The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the gaps between pre-implementation importance and their perceived performances to Casino's service quality on intention to revisit and recommend and overall satisfaction . To accomplish an aim of this study, expectation disconfirmation theory was utilized as the theoretical basis to find how gap's size and direction affect foreign visitors' attitudes for domestic Casino. The gaps derived by expectation disconfirmation theory applied were classified three types of disconfirmation such as positive, negative and overall disconfirmation. Ordered Probit Model(OPM) was applied to analysis collected data from visitors who have experienced in domestic casino establishments at Seoul, Incheon and Busan where representative casino facilities in Korea are placed. The result emphasized that two factors out of four have influenced significantly on visitors' attitudes like the intention to revisit and recommend and overall satisfaction: Reliability factor and Event factor.

The visit ratio of man versus woman at Kangwonland Casino is that man is three times higher than woman. It means that Kangwonland Casino has a need to manage its image reflected from practical visitors or potential visitors. In cope with this situation, this study aims to examine the determinants of woman's visit demand for Kangwonland Casino. As a proper model, Truncated Poisson Model was applied because data was collected by on-site survey performed at the lobby of the Casino on woman visitors. Dependent variable was the number of visit frequency for Kangwonland Casino during last 1 year and motivation, lifestyle, preferring leisure activities, substitution games were input in applied model as independent variables. The results suggested that it is possible for Kangwonland Casino to increase women' visit frequency through making its best endeavor to change its fixed image and implied the need of the development of tour destinations which are near, as well as more detailed marketing implications from each significant independent variables
절단된 포아송(TP)모형을 활용한 골프수요 영향요인 연구

Authors examine the variables that have influence on golfers' demand among some variables which are choice attributes of golf course, demographic variables, golf related personal characteristics, kinds of golf courses, types of their leisure activities. In order to accomplish an aim of this research, the author analyses the effects of determinants on golfers' demand for golf courses using a class of maximum-likelihood regression estimators for count data from truncated samples by applying Poisson Model. Some significant variables were found out. The purpose of this study is to examine the determinants for segmented markets by visitor’s motivation and to give an aid for their marketing strategy to suppliers or exhibition organizer by providing with marketing implications identified. Respondents of the study were visitors participating at Busan International Golf Pare. To accomplish of this aims, an author, at first, performed factor analysis to extract visitation motivation dimensions and cluster analysis followed by Anova and DMR Test(Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) for market segmentation. Those variables which are types of event programs, visitors’ behavior characteristics and demographic characteristics are used as independent variables. 3 types of event programs , a type of technology, promotion, sales, were examined and actual programs were offered by the exhibition. 골프이벤트관광 지출수요 및 방문객 소비성향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to estimate the determinants of visitor expenditure demand for golf event and examine the propensity to consume for its visitors. On site survey was conducted in Jeju Island and Gapyeing in Kyunggi Do where Golf Tournaments hosted by KPGA were held. For this study, it was required that proper model to analyse the collected data should be built. Tobit model which is useful for analysing centralized data measured by ratio scale was introduced. As a key result, marketing should be exercised for residents of non-hosting region who visit the events for tourism and leisure activities, and it can be concluded that this will contribute to revitalizing local economy. Futhermore author identified that its visitors were inclined to expense mostly by accident, not by design when they visit golf event.
해양관광레저도시에 대한 지불의사액(WTP) 추정: 가상시장가치 평가법(CVM)의 적용

This study was performed to estimate the Willingness To Pay(WTP) for Ocean Tourism Leisure City under currently being built using the dichotomous choice question format in the Contingent Valuation Method(CVM). Respondents are the citizens of Seoul and the total size of the samples was 370, 348 valid responses of which were utilized for analysing. Logit model was applied because dependent variables is types of bivariate variables that can be answered by yes or no. WTPs estimated by integrating a demand curve figuring logit model applied for the data are as follows: 178,586 won calculated by Mean value, 164,764 by Median value and 166,035 by Max value respectively. Among those WTPs, WTP by median value is selected as the most appropriate value because the WTP exists in confidence interval of ninety percentages estimated by non-parametric test which is a secondary means to test a reliability of the estimators saved by parametric test.
