Purpose: Pulmonary hypertension can occur from diverse etiologies. It was reported that pulmonary hypertension also complicated dialysis patents, but the exact mechanisms were not determined. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prevalence and risk factors of pulmonary hypertension in maintenance hemodialysis patients. In addition, we studied the relationship between pulmonary hypertension and arteriovenous access. Methods: Fifty-nine chronic hemodialysis patients underwent clinical evaluation. Pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) was estimated by Doppler echocardiography. Pulmonary hypertension was defined as PAP ≥35 mmHg. Results: Mean PAP value of subjects was 39.3±13.2 mmHg. Pulmonary hypertension was found in 31 (53%) of patients receiving hemodialysis (49.0±10.6 mmHg; range 37 to 84 mmHg). Clinical and biochemical parameters did not differ significantly between patients with pulmonary hypertension and without pulmonary hypertension. In 19 patients, PAP was elevated from 27.8±10.2 mmHg to 41.8±11.9 mmHg (p<0.001) after onset of hemodialysis via arteriovenous fistula. And pulmonary hypertension developed in 12 of 15 patients with normal PAP after onset of hemodialysis treatment. Conclusion: The prevalence of pulmonary hypertension was high, and hemodialysis via arteriovenous access may be involved in the development of pulmonary hypertension.

본 연구에서 섬진강 수계의 주요지점에 대해 심미학적 필요유량을 결정하였다. 심미학적 필요유량은 하천의 주요경관과 더불어 하천의 수면폭, 유속, 수심, 유량과 같은 수리특성을 만족해야 한다 주요지점의 심미학적 필요유량은 다음과 같다. 섬진강 본류에 위치한 쉼터휴게소, 두가세월교, 압록유원지의 필요유량은 각각 15.21CMS, 29.9CMS, 40.39CMS이고, 남원국민관광단지와 태안교의 필요유량은 각각 9.0CMS, 8.71CMS로 평가되었다. In this study, aesthetic necessary discharge is determined in Sumjin River system. It is satisfying to hydraulic characteristics - the width of river, velocity, water depth, and discharge with main scenery of river. As a result of this study, Suimtea Resort, Dugasewol Bridge and Aprok Resort which are located in Sumjin main River have aesthetic necessary discharge of 15.21CMS, 29.9CMS, and 40.39CMS respectively. Those of Namwon National Resort and Taean Bridge are calculated at 9.0CMS and 8.71CMS respectively.

地面板위에 모양이 서로 다른 복수 장애물을 바람의 방향과 수직으로 배열(Side-Side)하여 액체4염화 티타늄을 관찰대상 표면에 직접 도색하여 유동장을 효과적으로 가시화 하였다. 장애물 사이의 간격이 좁아지면 틈을 통과하는 흐름은 어느 한쪽으로 傾斜진다는 특징이(Biased Flow) 확인되었고, 지면판위 박리선, Necklace Vortex, 후류등 3차원 유동장 특징이 확인되었다. Flow patterns around two-bluff bodies in side-by-side arrangements on the ground plane are easily visualized using liquid titanium tetrachloride. In two-dimensional flow field, the gap flow between two-bodies became biased to one side for closer spacing. Three-dimensional flow patterns, which have seperated regions, necklace vortices and other dynamic seperations, are dependant on the bluff-body shape and the gap-space ratio.
