지진해일에 의한 유사 이송 수치모의

지진해일은 발생 빈도는 낮으나 일단 발생하게 되면, 빠른 속도로 해안에 전파되어 심각한 인명 및 재산피해를 초래하기 때문에 지진해일에 관해 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 지진해일에 관한 연구들은 대부분 원해 및 근해에서의 전파 양상, 해안가에서의 파고 및 처오름높이에 관해 이루어졌고, 지진해일에 의한 유사 이송에 관한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 최근 들어, 지진해일에 의한 유사 이송을 이용하여 역사 및 가상지진해일을 해석하려는 시도가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. Li 등(2012)은 퇴적물 평형농도에 의해 유도된 이송-확산 방정식(advection-diffusion equation)을 이용하여 2004년 수마트라 지진해일에 의한 인도네시아 수마트라 북서쪽 Lhok Nga 해안에서의 해저 지형 변화를 관측된 지진해일 파고와 비교하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 유사이송모델은 유사가 발생하는 영역을 소류사에 의해 구성되는 소류층과 부유사의 거동이 주가되는 부유층으로 분리하여 고려하는 방법으로 유도되었다. 해안으로부터 먼 거리에서 발생하여 전파해오는 지진해일을 수치모의 할 경우에는 분산효과를 고려하는 것이 중요하기 때문에 선형 천수방정식을 지배방정식으로 사용하여 차분하였을 때 발생하는 수치분산항을 통해 보정하였고, 근해의 경우 비선형 천수방정식을 지배방정식으로 사용하였다. 지진해일 전파와 유사이송을 결합해 울진 원자력발전소 취수구에 대하여 1983년 동해 중부 지진해일에 의한 해저지형의 변화를 수치모의하였다.

BICM기반의 DVB-T2 수신기 성능분석

본 논문에서는 차세대 유럽형 지상파 TV 표준으로 제정된 DVB-T2(Digital Video Broadcasting-the 2nd Generation Terrestrial) 수신기 설계를 위해 USB 기반 윈도우 환경에서 DVB-T2용 MPEG2-TS 스트림의 수신결과를 분석한다. DVB-T2 수신기의 수신 성능분석으로 파일 모드 및 이더넷 모드에서 수신한 스트림의 기저대역 프레임을 분석하고, BICM(Bit Interleaved Coding and Modulation) 수신모듈의 PLP(Physical Layer Pipe)와 L1(Layer 1) 신호에 대해 성능을 분석한다. In this paper, a DVB-T2(Digital Video Broadcasting-the 2nd Generation Terrestrial) receiver is designed under a USB-type windows environment, and the baseband frames for MPEG2-TS stream(File or Ethernet Modes) are analyzed for verifying the receiver. In addition, the performance of the BICM(Bit Interleaved Coding & Modulation) module in the receiver is analyzed in terms of PLP(Physical Layer Pipe) and L1(Layer 1) signals.

지진해일에 의해 발생되는 유사흐름으로 인한 해저지형의 변화 해석

지리산국립공원 아고산대 주요 수종 (주목, 잣나무, 구상나무, 신갈나무)에 대한 산소동위원소연대기 작성 및 기후와의 관계 분석

50-year tree-ring δ¹⁸O chronologies (1966∼2015) for principle conifer tree species (Taxus cuspidata, Pinus koraiensis, Abies koreana) and Quercus mongolica at subalpine zone in Mt. Jiri were established. The establishing of tree-ring δ¹⁸O chronologies for each tree species were fulfilled using four trees, which showed the good result in cross-dating. In the comparisons between tree-ring δ¹⁸O chronologies within the same tree species all tree species showed reliable results statistically (p < 0.001), and they also showed EPS higher than 0.85. In addition to, the reliable correlations (p < 0.001) were verified between tree-ring δ¹⁸O chronologies of four tree species, as well. In the response function analysis in order to investigate the relationships between tree-ring δ¹⁸O chronologies and corresponding climatic factors, i.e., monthly precipitation and mean temperature, T. cuspidata showed a negative correlation with May precipitation (p < 0.05) and A. koreana showed a negative correlation with April precipitation (p < 0.05). If long tree-ring δ¹⁸O chronologies of T. cuspidata and A. koreana will be established, it will be possible to reconstruct April and May precipitation in the past when we have no the meteorological data.

송진은 예로부터 약재, 연료, 칠 등의 원료로 사용된 한국 고유의 산림전통문화 중 하나이다. 송진채취에 대한 역사적 사실을 근거로 국가산림문화자산으로 지정하기 위해서는 송진채취에 대한 정확한 자료가 필요하다. 현재까지 남아 있는 역사적 기록 또는 지역 주민의 증언을 통해 기초 자료를 확보할 수는 있으나 과학적이지 못해 적극적인 활용에는 제한이 따른다. 또한, 송진채취 피해목 각 개체를 대상으로 한 기록이 존재지 않아서 현재 남아 있는 송진채취 피해목이 기록에서 제시하고 있는 피해목인지 확인할 수 있는 방법이 없다. 연륜연대학(Dendrochronology)은 수목에 남아 있는 나이테의 폭 변화를 시계열그래프로 작성한 후, 시대별로 나타나는 독특한 시계열 그래프 패턴을 이용하여 각 나이테에 정확한 생육연도를 부여하는 학문이다. 본 연구는 연륜연대학에서 활용되는 나이테 분석법을 이용하여 5지역(천안시 봉곡사, 태안군 안면도, 전북 남원, 강원도 평창군, 울산시 석남사) 소나무 송진피해목을 대상으로 피해 연도 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과는 아래 표와 같다. 송진채취 연도 분석과 함께 상처 크기를 측정한 결과 일제강점기에 낸 상처의 길이(100.6∼113.4cm)가 해방 이후에 낸 상처(19.6∼32.1cm)보다 긴 것으로 확인되었다.

For this, the statistical investigation was carried out for all crash test results released by IIHS. In particular, correlation studies were performed in order to find relation strength among the injury numbers, vehicle deformation characteristics and design parameters. 경상북도 울진군 소광리 소나무의 가도관 길이 변이 분석

This study was carried out to test the possibility that tracheid length of red pine growing in Sokwang-ri in Uljin could be used as one of variables to estimate its wood properties. For the study, forest stands of V (500 m a.s.l.) and VIIII (900 m a.s.l.) age class plots were selected in the region, and three trees in each plot were investigated. The tracheid length was separately measured for early- and latewood. It took approximately 25 and 40 years for V and VIIII age class stands, respectively, until the length was stabilized. The lengths in latewood were 3.14 (V age class) and 3.30 (VIIII age class) mm, and in earlywood 2.98 (V age class) and 3.15 (VIIII age class) mm. The lengths in latewood therefore were longer than in earlywood and the lengths for VIIII age class were longer than for V age class. However, the ratio between their lengths in early- and latewood was the same as 0.96 in all age classes. It might be verified whether this ratio can be used as a variable to test the wood property according to provinces by comparing it with others.

월악산에 식재된 잣나무와 화백나무의 형성층 활동과 기후인자와의 관계

This study was fulfilled to verify the durations of cambial activity and analyze the associations of degree days and precipitation with the initiation of cambial activity and intra-annual wood formation for Pinus koraiensis and Chamaecyparis pisifera planted at Mt. Worak, respectively, by monitoring of their intra-annual cambial activities. And more, the reason was also analyzed why the DBH of Chamaecyparis pisifera known as planted in the same year could be classified as two groups (CPL: ø30 cm, CPS: ø15 cm). The intra-annual cambial activity was monitored using mini-cores (ø2 mm) and they were collected in 2-week interval between April and October. However, between April and May and between middle September and October expected as the initiation and cessation of the cambial activity, respectively, it was fulfilled in 1-week interval. The average number of tree rings for PK (30) was less than CPS (37) and CPL (38), whereas the average ring width of PK (4.12 mm) was wider than CPS (1.84 mm) and CPL (3.97 mm). In the comparison of ring widths between CPL and CPS, CPL was 2.13 mm wider than CPS, however, excepting CPS 1 (0.83 mm), the average ring widths of CPS 2 (2.42 mm) and CPS 3 (2.73 mm) in the last 3 years were close to the average of CPL (2.71 mm). The initiation of cambial activity for PK was between 1 and 21 April, which was 1 week earlier than CPL and CPS (excepting CPS 1) and the cessation was between 1 and 22 September. The longest growing season therefore was 157.3 days (± 3.3) and it was longer than CPL (145.7 ± 6.6 days) and CPS (148.0 ± 15.1 days). In CP groups there were wide variations for the cessation of cambial activity and also there were the meaningful linear relationship between the growing seasons and the ring widths (r = 0.69, p < 0.064). The cambial activity in PK was initiated when degree days were between 99 and 134 and in CPS (excepting PCS 1) and CPL between 134 and 200. Excepting CPS 3, the false ring was observed in all samples collected on 21 July when drought stress was high due to low precipitation from June to the beginning of July.
