        수면습관에 따른 아로마오일 향 선호도에 관한 연구

        The importance of sleep is being emphasized as interest in improving health and quality of life increases. In particular, the use of aroma oil has been expanded as a complementary therapy for sleep disorders. Aroma oil can be selected according to individual preferences and characteristics because it has various effects depending on the type. Therefore, the use of aroma oil suitable for individual preferences and characteristics can have a positive effect on the sleep habits of modern people who value health. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the beauty industry by developing customized aroma products based on the diversity of health-related lifestyle habits. In this study, 200 adult women over the age of 20 living in Jeollabuk-do were surveyed for general characteristics, sleep habits, sleep habits type, differences in sleep habits according to general characteristics, aroma oil aroma preference, and aroma oil aroma preference according to sleep habits and general characteristics. For the analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, cross-analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way variance analysis, and Duncan test were used using the SPSS program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant difference in aroma oil preference according to the final academic background and sleep habits of the subjects. In particular, high school graduates tended to prefer the scent of rosemary, the sleep-type group preferred the scent of lemon and lavender, and the insomnia group preferred the scent of rosemary. As such, it was confirmed that individual sleep habits and aroma oil preference were closely related. This is a study that proves the need for aroma product development and marketing, and is intended to be provided as basic data for revitalizing the beauty industry.

        놀이중심 교육과정에 기초한 보육 실습에 대한 인식과 지원방안 요구

        목적 본 연구는 놀이중심 교육과정에 기초한 보육 실습에 대한 인식과 지원 요구를 알아보기 위해 이루어졌다. 방법 이를 위해 놀이중심 교육과정으로 개정 이후 실습을 경험한 예비유아교사, 실습지도교사, 원장 총 40인의 연구참여자들을 대상으로 FGI와 개방형 설문지, 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 질적연구의 방법으로 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 첫째, 보육실습은 교사상을 생각하여 교사가 되어가는 의식, 자기 검증과 반성의 시간, 이론과 실제의 실천과 차이를 풀어내는 공간, 하루 일과 속에서 교사의 역할을 찾는 여정, 머리로 알던 지식을 몸으로 익혀가는 과정으로 인식되고 있었다. 또한 놀이중심 교육과정 개정 후 보육실습 양상은 영유아의 흥미를 중심으로 관찰일지를 쓰는 것에 중점을 두고 있었다. 자유놀이에 맞춘 놀이 관찰과 지원이 중요해지면서 교사로서의 역량이 부족한 예비유아교사가 멍하니 놓쳐버릴 수 있는 일과가 될 수 있는 상황이었다. 둘째, 놀이중심 교육과정에 기초한 보육실습 지원방안은 예비유아교사의 필수역량 함양, 실습서류 축소 및 구체적 계획 지원, 놀이 구성 방법에 맞춘 사전 교육 실시, 현직 교사와 연계한 현장 중심 교과 확대, 인성 중심 교육과정 개설, 선별된 실습기관과 대학과의 협약, 실습지도교사에 대한 인센티브 지원 강화에 대한 요구가 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 놀이중심 교육과정에 기초한 보육실습이 체계적으로 이루어지고 전문성을 기를 수 있는 보육 실습이 될 수 있는 방안 마련을 위한 자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Objectives This study was conducted to find out the recognition and support needs for child care practice based on a play-oriented curriculum. Methods To this end, data were collected through FGI, open questionnaires, and interviews with a total of 40 research participants who had experienced practice since the revision of the play-oriented curriculum. Results First, child care practice was recognized as a process of becoming a teacher, a time of self-verification and reflection, a space for solving differences between theory and practice, a journey to find a teacher s role in daily life, and learning knowledge. In addition, after the revision of the play-oriented curriculum, the practice focused on writing an observation log focusing on infants interests. As the observation and support of play tailored to free play became important, it could be a routine that could be missed by prospective infant teachers who lack the ability as teachers. Second, child care practice support measures based on play-oriented curriculum showed calls for fostering essential skills, reducing practice documents and supporting specific plans, pre-training, expanding field-oriented curriculum with incumbent teachers, establishing personality-oriented curriculum, and strengthening incentive support for selected practice institutions and universities. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it provided data to prepare measures to systematically conduct child care practices based on play-oriented curriculum and to develop expertise.

        도여베르트의 양상구조이론을 통한 체육교육의 새로운 탐색

        This study considers which the physical education as the education through the body shows its function inthe field of education and has been started under the intention of discussing the possibility of physical education. As the outline of study, the modal structure of Dooyeweerd hasb een applied. As of present, the KoreanEducation concentrates itself upon the harmonious formation of human in 3 modes as like Wisdom, Justiceand Loyalty or Goodness, Wisdom and Body, but still holds many problems in the whole-rounded education. As the counter-measures on these, the method centering around hte body activities, that is to say, physica leducation of school had been suggested. In this study under the presumption of possibility of whole-roundededucation through the physical education, the contents of physical education was discussed , centering aroundthe modal structure of Dooyeweerd who makes the aspect of huma nto be segmented to 15 , not 3 mode s. According to Dooyeweerd, the human beings as the existence having 15 aspects is the human who displays 15modes through the whole-rounded education based on his philosophy. 15 Modes owned by the human beings is the mode of arithmetic,p satial, kinematic, physical, biotic, sens-itive, analytic, historical, linguistic, social, economical, aesthetic, juridical, ethical and pistic and it is suggestedwhich 15 kinds of mode can be developed to the physical education. The physical education under which the Promotion Law on School Physical Education gets promulgated andthe importance on physical education of school is stood out is not related to the proficiency of sports functionand the improvement of physical strength but is considered whihc it will be devoted to the performance o nrole of physical education as the whole-rounded education.
