II-Ⅵ ZnO compound semiconductor thin films were grown on $\alpha$-Al$_2$O$_3$(0001) single crystal substrate by radical beam assisted molecular beam epitaxy and the optical properties were investigated. Zn(6N) was evaporated using Knudsen cell and O radical was assisted at the partial pressure of 1$\times$10$^{4}$ Torr and radical beam source of 250-450 W RF power. In $\theta$-2$\theta$ x-ray diffraction analysis, ZnO thin film with 500 nm thickness showed only ZnO(0002)and ZnO(0004) peaks is believed to be well grown along c-axis orientation. Photoluminescence (PL) measurement using He-Cd ($\lambda$=325 nm) laser is obtained in the temperature range of 9 K-300 K. At 9 K and 300 K, only near band edge (NBE) is observed and the FWHM's of PL peak of the ZnO deposited at 450 RF power are 45 meV and 145 meV respectively. From no observation of any weak deep level peak even at room temperature PL, the ZnO grains are regarded to contain very low defect density and impurity to cause the deep-level defects. The peak position of free exciton showed slightly red-shift as temperature was increased, and from this result the binding energy of free exciton can be experimentally determined as much as $58\pm$0.5 meV, which is very closed to that of ZnO bulk. By van der Pauw 4-point probe measurement, the grown ZnO is proved to be n-type with the electron concentration($n_{e}$ ) $1.69$\times$10^{18}$$cm^3$, mobility($\mu$) $-12.3\textrm{cm}^2$/Vㆍs, and resistivity($\rho$) 0.30 $\Omega$$\cdot$cm.

Recently, customers for automobiles expect new models in a short life cycle. Therefore, is has been important to reduce the development lead-time. However, a traditional development system is not appropriate to meet these changes. Thus, Concurrent Engineering (CE)has been introduced to solve these problems as a key business strategy based on information technology. CE is a way of attaining three objectives simultaneously; reducing time to market, improving product quality, and lowering product costs.<br/> The purpose of this study is to recommend a CE strategy for improving the development process of Korean automotive industries. Thus, the key factors of CE and their effectiveness on the development processes are introduced, Based on that, the competitiveness of US and Japan automobile industries are analyzed, and the problems of development processes of Korean antomotive industries are investigated. Finally, a CE strategy for improving the problems are proposed.<br/>

협업 환경에서 각 에이전트는 같은 의미의 정보를 서로 다른 용어로 사용하기 때문에 정보공유의 어려움이 있다. 즉 협력 제품개발 환경에서 동일한 제품정보를 각 에이전트가 서로 다른 용어로 표현함으로써 제품정보 공유를 어렵게 만든다. 이러한 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 의미기반 정보를 활용한 제품정보 공유 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 의미기반 제품정보 공유를 위해 온톨로지 기반의 의미검색 시스템 및 기존의 PDM시스템과 연계하는 방법을 제안한다. 온톨로지는 OWL기반으로 구축하고, 구축된 온톨로지로부터 Pellet 추론 엔진을 이용하여 의미검색을 가능하게 하며, 이것을 웹서비스를 기반으로 구현하여 다른 시스템에서 활용이 가능토록 한다. 또한 기존의 PDM과 연계하여 PDM을 기반으로 의미검색을 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. In collaborative environment, since each agent generally uses different words for the same meaning, there is an obstacle for information sharing. In collaborative product development environment, each agent has different words for representing same product information. As a result, it is hard to share product information in this situation. For solving this problem, semantic-based product information is needed. In this paper, a ontology-based semantic searching system which is able to interact with legacy PDM systems is proposed for product information sharing in collaborative environment Product ontology is represented with OWL format, and the product ontology is processed by Pellet reasoning engine for semantic searching. The system is implemented as a web service which can be integrated with other systems. This paper also introduces the approach with which a PDM system provides a function of semantic search with this search system.
Workflow Modeling for Product Development Environments based on Event Calculus

A flexible and correct model of the activity flows is required for workflows in product development environments. In particular, the design activity flows are not known until run-time, and conventional approaches have limit to handle this situation because they cannot predefine all the potentially reachable paths. Thus, the structure of the workflow model must be flexible enough to describe variety in workflow design and accommodate dynamic changes during workflow execution. In this paper, we provide the general primitive axioms and change patterns based on event calculus for dynamic workflow specification and execution mechanisms in product development environments. Also, we describe how to execute the workflow dynamically based on the workflow specification and workflow change patterns using abductive planning technique.
정보공학 시스템 개발 방법론 기반 QCD분석 방안에 관한 연구

시스템 개발 방법론이란 시스템 개발 시 시스템을 분석, 설계, 구축 및 유지 보수하는데 있어서 사용자 및 개발자에게 시스템 개발에 대한 가이드를 제시하는 틀을 말하며 QCD분석이란 시스템의 수준을 품질(Quality), 비용(Cost), 납기(Delivery) 측면에서 정량화시켜 분석하는 것을 말한다. 시스템 개발 시 시스템 개발방법론과 같이 연동되어 도출되는 개발 산출물들이 나중에 어떤 성능을 보이는지 파악해 볼 수 있는 분석절차가 있어야 개발 목표에 부합되는 시스템이 구축되어질 수 있도록 관리할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소형 CIM 구축 작업에 정보공학 시스템 개발 방법론을 적용함에 있어서 방법론 산출물을 기반으로 하여 시스템의 수준을 측정, 시스템 설계에 반영하는 시스템 개발 방법론 기반 QCD분석 절차를 제시하고자 한다. This paper introduces a framework for QCD(Quality, Cost and Delivery) analysis based on the information engineering system development methodology. In general, during developing a complex system, the system development methodology is used for guiding system design, analysis and implementation in a systematic way. However, previous development methodologies have the limitation in managing the performance of system development in a consistent way. To cope with this limitation, in this study, we have proposed how to manage the performance of system during system development processes in terms of QCD. The proposed method has been applied in the information system development for a small and medium size enterprise in Korea.
Cybrid 가상플랜트 시스템 요구사항 분석과 개념적 설계

Cybrid virtual plant concept is defined as a cyber plant mimicking a physical plant by using plant engineering data and sensor data coming from sensors attached to facilities of the physical plant. Cybrid virtual plant is a new concept for plant industry so that plant managers and operators’ requirements need to be captured for systematic application of the concept to the plant industry. The paper proposed an architecture of the cybrid virtual plant, and provided requirement analysis results for a specific plant company. A database, named smart-cube repository, for the proposed cybrid virtual plant is also proposed and its conceptual data structure is described.
