In order to study the preventive effects of hyperlipidemia depending on endogenous and exogenous methods of induction, after observing what happens when Nokyongdaebotang, a strengthening up treatment is orally administrated into the ways that cause hyperlipidemia either by the exogenous hyperlipidemia condition model method, which is the way where you orally administrate the cholesterol that was dissolved in olive oil, or the endogenous hyperlipidemia model method, where it uses the injecting the Triton WR-1339 vein method, or to the already inducted white rats, the following conclusions could be drawn. 1. The endogenous induction method, cholesterol diet, helps preventing Total Cholesterol, TG, and LDL-Cholesterol, Free Fatty Acid, Phospholipid's augmentation within the blood in the white rats that is being induced or just inducted with hyperlipidemia 2. The exogenous induction method, Triton WR injection, helps preventing Total Cholesterol, TG, and LDL-Cholesterol, Free Fatty Acid, Phospholipid's augmentation within the blood in the white rats that is being induced or just inducted with hyperlipidemia 3. The HDL-Cholesterol did not increase in regard. This is considered to be because when the geological features the HDL-Cholesterol increases proportionally. In deference to the above results, Nokyongdaebotang, which strengthens the vitality, showed that it helps prevent white rats that is being induced or just inducted with hyperlipidemia no matter whether it is endogenous or exogenous.

This experiment was carried out to study on the safety assessment of Bos tures$^{\circ}{\S}Ursus thibetanus^{\circ}{\S}$Moschus extract solution(BUM) for Herbal-acupuncture. SD rats and ICR mice were used for acute toxicity test. the results were summerized as follows; 1. In rats and mice, LD50 value could not be measured. 2. There were no abnormal finding in acute toxicity test treated BUM for Herbal-acupuncture

In order to study the effects of Moschus Herbal-acupuncture on hyperlipidemia, we divided the rats into three groups(Normal group, Control group & Sample group) and performed the experimental research. Hyperlipidemia rats were induced by Triton WR-1339(150mg/kg) for 3days. Sample group was injected Moschus Herbal-acupuncture 0.1 ml/200g for 3 days and control group was injected equal dose of saline. And then we measured the amount of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid and HDL-cholesterol. The results were as follows : 1.Moschus Herbal-acupuncture showed decreasing effects on total cholesterol, triglyceride and phospholipid levels in serum significantly(p<0.05). 2.Moschus Herbal-acupuncture showed increasing effects on HDL-cholesterol level in serum significantly(p<0.05). According to the above results, Moschus Herbal-acupuncture showed significant decreasing effects on hyperlipidemia and it is considered that it is appropriate to apply for hyperlipidemia.

With the technological development of smart mobility platforms, application services such as TaaS(Transportation as a Service) and MaaS(Mobility as a Service) are operating. Among these smart mobility, autonomous car is recently set to mass-produce Level 3 autonomous driving systems through the development of perception, decision, and control technologies. In this paper, we introduce various core technologies such as graph search, curve, sampling, optimization, and machine learning that can be applied to autonomous driving decision module, and introduce research trends by classifying into three categories. Also, we propose the direction of development of autonomous driving decision technology in terms of safety, optimization, and cloud-edge systems. Finally, this paper concludes by proposing manpower training strategies in various aspects such as government, educational institutions, national institutions, and industry.
