique anxiety increases depression. Third, LTEQ high group shows lower impact of objectified body consciousness, say, body surveilance, and body shame, on social physique anxiety than LTEQ low group. Furthermore, lower static influence of social physique anxiety on depression is observed from LTEQ high group. In other words, the LTEQ high group showed less static influence of the objectified body consciousness (body surveillance, body shame) on the social anxiety than the low group, and the static influence of the social anxiety on the depression was also less.

      • 한국 여가전문인력 양성제도의 현황과 발전과제

        The purpose of this study was to bring up the present state and development task of the korean leisure expert system through the analysis of the case study of the ``leisure manager`` management he each leisure expert system processing by the government. According to the 2006 leisure white paper, leisure program administration was given much more weight among the present driving leisure policies(leisure facility expansion, program administration, leisure information offer, leisure expert cultivation, system reform). But the leisure information offer and leisure expert cultivation field was presented less weight than the other fields. Despite of the quantity of the leisure expert cultivation program according to each government departments, but We have to asked a question in return whether our driving leisure expert cultivation system is proper to each departmental character. A development task of the Korean Leisure Expert System as seen below. First, the arrangement about the definition and category of the leisure expert is needed. Second, the specific curriculum development through the general direction arrangement of the leisure expert cultivation is necessity. Thirdly, korean government`s legal and administrative support policies such as a organization of the exclusive responsible institute is necessity. Fourthly, the improve of the leisure expert cultivation system is considered.
