In the myth area, Confucianism had been considered irrelevant or harmful to development until the mid-20thcentury. However, Confucianism has been steadily summoned to the myth area with various values from late 20th century to today and it is considered that an indispensable close relationship exists. This conversion of thinking derived from Yuanke representing Chinese mythology and then its flow is being continued by a series of researchers focusing on Yeshusian. For right understanding of this, this paper would examine how Confucianism was excluded from the mythological area due to the anti-traditionalism when Chinese mythology was established in 20C, and how Confucianism was summoned again in mythology from late 20C to today. It would be examined what difference exists in the Confucian utilization by Yuanke and Yeshusian.

In 2011, Ye Shuxian in charge of president of Chinese mythology claimed “Confucian mythologies” as a result of the mythology study of Origin of the Chinese civilization project. The point under the “Confucian mythologies” is that the mythology be found in Confucian ideas unlike existing theory that the most of Chinese mythology be found in Taoism not in Confucian ideas. The writer thinks Chinese extensive history distortion attempts such as the Northeast Project, Chinese ancient civilization project, and Liaohe civilization is hidden in the “Confucian mythologies” that Ye Shuxian claimed to reveal the Chinese origin who was a director of the mythology study Origin of the Chinese civilization project. He made a link with other elements of Chinese civilization research process, for example Hongsan culture or Jade Worship faith while actively utilizing Confucianism that forms a mainstream of the Chinese traditional idea, politics, society, and institution, and deep-rooted in Chinese people, and is emerging again today in order to solidify the “Origin of the Chinese civilization project” more.
Hf-doped ZnO 박막 트랜지스터의 Hf 도핑 농도에 따른 시냅틱 특성에 관한 연구

We present a study on a weight-update characteristics which is dependent on a Hf doping concentration in a Hf-doped ZnO (Hf-ZnO) channel layer of synaptic thin-film transistors (Syn-TFTs). Here, when Hf doping concentration is increased, it is known that the disorders (e.g. dangling bond) in Hf-ZnO channel layer are suppressed due to an addition of Hf cation. This can be expected that an electron mobility is improved while reducing sub-threshold slope (SS) because of the decreased parasitic capacitance. With the decreased SS, it can be expected that a weightupdate characteristics (e.g. a dynamic ratio, dr<SUB>w</SUB>) is also more improved due to a relatively high sensitivity. To check these, static and pulsed characteristics are monitored with two cases of the fabricated Syn-TFTs, based on a high doped Hf-ZnO (Hf-ZnO(H)) and low doped Hf-ZnO (Hf- ZnO(L)).

A conventional type ballast for fluorescent lamp is replaced by an electronic ballast, because of its merit. Electronic ballast have characteristics of rapid start, reduction of energy consumption, stability and so on, but it has harmonic waves by switching in high frequency. This paper proposes a highly power factor investor circuit for fluorescent lamp ballast with two state capacitors. A full-wave rectifier used as a direct current power supply at fluorescent lamp ballast contains a lot of harmonic waves caused by inrush current. Inrush current is generated near the maximum input voltage, when smoothing capacitor is charged. This study proposes a new method to control inrush current by use of charging voltage at pre- state capacitor. From the simulation result, it is confirmed that the THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) is improved about 9.1[%] and the PF(Power Factor) is improved about 2.2[%] in comparison whit that of conventional ballast

본 논문에서는 과도전압과 전원선 방해파로부터 가전기기틀 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 전자파 대용 단위세대 분전반의 설계 및 제작에 대하에 기술하였다. 제안한 분전반은 바리스터, 캐패시터 및 간선도채의 인덕턴스로 구성한 과도전업 차단장치와 전자파 필터를 내장하고 있다. 시제작한 분전반은 IEC 규격의 조합형 서지 발생장치와 회로밍 분석키를 이용하여, 과도전압에 대한차단특성과 전원선 방해파의 감쇠특성을 평가하였다. 실험 결과로부E] 본 연구에서 제안한 분전빈은 IEC 61000-4-5에 규정한 서지내생기준을 만족하였으며, 150[kHz]-30[MHz] 대역의 전원선 방해파에 대해 20[dB] 이상의 감소효과를 나타내었다. This paper describes the design and fabrication of a home-panel board for electromagnetic compatibility which can protect home-electric appliances from transient voltages and power line noise. The proposed panel board include a transient voltage blocking device and a EMI filter which consisted of varistors, capacitors, and bus line inductance.A performance test of the prototype panel board, blocking characteristics to transient voltages and reduction characteristics to power line noise, are carried out by using a combination surge generator standardized in IEC and a network analyzer.The results showed that the proposed panel board is satisfied with the surge immunity level of IEC 61000-4-5, and has an over 20[dB] noise reduction performance in ranges from 150[kHz]∼30[MHz].
뇌충격전류에 의한 저압용 산화아연형 바리스터의 전기적 특성변화

본 논문에서는 저전압 교류회로에서 과도이상전압에 대한 보호소자로 사용되는 산화아연형 바리스터의 뇌충격전류에 대한 영향에 대하여 기술하였다. 산화아연형 바리스터는 뇌충격전류에 의해 열화가 진행되며, 열화된 바리스터는 정상 운전전압에서도 열폭주에 도달하여 파괴되므로, 바리스터의 전기적 특성변화를 평가 하는 것은 대단히 중요하다. 바리스터를 가속열화시키기 위하여 국제규격 IEC 61000-4-5에 규정된 뇌충격전류를 적용하였으며, 1회의방전에 바리스터에는 약 12(J)의 에너지가 인가된다. 뇌충격전류의 인가에 따른 바리스터의 누설전류, 정격전압 등을 측정하였으며, 또한 바리스터에 뇌충격전류를 200회 인가 후 초기상태의 미세구조와 비교하였다. 실험결과로부터 바리스터는 뇌충격전류의 인가에 따라 누설전류는 증가하고 정격전압은 감소하는 경향을 나타내면서 전기적 성능이 저하됨을 확인하였다. This paper presents the effect of lightning impulse current on ZnO varistors(390[V], 6.5[kA]) used in low-voltage AC mains as a protective device against transient overvoltages. The electrical characteristics of ZnO varistors are deteriorated by overtime impulse current, and a deteriorated ZnO varistor is brought to a thermal runaway and finally destroyed even in normal operating voltage. Therefore, it is important to estimate the changes of the electrical characteristics of ZnO varistors. A lightning impulse current standardized in IEC 61000-4-5 is applied to the varistors to accelerate deterioration, and the energy applied to the varistor at each time is about 12 [J]. In the experiment, various parameters such as leakage current, reference voltage are measured with the number of applied impulse current. Also, micro-structure changes of the varistors after applying the lightning impulse current of 200 times are compared. The electrical characteristics of the varistors are degraded by overtime impulse current, showing increase in leakage current and decrease in reference voltage.
