대학병원 임상병리사의 감정노동 및 직무만족도와 소진의 관련성

본 연구는 대학병원에 근무하는 임상병리사들의 감정노동, 직무만족도, 소진수준과의 관련성을 파악하고자 대전광역 시에 소재한 4개 대학병원에서 근무하고 있는 임상병리사 145명을 대상으로 2013년 4월 10일부터 19일까지의 기간 동안에 표준화된 자기기입식 설문지(self-administered questionnaire)를 이용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실 시한 결과, 소진에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 설명력은 인구사회학적 특성 및 건강관련행위특성변수가 투입됨으로서 21.7%의 설명력을 증가시켰고, 다음으로 감정노동 하위변수가 투입됨으로서 16.8%, 직무만족도 하위변수가 투입됨으로서 8.2%의 설 명력을 증가시키고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과로 보아 소진에 영향을 주는 변수로는 감정노동이 직무만족도보다 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 임상병리사들의 감정노동에 대한 관리가 필요하다고 사료된다. The present study examined the relationships of emotional labor, job satisfaction and burnout in medical technologists working at university hospitals. The study subjects were 145 medical technologists and health information technicians working at 4 university hospitals. The investigation was conducted using a standardized self-administered questionnaire from April 10-19, 2013. As a result of hierarchical multiple regression, the socio-demographic characteristics, health-related behavior factors, job-related factors, emotional labor and job satisfaction were selected as significant variables and related variables affecting the level of burnout. The descriptive power of these variables(socio-demographic characteristics, health-related behavior factor) was 21.7%, especially it can be seen that emotional labor and job satisfaction variable input 16.8% and 8.2% increase explanatory power respectively.
큰느타리버섯(Pleurotus eryngii) 조다당체 분획의 항산화 및 항종양활성

큰느타리 버섯으로부터 추출한 조다당체의 항산화 및 항암효과를 조사하였다. 항산화효과에 대한 실험에서 10, 100, 1,000 ㎍/mL 농도로 다당체의 처리시 linoleic acid에 대하여는 1,000 ㎍/mL 농도에서만 과산화물의 생성을 억제하였으나, 흰쥐의 microsome에 대하여는 각 농도에서 대조구에 비하여 5.3%, 9.4% 및 33%의 억제율을 나타내었다. 큰느타리버섯 다당체를 A549, MCF-7 및 AGS 암세포주에 같은 농도로 72시간 처리시 1,000 ㎍/mL 농도에서 대조구에 비하여 42.3, 33.4 및 26.7%의 증식억제 효과를 보였다. Sarcoma-180으로 복수암을 유발한 ICR mouse에 큰느타리버섯 다당체를 100 ㎎/㎏/day 및 300 ㎎/㎏/day의 농도로 7일간 처리하고 30일이 경과한 후 관찰한 결과 대조구에 비하여 각 농도에서 70% 및 90%의 수명연장 효과를 나타내었으며, 체중의 증가율도 대조구에 비하여 현저히 억제되었다. The aims of this study were to investigate the antioxidative and antitumor effects of crude polysaccharide fraction from Pleurtus eryngii (CPPE). CPPE inhibited autoxidation of linoleic acid at 1,000 ㎍/mL concentration, and the inhibitory rates of lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsome were 5.28, 9.40, and 32.5% at 10, 100, and 1,000 ㎍/mL concentrations, respectively. After treatment with CPPE for 72 hours, the inhibitory rates against MCF-7, A549 and AGS cell lines showed 42.3, 33.4 and 26.7% at concentration of 1,000 ㎍/mL, respectively. Results of CPPE treatment at 100 and 300 mg/kg/day for 7 days in sarcoma-180 bearing-mice showed survival rates of 70 and 90%, respectively. Body weights of mice treated with CPPE were significantly decreased when compared with the control.
도말층 존재 유무에 따른 One-step 접착 시스템의 미세인장결합강도

The purpose of this study were to evaluate the microtensile bond strength of one-step adhesives according to various dentin surface treatments and to observe the interface between resin(Z-100^™) and dentin under SEM. In this study forty-five non-caries extracted human molars and three adhesive systems were used : All-Bond 2(AB), One-Up Bond F(OU), AQ-Bond(AQ). : In group 1, 2, 3, AB was used and tooth surfaces were treated by smearing(S), ultrasonic cleansing(US), etching(E) respectively. In Group 4, 5, 6, One-Up Bond F was used and tooth surfaces were treated as the same way above. In Groups 7, 8, 9, AQ Bond was used and tooth surfaces were treated as the same way. Each specimen was prepared for microtensile bond testing, and were stored for 24hrs in 37℃ distilled water. After that, microtensile bond strength for each specimen was measured. Specimens were fabricated to examine the failure patterns of interface between resin and dentin and observed under the SEM. The results were as follows; 1. The results(mean±SD) of microtensile test were group 1, 25.69±4.31MPa; group 2, 40.93±10.94MPa; group 3, 47.65±8.85MPa; group 4, 36.98±9.14MPa; group 5, 39.66±8.45MPa; group 6, 43.26±13.01MPa; group 7, 25.07±4.2MPa; group 8, 30.4±4.74Mpa; group 9, 33.61±7.88MPa. 2. One-Up Bond F was showed the highest value of 36.98±9.14MPa in dentin surface treatment with smearing, and there were significant differences to the other groups(p<0.05). 3. All-Bond 2 was showed the highest value of 40.93±10.94MPa in dentin surface treatment with ultrasonic cleansing, but was no significant difference to One-Up Bond F(p>0.05). 4. All-Bond 2 was showed the highest value of 47.65±8.85MPa in dentin surface treatment with etching(10%phosphoric acid), and there were significant differences to the other groups(p<0.05). 5. All-Bond 2 was showed the highest value of 47.65±8.85MPa in dentin surface treatment according to manufacture's directions, but was no significant diference to One-Up Bond F(p>0.05). 6. AQ Bond was showed the lowest microtensile bond strength with various dentin surface treatment. and the were significant differences to the other groups(p<0.05).
