        다문화가정 초등학생의 학교생활적응 및 여가인지력 개선을 위한 여가교육 구성요인 탐색

        본 연구는 다문화가정 초등학생 자녀를 대상으로 학교생활적응 및 여가인지능력 개선을 위한 방과 후 여가교육 프로그램의 구성요인 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 이상의 목적을 위하여 본 연구에서는 문헌연구와 다문화가정 초등생 자녀를 대상으로 진행된 실증연구를 토대로 ‘학교생활적응’ 및 ‘여가인지능력’ 향상에 영향을 미치는 주요한 변인들을 탐색하였다. 개방형 설문에 대한 귀납적 분석을 통해 추출된 학교생활적응 및 여가인지의 구성요인은 다음과 같다. 학교생활적응은 교사 및 교우적응(사회적 상호작용), 학업적응(과제집중력, 효과적인 학습을 위한 기술습득), 긍정적 자기개념형성요인(자신감 향상, 긍정적 자기개념)으로, 또한 여가인지 요인은 여가에서의 자기인식(여가가치 인식, 여가스타일 인식)과 여가활용능력(여가기획력, 여가자원 활용)의 하위구조가추출되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 향후 체계적인 방과 후 활동으로써의 ‘여가교육 프로그램’ 확산과 7차 개정교육과정 개편에 따라 적용될체육교과 내 여가활동 이해 및 활용 프로그램의 근간을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This paper studies the factors consisting of after-school leisure education programs designed for enhancing school life adaptation and leisure awareness ability for elementary school students raised in multi-cultural families. For this goal, we search for the factors based upon the literature review and empirical surveys. From this, the adaptation ability to teachers and friends (social interactions), schoolwork adaptation ability (acquisition of skills for homework and effective schooling), and positive self-realization (enhanced self-confidence, positive self-concept) are identified as factors for school life adaptation. Also, we identify self-consciousness (consciousness of leisure value, consciousness of leisure style) and capability of leisure activity (planning ability for leisure, use of leisure resource) as factors for leisure awareness ability. We expect this study will be able to provide the structural basis of leisure education programs designed for enhancing systematic after-school activities, which will be also requested by the 7th renewal of physical education program.

        한국 직장인의 일-여가 갈등, 일-여가 촉진과 직무만족 간의 관계성 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 서울거주 남녀 직장인 총 537명을 대상으로 일과 여가의 균형과 직무 스트레스 및 직무만족 간의 관계성을 알아보는 것이다. 일과 여가의 균형에 대한 기존 연구가 매우 부족할 뿐 아니라, 기 수행 된 연구물들의 대다수가 일과 여가의 균형을 단일구조로 인식하여 연구 되어져 왔다. 그러나 신규리 외(2016)의 연구에서 일-여가 균형은 일-여가 간의 갈등과 촉진이 각기 상이한 구조로 구성됨이 밝혀진 바 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일-여가 균형을 설명하는 일-여가 갈등과 일-여가 촉진을 각기 구분하여, 한국 직장인들의 직무만족과 직무스트레스에 대한 영향력을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직장인들의 일-여가 촉진은 직무 스트레스를 낮춰주면서 직무만족을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이때, 일-여가 촉진은 직무만족 증가에 매우 밀접한 연관이 있었다. 둘째, 직장인들의 일-여가 갈등은 직무스트레스를 매우 높이면서 직무만족을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 이때, 일-여가 갈등은 직장인의 직무스트레스 증가에 매우 밀접한 연관이 있었다. 이상의 결과를 통해 일-여가 균형을 측정하는 일-여가 갈등과 일-여가 촉진이 각기 상이한 구조임이 실증적으로 재확인 되었다. 결국 일-여가 갈등을 낮추는 전략이 일-여가 촉진의 향상으로 이어지는 것이 아니라는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 경영자들이 자사의 경영목적과 경영환경을 파악하여 근로자들의 일과 여가 균형과 직무만족을 위한 선택적 적용이 필요함을 시사해 준다. The main goal of this study is to empirically examine the interrelationship among work-leisure balance, job stress, and job satisfaction. For this goal, we surveyed 537 male and female workers residing in Seoul. Shin et al. (2016) show that the work-leisure balance has a double structure consisting of work-leisure conflict and work-leisure facilitation, although most works in prior literature identify the relationship in a single structure. This work further deepens the approach in Shin et al. (2016) by empirically examining how work-leisure balance affects the job satisfaction and stress through the work-leisure conflict and facilitation. The main findings of this study are as follows: first, the work-leisure facilitation reduces the job stress and increases the job satisfaction. Here, the work-leisure facilitation is closely related to increasing the job satisfaction. Second, the work-leisure conflict increases the job stress and reduces the job satisfaction. Here, the work-leisure conflict is closely related to the increase of the job stress. By these findings, we can empirically affirm that the structure between work-leisure balance and work-leisure conflict is different from that between work-leisure balance and work-leisure facilitation, so that reducing the work-leisure conflict does not necessarily imply the increase of the work-leisure facilitation. Business managers need to choose appropriate strategies for work leisure balance and job satisfaction depending on the business goal and environment of their business.

      • 한국 여가전문인력 양성제도의 현황과 발전과제

        The purpose of this study was to bring up the present state and development task of the korean leisure expert system through the analysis of the case study of the ``leisure manager`` management he each leisure expert system processing by the government. According to the 2006 leisure white paper, leisure program administration was given much more weight among the present driving leisure policies(leisure facility expansion, program administration, leisure information offer, leisure expert cultivation, system reform). But the leisure information offer and leisure expert cultivation field was presented less weight than the other fields. Despite of the quantity of the leisure expert cultivation program according to each government departments, but We have to asked a question in return whether our driving leisure expert cultivation system is proper to each departmental character. A development task of the Korean Leisure Expert System as seen below. First, the arrangement about the definition and category of the leisure expert is needed. Second, the specific curriculum development through the general direction arrangement of the leisure expert cultivation is necessity. Thirdly, korean government`s legal and administrative support policies such as a organization of the exclusive responsible institute is necessity. Fourthly, the improve of the leisure expert cultivation system is considered.

        여가스포츠 참여자의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 여가제약 유형화 연구

        The objectives of this study were to the analysis and classification of leisure constraints that male and female adults have during the leisure sports activities, and elucidation of distinctive characteristics among the categorized groups of leisure constraints according to the variables in sociology of population. 944 surveys were analyzed as valid samples. The statistical analyses used in this study were frequency, factor analysis, reliability, K-mean cluster analysis and Cross-Tabs analysis. According to these analyses, it was concluded that the leisure constraints were categorized into four groups, interpersonal constraints(I), structural constraints(II), time/structural constraints(III) and time/interpersonal constraints(IV). The frequency of the leisure constraint groups in accordance with the characteristics of sociology of population were significantly different in gender and annual household income. Time/structural constraints were the most frequent to both males and females sampled in this study, followed by time/interpersonal, interpersonal, and structural constraints in order of frequency. Likewise, the same result were obtained in the case of annual household income. The categorized groups of leisure constraints that leisure sports participants have, which were analyzed and classified by this study may be employed to effectively assess the conditions related to leisure activities of the participants in leisure education and consulting. Consequently, this study will make it possible to plan the entire leisure education programs in detail and effectively.

        체육교사의 여가교육 인식

        The purpose of this study was to analyze a leisure education awareness of the physical education teacher`s(PETs) and to propose resettlement of the leisure education in public education. This study conducted in-depth analysis on the leisure and leisure education awareness, PETs perception on the 7th revision of the curriculum and training program for teachers on leisure education. The main results are as follows: First, Physical education teachers think of leisure education in school curriculum as experience education from various leisure activities; education for students`s leisure acknowledgement & its applications; and education for providing information and opportunities for leisure activities. In addition, they also think that leisure education is necessary for continual enhancement of leisure activities; encouragements of emotional refreshment and physical strength; and development for overall human characteristics. Second, from the surveys on PETs perception about the fields of leisure activities, they turn out to have only overall information on the new education curriculum. Further, they thought it would be difficult to apply the new curriculum in reality because of teacher`s unestablished leisure concept, unprepared class materials, and so on. Third, form our in-depth interviews with school teachers, on their thought on the training programs for teachers on leisure educations, they overwhelmingly viewed that it is hard to relate the program contents to leisure education in schools because of the lack of understanding the value or meaning on the program form short-term period experiences, small chance of participating in the program, and the lack of school materials.

        7차 개정교육과정에 따른 예비 체육교사들의 여가교육에 대한 인식과 요구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze a leisure education awareness and needs of the pre-physical education teacher`s and to propose resettlement of the leisure education in public education. In order to solve this goal, This study processed in-depth analysis about the leisure and leisure education awareness, pre-physical education teacher`s understanding to the 7th revision curriculum, needs for the resettlement of leisure education in a middle and high school situation. There are the main results through the induction analytic and validity process. First, About the question whether pre-physical education teacher know about the fact that adds a `leisure activity` area in a 7th revision curriculum, just half of them knew already. And this information was acquired from not leisure class but other class. Second, Pre-physical education teachers recognize that leisure education as a education to induce students to a active physical activity, continuous with a lifelong education, to explore the self-realization. Also, leisure education in school system is necessary to a physical activity area which is a physical, emotional development education because leisure education was recognized as knowing a proper leisure through the physical activities, developing a social skill, deducing a stress. Third, Needs for the resettlement a leisure education in a middle & high school curriculum were opening a professional leisure subjects and a leisure sports activity centered variety practical and actual practice class.

        수변 여가공간으로서의 월미공원 활성화 방안

        Since five-day workweek was implemented, the demands and concerns for leisure activities have been growing. However, economic situation, time limitation and the lack of leisure infrastructures such as spaces and facilities requires the development of user-oriented leisure resources, which enable people to enjoy their leisure lives in the life zone. While the demands for leisure spaces and the concerns for wholesome environment of city have been growing, the prerequisites to satisfied leisure life have not been fulfilled in the current leisure spaces of cities. Meanwhile, the waterfront has recently been highlighted as a new site for leisure spaces. Waterfront for leisure spaces with various facilities may satisfy the demands of citizens for diverse leisure activities. Moreover, leisure spaces faced water can be served as resting places satisfactory to citizens. Accordingly, the development of waterfront leisure spaces with considering the characteristics of surrounding area and the number of visitors has been required. In this study, we attempted to suggest a plan making an urban park as resting places, which please the inhabitants in a city and the plan is made on the basis of a survey of present status of the Walmi Park and demands for the park located at Joong-Gu, Incheon. For eleven days since July 9, 2009, a survey with 174 citizens was conducted about 'the level of visitor recognition and satisfaction' and 152 questionnaires in total was analyzed for the study. According to the survey, the visitors utilized ecology education experience equipments in high frequencies. On the contrary, the overall level of satisfaction to parking lots, physical exercise and education experience facilities, auditorium, and information booths were elucidated to be low. The number of participants of leisure programs currently being performed was as low as 21 and the low participation in the programs was attributed to lack of advertisement, indifference, and burden in terms of time and costs. As the essential factors to develop desirable waterfront leisure spaces at Walmi park, cultural, resting and stress reduction spaces were selected and parking lots, resting area, and ecology education experience equipments was requested to be expanded. The results of the survey showed that the access frequency of Wolmi park as leisure spaces and the participation rate of leisure program was so low that the development of leisure spaces compatible to the characteristics of waterfront, leisure programs and systemized advertisement is required.         청소년의 여가태도와 자기효능감 관계에서 여가인지의 매개효과 분석

        The purpose of this study is to find how leisure perception mediates the relationship between leisure attitude and self-efficacy, and subsequently the relationship between the three factors. The participants, 350 middle school students in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were surveyed, which was analyzed by purposive sampling. The reliability and construct validity of the questionnaire survey were evaluated with Cronbach`s values and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA). The mediation model of leisure perception was verified by structural equation modeling (SEM). From the analysis, it was found that leisure perception of adolescents mediates between leisure attitude and self-efficacy of the group. Therefore, leisure attitude of adolescents had no significant effect on self-efficacy of them directly. In contrast, leisure attitude of adolescents affected leisure perception, and then the affected leisure perception of adolescents significantly affected self-efficacy of the group. As the students in adolescence perceive leisure attitude more highly, leisure perception gets improved. Subsequently, the improved leisure perception may have an improving effect on self-efficacy of adolescents. These results perfectly support the complete mediation model of leisure perception developed in this study.
