시장지향성 개념에 관한 요인분석 : 한 중소도시 대학병원을 중심으로

Marketing academicians and practitioners have been observing for more than three decades that business performance is affected by market orientation, yet to date there have been no systematic and comprehensive analysis of its impact upon business performance of Korean hospital industry. This study synthesizes extant knowledge on market orientation, constructs an integrated framework that includes antecedents and consequences of market orientation, and develops and tests research propositions empirically. This study addresses the following questions: (1) How is the hospital market-oriented? (2) What constitutes market orientation? The samples in the study are 190 hospital employees judgementally chosen from a general hospital in a mid-sized Korean city. One hundred thirty two usable questionnaires were returned, a 69.5% response rate. Market orientation is hypothesized and measured as a one-dimension construct consisting of intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination, and intelligence responding. The major statistical methodes used for the analysis is factor analysis. The finding is that three components of market orientation are selected. This study concludes with a discussion of the managerial relevance of the findings and future research directions.
거시경제변수를 이용한 천안시 아파트가격 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose is to understand the real estate market in the region by examining the relationship with transaction volume and interest rate, employment rate and funding trend in the region, and linkage with consumer prices in the Cheonan city as exogenous variables of the apartment market in Cheonan City. Increasing employment increases household stability, and low-interest housing loan interests increase demand for housing. It was proved that the increase in trading volume plays a positive role in the sale price of apartments and is linked to the money volume and consumer prices. In the case of Cheonan, the impact of macroeconomic indicators is consistent with the theory, making it easier to manage the indicators in predicting apartment sales prices. However, in this perspective, there is a need for continuous monitoring and research, and for such research, selection and development of variables taking into account regional characteristics are also necessary.
Object-Process Methodology을 이용한 원가추정 모델링

Cost estimation has always been essential process in economy engineering in which a decision is made among selected alternatives with reasonable cost information. To obtain reasonable cost information, we rely on various estimating methods. But the process to get and use cost information is complicate so that beginners can not follow the process easily. This research is aimed at representing the overall process of cost estimation using Object Process Methodology (OPM). OPM provides a solid basis for representing and managing knowledge about complex systems by defining, specifying, and analyzing system objects, processes, and the relationships among them in a structural way. OPM uses Object-Process Diagrams (OPDs) for expressing the objects of a modeled system and processes that affect them. The cost estimation includes cost index, factor method, typical indirect cost, and activity-based cost methods.

PTH는 다층 기판의 층과 층 사이에 금속 도금을 통하여 전기적인 접촉이 가능하도록 만든 것이다. PTH 의 주요 고장 메커니즘은 크랙이다. 크랙은 대부분 PTH 에 금속의 전기적 저항으로 나타난 열에 의한 금속과 폴리머의 열팽창 계수 차이로 인해 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 PTH 크랙의 크기에 따라 값에 따라 발생하는 저항을 추정할 수 있는 이론적 모델을 제시한다. 이론 모델을 4단자 측정법을 통해 얻어진 시험 시료의 저항 값 데이터에 적용하여 타당성을 검증한다.

의사결정을 위한 경제성 분석에 있어서 원가추정방법의 결정은 신중히 고려되어야 할 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 하지만 지금까지의 원가추정과 간접비할당에 관한 부분은 그 과정이 복잡하고 논리가 명확하지 않아 전문지식이 없는 일반인들이 이해하기에는 어려움이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 지식을 표현하고자 Object Process Methodology(OPM) 의 지식 표현 기능들을 이용하여 시스템의 원가추정과 간접비 배분에 관련된 전체 과정을 나타내었다. 원가추정과정에는 인덱스 방법 (cost indexes), 원가요소 방법 (factor method)이 포함되어 있다.
토지이용의 효율성 제고에 관한 연구 : 묘지공원의 개선방안을 중심으로 on the cemetery park

As unbanization and population have been increasing, cometerys have caused a lot of social problems. In order to improve these, a cemetery park with various functions like cemetery and park should be made. A cemetery park can provide neighboring people as well as cemetery users with spaces for relaxation and graves. Therefore the purpose of this study is to suggest basic directions for efficient policy which can change people's way of thinking about a propitious grave site and form new land culture. The conclusions are : First, in the aspect of system, laws related to burial and cemetery-grave size, and structures-should be changed in pace with people's consiousness and the rationalization of land. Second, in the aspect of administration, roads to cemetery parks, landscape and facilities should be prepared. And the plan should be made which neglected or unknown graves can be checked to be put in charnel. Besides by analyzing good and bad points of old cemetery, better ones should be made. It should take the department concerned and experts to manage the efficient policy for cemetery. Third, in the aspect of people's consciousness constant publicity activites about the efficient use of land will help to solve a sense of incompatibility caused by using excessive use of cemetery. Fourth, as this research shows, enough greenbelt and parking areas must be prepared with landscape, facilities and management improved.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the environments of patient care, education, and research as indicators of university hospital performance. The objective data for this study were collected by secondary data. The subjective data were collected by a total of 523 questionnaire survey interviews conducted in C university hospital, of which 123 were students, interns, or residents, 76 were professors, and the remaining 324 were patients. The major statistical methods used for the analysis were t-test and ANOVA. We found that the environment of patient care is better than the environment of education and research in C university hospital. While the concern for patient care of C university hospital was about 60%, the equivalent figures for education and research were both 20%. And the patients' satisfaction level was higher than the others. The environment of education and research was found to be deficient in some aspects, especially in such areas as facilities, equipment, and investment. In particular for professors the time for research was very limited because of the demands of patient care. These findings clearly demonstrate that university hospitals need to pay greater attention to the areas of education and research, as well as to patient care. This article concludes with a discussion and summary and presents issues in need of further study.
