Background:Oral isotretinoin has been widely used in severe acne patients and is known as a very effective drug. Recently it is being used in any grades and any types of acne. However we have few reports of clinical study about oral isotretinoin in our country. Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy, factors influencing the result and side effects of oral isotretinoin in mild to moderate acne patients in Korea, prospectively. Materials and methods:The patients with mild to moderate acne visiting out-patient dermatology clinics of four university hospitals have taken oral isotretinoin 0.3-1.0mg/kg/day over 16 weeks. The clinical improvement was assessed by the scores using photographs before treatment and at 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks after treatment, and by the satisfaction of patients and physicians at the end of treatment. The side effects were recorded and SGOT, SGPT, cholesterol and triglyceride were checked at regular intervals. Results:The grade of acne was much improved proportional to the duration of treatment. The factors showing better results were dosage and duration of oral isotretinoin, older age, more severe acne and severe acne in the past. About 90% of patients and physicians were satisfied with the result at the end of treatment. The side effects, mainly mucocutaneous symptoms were expectable and tolerable in the most cases. The values of SGOT, SGPT, cholesterol and triglyceride were increased after treatment but within normal reference range. Conclusion:Oral isotretinoin is a very effective agent in Korean patients with mild to moderate acne. We expect the better result in patients having high dose and long duration of oral isotretinoin, old ages and more severe acne. If we understand it's side effects enough, we can use it very safely. 전자문서 보관 서비스의 정보유출 최소화를 위한 효율적 시스템 설계에 관한 연구

공인전자문서보관소는 전자기록의 진본성을 확인하고 보장하는 제도로서 법적인 보호 아래 보관되며, 전자기록 사항을 진정한 것으로 추정하고 전자기록의 내용이 변경되지 않았음을 입증한다. 그러나 원본성 보장을 위한 기존의 전자문서 암호화 방법은 하나의 대칭키로 전체 문서의 암호화 과정을 거치고 있으며, 이용자가 해당 대칭키를 노출시킨다면 해당 전자문서에 대한 안전은 보장받지 못하게 된다. 또한, 전체 문서의 암호화 과정을 통한다면 이용자는 상대방에게 불필요한(원치 않는) 정보까지도 노출되는 문제점이 발생된다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 이용자가 전자문서를 등록한 후 향후 제 3자에게 발급하는 과정에서 등록된 전체의 정보가 아닌 부분정보 발급을 통해 불필요한 정보유출을 방지하고, 문서의 가독성을 향상시키며, 문서 암ㆍ복호화 키 분실 시에도 OTP 인증원리를 추가하여 정보유출을 최소화함으로써 공전소에 등록된 문서의 정보보호를 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. So, if you used the proposed method in this paper, when registered E-document process issuing to the third party, prevent an unnecessary information outflow through the partial information issuance that is not whole information, and improvement in document's readability. In addition, added an OTP certification principle, if you lost the encryption key or decryption key, this method can minimizing an information outflow. though strengthen information protection of the document registered with the public electronic documentary depository.

최근 기업의 경영환경은 매우 급격히 변화하고 있으며 지속적인 고객가치 향상에 대한 압력을 받고 있다. IT투자의 가장 중요한 목표는 더 이상 단순히 생산비용을 낮추는 것이 아니고 최적화된 대량 생산을 위해 디지털로 연결된 세상에서 고객들과 파트너들에게 기업의 유용성을 높이는 데 있다. 따라서 기업들은 BPM을 통해 확장된 기업의 프로세스를 자동화 하고, 통합하고 최적화하기 위해 모든 역량을 집중하고 있다. 또한 RFID 응용시스템을 통해 기술적 측면에 접근하여 비즈니스 확장을 위한 시스템 개발에 주력하고 있다. 그러나 기술적 측면, 비즈니스 프로세스적인 측면 조직적인 측면을 함께 고려하여야 성공적인 기업 역량을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 BPM 에 RFID 시스템을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 접근 모델을 제안하였다. 이 방법론을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 분석에서부터 시스템 분석 및 설계에 따른 시간 비용, 품질, 및 고객의 만족 수준에 혁신적인 개선을 이끌어내는 접근 방법론을 기대할 수 있다.

아동,청소년을 위한 자가평가용 자아개념 척도 개발

The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument for measuring self-concept for children and adolescents in a self-evaluation form. Methods: The participants consisted of elementary and middle school students selected from five schools in urban areas (n=2,407). The scale developmental processes included construction of a conceptual framework, development of preliminary items, verification of content validity and reliability, and concurrent validity of final items. Results: There were no items deleting and resulting 80 final items including 4 subscales: Physical self-concept (20 items); Emotional self-concept (20); Social self-concept (20); and Academic self-concept (20). The internal consistency was acceptable (Cronbach``s ?=.97). The scale classification provides a description of self-concept degree from very positive to very negative. In this study, self- concept was significantly correlated with depression (-0.77≤r≤-0.51, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study will be useful not only for measuring self-concept of Korean children and adolescents but also for understanding their self-concept development. However, repeated research is needed for further validity and reliability tests of this measurement tool.

COVID-19 유행 시기 노인의 우울과 외로움

본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 유행 시기 노인의 우울과 외로움 정도를 확인하고, 우울의 절단점을 이용해서 외로움의 정도를 구분하여 외로움 군별 대상자 특성을 확인하는 것이다. 연구 대상자는 G도 S시에 거주하는 65세 이상 재가 노인 126명으로, 2022년 5월 2일부터 13일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 노인의 일반적 특성에 따른 우울과 외로움의 정도를 비교하는 Independent t-test와 One-way ANOVA, 두 변수 간의 상관관계를 확인하는 Pearson correlation coefficient로 하였으며, 외로움 군별 대상자 특성 비교는 카이제곱 검증으로 하였다. 연구 결과, 노인의 우울과 외로움은 정적 상관관계가 있었으며(r=.490, p<.001), 비외로움 집단은 비우울 집단의 외로움 점수 평균인 29.54보다 낮은 대상자 47명, 중증 외로움 군은 우울 집단의 외로움 점수 평균인 33.54점보다 높은 대상자 44명, 그리고 외로움 점수 29.54-33.54점의 대상자인 35명이 외로움 군으로 분류되었다. 또한, 외로움 군별 대상자의 특성은 건강 상태, 경제 수준, 돌봐주는 사람 유무, 연령에서 차이가 있었다. 본 연구자는 노인의 외로움 정도를 평가하고 이를 중재하기 위한 프로그램 개발에 반영할 수 있는 대상자의 특성을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 추후 노인의 외로움을 줄이고 삶의 질을 향상하기 위한 반복 연구의 기초 자료가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of depression and loneliness among elderly individuals during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and to use a depression cutoff point to differentiate between the degrees of loneliness and to identify the characteristics of the individuals in each group of lonely elderly individuals. The study included 126 community-dwelling older adults aged 65 years and above residing in City G. The survey was conducted from May 2nd to 13th, 2022. The data were analyzed using independent t-tests and one-way ANOVA to compare the levels of depression and loneliness according to the general characteristics of the elderly individuals, and the Pearson correlation coefficient was used to examine the correlation between the two variables. In addition, a Chi-square test was conducted to compare the characteristics of the individuals in each group of lonely elderly individuals. The results showed a significant positive correlation between depression and loneliness (r=.490, p<.001). Of the respondents, 47 individuals were classified as non-lonely because their loneliness score was lower than the mean score of 29.54 for the non-depressed group, while 44 individuals were classified as severely lonely because their loneliness score was higher than the mean score of 33.54 for the depressed group. The remaining 35 individuals with a loneliness score between 29.54 and 33.54 were classified as moderately lonely. The characteristics of the individuals in each group of lonely elderly individuals differed in terms of health status, economic level, caregiver presence, and age. The researchers evaluated the levels of loneliness of the elderly individuals and identified the characteristics to be considered in intervention programs. These findings can provide basic data for further research seeking to decrease loneliness in the elderly and improve their quality of life.

Hybrid Client 기반의 AMP 솔루션 도입을 통한 최적화된 모바일 오피스 구축

다양한 모바일 OS와 단말 지원 종류를 확대하고 멀티플랫폼으로 발전해가면서 모바일오피스 개발에도 원소스 멀티플랫폼의 꿈이 실현되고 있으며, 급변하는 시장 요구에 맞춰 MEAP 솔루션이 등장하였다. MEAP은 응용 서비스, 비즈니스 프로세스, 웹 서비스들을 효과적으로 생성, 실행, 배포, 관리할 수 있게 하는 표준 환경을 제공하며 모바일 오피스 구현 전략으로 떠오르고 있다. 그러나, 앱에 대한 한계성과 다양한 정보 제공을 위한 스마트패드 기반의 웹 방식의 부활을 기대하고 있으며, 상당한 수를 차지하고 있는 피처폰에 대한 대처 방안은 전혀 고려하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 Hybrid Client 기반의 AMP 솔루션을 이용하여 최적화된 모바일 업무 환경을 가지는 모바일 오피스를 구축할 수 있음을 제안한다.
