주택도시기금 지원 도시재생사업의 효과 분석 및 성과지표 개발:수요자중심형 융자 지원 사업장을 중심으로

Confirmation and feedback on the effectiveness of the urban regeneration program, supported by the National Housing and Urban Fund, are essential and important for efficient fund management. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the effects of projects that received consumer-centered financing from that fund, and to develop indicators that can measure project performance. The results of the study were as follows. First, the effects of each project and the overall effects of the program were identified. Second, 16 specific project performance indicators and 9 overall program performance indicators were developed. The implications of the results were threefold. First, the system of performance evaluation needs improvement and monitoring. Second, continuous data accumulation and management are important. Third, a transition from the “point unit type” to the “association and accumulation type” of project promotion is required. 주택도시기금 도시재생지원 융자 제도가 도입 후 3년이 지났고, 융자 지원이 완료되어 운영 중인 사업장들도늘어나고 있지만 이에 대한 효과 및 성과에 대한 평가는 실시되고 있지 않다. 또한, 현재 성과지표로 사용되고있는 ‘기금지원 승인 사업 개수’ 지표는 도시재생사업의 효과를 나타내기에는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 주택도시기금 수요자중심형 도시재생 융자지원 사업장에 대한 효과를 규명하고, 이를 측정할 수 있는 성과지표의 개발을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 수요자중심형 도시재생 융자지원의 상품별 사업효과와 이를종합한 전체상품의 사업효과 규명, 둘째, 16개의 상품별 성과지표 및 이를 통합한 9개의 전체상품 성과지표개발이다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출했다. 첫째, 성과평가를 고려한 제도개선 및 모니터링이 필요하다. 둘째, 지속적인 데이터 축적 및 관리가 중요하다. 셋째, ‘점(點) 단위형’에서 ‘연계 및 축적형’ 사업추진으로의 전환이 요구된다.
Cold Test Results of a Side-coupled Standing-wave Electron-accelerating Structure

The radio-frequency (RF) cavity for the dual-energy S-band electron linear accelerator (LINAC)is designed for a cargo inspection system (CIS) at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI). The cold test results of the electron accelerator structure, which has a side-coupled standing-wave interlaced-pulse dual-energy mode, are described. The design concept, basic structure,microwave-tuning method, and cold-test procedure are described as well. The measured dispersion curve, spectrum characteristics, ρ-f relation of the power coupler, and axial field distribution of the accelerating gradient are provided.
수도권 신도시 공동주택단지의 주동배치 계획기법에 관한 연구

As a part of the residential policy on concentration of population in a metropolis with the growth of economy, housing complexes were supplied for several years at that time with promoting new town construction. But those were concentrated on the quantitative supply rather than the qualitative improvement. So the purpose of this study is to make good use of the planning methods as basic data for residential building block layout in new town housing complex. And the final aim is the contribution to desirable residential environment and to creation of diverse cityscape. It studied on new town and district units plan and extracted the factors related to residential building block layout from literature investigation and preceding research. Through that, It offered important factors for the plan and the frame of analysis. Focused on the guiding of district units plan, using this analysis frame, it examined residential building block layout in the 1st and 2nd new town housing complex and studied on the planning methods for Residential Building Block Layout through comparison analysis and understanding what matters were reflected in the plan field at the process of plan for housing complex in each new town.
OMACON형 MHD시스템에서의 기액이상유동에 관한 수치해석

The purpose of this study is to numerically predict the performance of an OMACON type LMMHD system which converts heat into electricity. In this system working fluid (gas) is injected through the mixer located at the bottom of the riser, and is mixed with hot liquid metal. Therefore in riser two-phase flow is developed under the influence of the gravity. As bubbles rise upward, the density of the gas becomes smaller and the velocity of the gas becomes faster. At the gravity separator located at the top of the system, the gas is separated from the liquid metal. Therefore only the liquid metal (single phase) can flow down through the down-commer. In this study, instead of getting the full characteristics of electricity generation, emphasis was put on investigating the magnitude of the mechanical loss occurring at the nozzle in the loop in association with the fact that if the MHD generator were installed in the liquid metal loop, electricity would be obtained. For the numerical calculation, finite volume method has been used with the power-law scheme for the treatment of convective and diffusive effects. For the pressure calculation, SIMPLE algorithm has been employed. And the discretized equations are solved by line-by-line method. In the OMACON system, the characteristic of two-phase flow play a major role in determining the conversion efficiency and other performance parameters. More specifically, two-phase flow friction and gas-to-liquid velocity ratio are most critical for the optimizied design. In order to achieve maximum cycle performance, void fraction in the riser should be well adjusted.
