As there are increasing number of tunneling works these days, shotcrete is used as primary supports in order to secure the stability of tunnels. The quality of shotcrete has a direct influence on tunnels, because it is a primary support which secures the stability of completed tunnels as well as the stability of tunnels under excavation. Especially in case that ordinary shotcrete is used under weak rock conditions or at water gushing sections, more shotcrete is needed and rebound ratio increases. As a result, it is hard to keep economic feasibility. In addition to it, in subway construction, there are cases of separated excavation and it may have a bad influence on construction period or quality. Therefore, in this study, we are going to evaluate the early strength of powder type accelerator. 최근 터널 공사의 급증에 따라 터널의 안정성을 확보하기 위한 주지보재로 숏크리트를 타설하고 있다. 숏크리트는 굴착 중 터널의 안정성 뿐만 아니라 시공완료 후의 터널 안정성에도 중요한 역할을 하므로 숏크리트의 품질이 터널에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 특히 연약암반조건이나 용수부에서는 일반적인 급결제를 사용할 경우 숏크리트 타설량과 리바운드량이 증가하게 되어 경제성을 확보하기 어렵다. 또한 지하철 공사 시에는 분리굴착으로 시공하는 경우가 있어 공사기간이나 품질에 악영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 연약암반 터널공사에서 공기 및 공사비를 절감하고, 안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 급결성능을 강화시키고, 초기 압축강도 및 장기 압축강도를 확보할 수 있도록 조강형 및 알카리프리형 분말급결제의 성능을 평가하고자 한다.

Objectives In this study, we investigated the antimicrobial activity of a 70% ethanol extract of Maneung-hwan (MEH), which is prescribed by practitioners of oriental medicine for use against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Methods The antibacterial activity of MEH against MRSA strains was evaluated using the disc diffusion method, broth microdilution method (minimal inhibitory concentration, MIC), checkerboard dilution test, and time-kill test. The mechanism of action of MEH was investigated by bacteriolysis using detergents or ATPase inhibitors Additionally, mRNA and protein expression were investigated by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and western blot assay, respectively. Results The MIC of MEH was 25~1,600 μg/mL against all the tested bacterial strains. We showed that MEH extract exerts strong antibacterial activity. In the checkerboard dilution test, the fractional inhibitory concentration index of MEH in combination with antibiotics indicated synergism or partial synergism against S. aureus. The time-kill study indicated that the growth of the tested bacteria was considerably inhibited after a 24-h treatment with MEH and selected antibiotics. To measure the cell membrane permeability, MEH (3.9 μg/mL) was combined with Triton X-100 (TX) at various concentrations N,N-dicyclohexylcarbodimide (DCCD) was also tested as an ATPase inhibitor. TX and DCCD cooperation against S. aureus exhibited synergistic action. Accordingly, the antimicrobial activity of MEH in the context of cell membrane rupture and ATPase inhibition was assessed. Additionally, the expression of genes and proteins associated with resistance was reduced after exposing MRSA to MEH. Conclusions These results suggest that MEH possesses antibacterial activity and acts as a potential natural antibiotic against MRSA. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2020; 30(1):31-45)

In order to care about preserving the environment for future generations, each country has been required to make the laws of the environment. So manufacturers must design, manufacture and sell goods that meet customer's need and must do this while meeting the needs of the environment. In this research we have developed product structure and configuration management system that treats electronic catalogs for recycling of train parts. This research focused on two system. One is JAVA-based electronic catalog that give the information about recycling of train parts. The other is product structure and configuration management system based on electronic catalog and Bill of Materials(B.O.M)

Abstract Tilting train has been developed to increase the oprational speed of the trains on conventional lines which have many curves. This train are tilted at curves to compensate for unbalanced carbody centrifugal acceleration to a greater extent than compensation produced by the track cant, so that passengers do not feel centrifugal acceleration and thus trains can run at higher speed at curves. This paper developed PDM(product data management) to make a system engineering of TTX(Tilting Train eXpress) with maximum operation speed 180 km/h.
