        다엽의 5가지 페놀성분과 R-(-)-carvone의 치아우식균 Mutans Streptococci에 대한 항균력 상승효과

        Objectives : Camellia sinensis (Theaceae) possesses a various beneficial effects such as free radical-scavenging, inactivation of urokinase in cancer cell proliferation, antibacterial, and hypotensive. Dental caries is one of the most common oral infectious disease in a human. Oral microorganisms play a significant role in the etiology of dental caries. An aberration to this ecology due to dietary habits, improper oral hygiene or systemic factors lead to an increase in cariogenic microorganisms. Cariogenic microorganisms like Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus sobrinus encourage the accumulation and adherence of plaque biofilm by metabolizing sucrose into glucans. The purpose of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial activity of phenolic compounds of Camellia sinensis and R-carvone, monoterpenes, is can be found naturally in numerous essential oils, on Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus sobrinus . Methods : The antimicrobial activity of these compounds was determined by the broth microdilution method and checkerboard dilution assay to investigate the potential synergistic effects of each five compounds of Camellia sinensis (C. sinensis) and R-carvone. Results : C. sinensis-isolated compounds and R-carvone were determined with MIC of more than 1,000 ㎍/mL. However, the combination test showed significant synergism against S. mutans and S. sobrinus , implicated in the lowered MICs. Conclusions : These results suggest that combinatory application of phenolic five compounds (theophyllin, l-theanine, epicatechin, epicatechin gallate, and caffeine) from C. sinensis and R-carvone has a potential synergistic effect and thus may be useful as a mouthrinse in helping control cariogenic microorganism.

        친환경 건축물 인증제도의 실태와 그 영향에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find out the actual condition and the effect of KGBCC to architectural circumstance of the apartment houses. To find out the actual condition, the marks of assesment of 300 apartment housing project KGBCC certified from 2006 to 2009 are analyzed for the response levels of an annual, a regional and a criterion. To suggest the effect of KGBCC to the architectural circumstance, the response level is compared to the satisfaction level and preference level picked out from the pre-studies. The results suggested are expected to use in the improvement of KGBCC and to design and construct sustainable apartment houses.

        기후변화에 따른 녹색건축인증제도의 외부환경 평가항목 개선방향 연구

        In 1990s, as the extreme weather events according to the global warming climate change are occurred frequently all around the world and the scale of the damage increases, the developed countries are promoting various policies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions setting the goal of greenhouse gas reduction with the level of State and local government. Especially for the greenhouse gas reduction of buildings and the inducement of eco-friendly design, the green certification system is strengthened with the assessment of energy and greenhouse management, and recently, according to the policy change of climate and energy, the certification system expanded from the buildings to the level of city and district is piloted. So this research is to understand the main contents and the assessment system of domestic green building certification system implemented in March 2013 in response to the policy change of climate and energy and to suggest the basic data for the improvement of present domestic greenhouse certification standard through the analysis of actual certification and the main case analysis of international green certification system. Recently in developed countries, in 1990s, for the reduction of building's greenhouse gas emission and the inducement of eco-friendly design, from the building of LEED, BREEAM, DGNB to the level of city and district such as LEED Neighborhood Development, BREEAM Communities, DGNB Stadtquartiere, the system is expanded and piloted. On the contrary, as for the domestic standard of green building certification system, the distribution ratio according to the assessment items in each category consists of the assessment system based on the buildings, and just the simple adjustment of some items and the improvement of weighted value are performed. Actually, as a result of selecting the 30 districts of apartment housing with the most certification performance by use among the 49 buildings certified by Institute of Land & Housing from December 2014 to July 2016 and analyzing the assessment score, the certification level is determined by the sectors of high distribution like indoor environment and energy not by the ineffective sector of external environment with low distribution so this system has a limitation to perform the practical means for the policy change of climate and energy. Thus for the national green building certification standards, the assessment system in the sector of external environment is to complemented and furthermore, reflecting domestic reality, through the introduction of certification system and the assessment system with the level of city and district, this system should be improved to meet the international certification standard.

        지속가능한 도시개발을 위한 친환경건축물인증제도의 개선방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement of GBCC(Green Building Certification Criteria) for sustainable development in a view of urban planning. First, this study analyzes assessment indicators and acquisition trend of GBCC. Second, It also compares GBCC with foreign green building certification(LEED, CASBEE etc). Third, this study suggests assessment indicators for sustainable development and conducts the survey for the experts in order to analyze the importance and application. The importance of each field was analyzed in the following order: ‘Landuse and Traffic’, ‘Energy’, ‘Ecological Environment’. This study suggested 28 indicators in 7 categories for ‘Landuse and Traffic’. Newly improved GBCC can be used to assess sustainable development as well as environment-friendly quality of building and induce sustainable development by activating private participation.

        친환경 공동주택 인증단지 평가 득점분석을 통한 인증지표 개선에 관한 연구

        Many business enterprises in domestic housing industry are focusing on the development of environment friendly apartments to strengthen the competitiveness by upgrading their company"s image through differentiation of the qualities and satisfying the customer"s needs. The aims to provide improvement of green building rating system through the average score to allotted point ratio analysis of each assessment of KGBCC(Korean Green Building Certification Criteria) certified apartments. For the purpose, statistical research is conducted average score to allotted pont ratio of 198 apartments that are certified by Korea Land and Housing Corporation through SPSS 18.0 program. The result of this are the followings; Generally, green apartments are failed to obtain 10 out of 44 assessment items in of KGBCC certified. Also there are 12 assessment items that are less effective. Therefore, 22 of total assessment items are needed improving. Limitations of the study as follows; The range of this study are targeted green-certified apartments from 2007 to 2010. Thus, this study is not analyzed green certified apartments since 2010. The limits of this study will complement through the follow up studies.

        대황고(大黃膏)의 메티실린 내성 황색 포도상구균에 대한 항균활성

        Objectives : Infectious diseases by Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are a growing problem worldwide. Characteristic of MRSA is endlessly mutation to resist antibiotics. Daehwanggo (DHG) is one of the oriental medicine prescriptions contained in Principles and Practice of Eastern Medicine. Daehwanggo was mainly used for external preparation from old times. The purpose of this study is to confirm possibility as supplementary drug of DHG about antibiotics through observation of synergy effect between DHG and commercial antibiotics and to observe restriction on growth of MRSA on any pathway through observation of mechanism. Methods : The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of DHG against MRSA is 500 ~ 2000 ㎍/㎖ by broth dilution method. In the checkerboard method, the combinations of DHG with antibiotics has partial synergistic effect or synergy effect and DHG markedly reduced the MICs of the antibiotics oxacillin (OX), gentamicin (GT) against MRSA. In the inhibition of resistance mechanism of DHG against MRSA, the expression of resistance gene and protein about β-lactam antibiotic was reduced. Also, we observed the effect of DHG about cell membrane permeability against MRSA, and confirmed that DHG suppressed growth of strains by increasing cell membrane permeability. Results : Basis on the result, we speculate that DHG increase antibacterial activity of antibiotics against MRSA by changing the structure of cell wall of MRSA. Conclusions : These data suggest that Daehwanggo possesses possibility as supplementary drug about antibiotics against MRSA.

        친환경 공동주택 인증단지의 실태 및 거주자 만족도 조사에 의한 지표 개선방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore the validity of green building certification and regulations and to improve the design guidelines and green building rating system based on green-certified score, field survey, resident satisfaction survey of green-certified apartment complex. The 6 green-certified apartment complexes in metropolitan area were selected for this study. The findings are as follows ; 1)It found that eco-friendly environment factor has higher correlation with green-certified score and resident satisfaction than the other factors, such as land use and transportation, energy, indoor environment. 2)Defects of unit and outdoor space after occupancy have impacts on the satisfaction for eco-friendly environment factors due to a link between residential satisfaction and satisfaction for eco-friendly environment factors. Thererfore, post management system with relation to green-certified score is required for manage the green-certified apartment complexes consistently. 3)Authors also suggested improvements on community center and facility, pedestrian road in apartment complexes, bicycle parking lot and bicycle road, separating the household recyclables from the garbage, offering the user’s manual, and aquatic biotope and land biotope.
