어린이집교사의 직무스트레스와 대인관계능력과의 관계에서 자기성찰지능의 매개효과

본 연구에서는 어린이집 교사의 직무스트레스, 대인관계능력, 자기성찰지능 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 어린이집 교사의 직무스트레스가 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향에서 자기성찰지능의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 서울시, 경기도, 충청남도 어린이집교사 271명이다. 본 연구 분석에서 어린이집 교사의 직무스트레스, 자기성찰지능, 대인관계능력과의 관계를 알아보기 위해서 상관관계를 분석하였다. 또한 어린이집 교사의 직무스트레스와 대인관계능력과의 관계에서 자기성찰지능이 매개변인으로 역할을 하는지 알아보기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 매개효과 검증법에 따라 위계적 회귀 분석을 실시 후 사후 통계적 검증을 위해서 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 어린이집 교사의 직무스트레스와 자기성찰지능, 대인관계능력 간에는 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집교사의 직무스트레스가 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향에서 자기성찰지능은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 즉, 직무스트레스는 매개변인인 자기성찰지능을 통해 대인관계능력에 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과는 어린이집교사의 직무스트레스가 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향을 완화하기 위해서 자기성찰지능을 중요하게 고려할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다. This study investigates the relationships between job stress, interpersonal skills, and intrapersonal intelligence of childcare teachers, and the mediating effect of intrapersonal intelligence on the influence of job stress on interpersonal skills of childcare teachers. The research participants were 271 childcare teachers working in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheongnam-do. A correlation analysis was conducted to identify the relationship between job stress, interpersonal skills, and intrapersonal intelligence of childcare teachers. Moreover, a hierarchical regression analysis was performed according to the Baron and Kenny (1986) mediation analysis method to determine whether intrapersonal intelligence acted as the mediator variable in the relationship between job stress and interpersonal skills of childcare teachers, and the Sobel Test was used for post hoc statistical hypothesis testing. First, the analysis showed that there is a correlation between job stress, interpersonal skills, and intrapersonal intelligence of childcare teachers. Second, intrapersonal intelligence has a partial mediation effect on the influence of job stress on the interpersonal skills of childcare teachers. In other words, job stress was found to affect interpersonal skills through intrapersonal intelligence, which is the mediator variable. These findings indicate that intrapersonal intelligence should be considered important in mitigating the effect of job stress on the interpersonal skills of childcare teachers.

인간보다 더 인간적인 AI는 할리우드 공상과학 영화의 주된 주제로 등장한다. 인간이 기계가 되려는 욕망과 기계가 인간다움을 지향하는 이 두 주제를 관통하는 문제는 바로 인간이다. 현상적으로만 본다면 인간의 사이보그화와 AI 로봇이 인간이 되려는 욕망은 서로 교차하는 다른 욕망 같지만 실상 이 둘은 하나라는 것을 명심해야 한다. 그 공통된 질문이 향하는 곳은 인간은 무엇이며 어떻게 살아야 하는가라는 현실에 대한 보편적 화두를 상상적인 영역으로부터 빌려와 제시한다는 점이다. 영화 속 인공지능은 완벽한 기계로서 존재하지만 인간의 관점에서는 이성이 존재하지 않는 불완전한 존재가 된다. 그로 인해 인공지능은 완벽한 기계적 학습을 통해 자신의 불완전성을 해소하기 위해 자신의 창조주인 인간을 탐하는 것으로 묘사된다. 이에 영화 속 인공지능은 인간과의 교감을 통해 이성과 감성을 학습하게 되고 어느 순간 인간과 같은 존재로 여겨지도록 재현되어 인간과 인공지능의 경계를 모호하게 만든다. 이는 영화 속에서 엉뚱하게도 계급의 전복을 통해 과잉 생산된 억압에 의해 폭력적 결과를 양산하는 것으로 재현된다. 이에 본고에서는 역설적으로 인공지능의 시점에서 인간적 사고를 탐하는 그들의 행위를 탈기술적 징후로 정의하여 인공지능이 인간을 모방하고자 하는 근본적인 이유에 대하여 인간이 갖는 과한 욕망이 원인이 될 수 있음을 심도 깊게 파헤치고자 한다. The artificial Intelligence as known as ‘A.I’ is more human than humans, appears as the main theme of Hollywood science fiction films. Human being is the problem which penetrates two themes; The desire of human to be a machine and the point that machines aim for humanism. In terms of phenomena, human cyborgization and A.I robots to become human being seem to have different desires but it should be remembered that these two are actually aiming for same problem which is human. The common question is that it borrows and presents universal topics about the reality of what human beings are and the way of living. Artificial intelligence in the movie exists as a perfect machine, but from a human point of view, it becomes an incomplete existence. As a result, A.I is described as coveting its human creator to address their imperfections through perfect mechanical learning. Therefore, artificial intelligence in the movies learn intellect and sensibility through communication with humans. Eventually this makes machine to consider itself to be a human at some point blurring the boundaries between humans and artificial intelligence. This is repeated as the movie produces violent consequences by over-produced oppression through the subversion of the class. Thus this article defines the behavior of coveting human thinking at the point of artificial intelligence as a de-technical sign to delve deeply into the fact that human desire for the fundamental reason why artificial intelligence can be the cause.

할리우드 영화에서 표현된 동아시아 오리엔탈리즘의 변화 그리고 탈식민주의

The endless developments on scientific technologies lead the communication around the world faster and more active through sharing enormous information and knowledge. Regards to this, the barriers in society, such as in politics, economy and culture, are collapsing. Even the barriers between eastern and western world are only left in geographic aspects, and those two worlds are already developing into a certain united progress in social and cultural aspects. But these changes seem like a westernization of eastern world, not the balanced combination through developments. The eastern world, which preserved the aspects of nationalism, is now absorbing the aspects of colonialism through the waves of globalization. And insensitive cultural acceptance, which powered by fantasies of colonialism, is now shaking the social and cultural basis of eastern world. The universal images of western world, which were previously delivered to eastern world from media related to art and culture, are usually described as a target of admiration which depicts the lives actively living in highly developed society. But the images of eastern world were quite different. The images of eastern world are still described as ‘the others’, a target of civilization which depicts the lives uncivilized and under-developed. This perception of western world is psychologically based on the desire to prove the superiority and promote the advantages to stabilize their culture by setting ‘the others’ on the other side of the earth. This certain ideology, which is revealed as orientalism, is frequently appeared from movies. Most of the images of eastern world, which are depicted throughout the movies, work only for motivations to justify their heroic events and realize their superior status. These kind of images might be the reality out of fantasy, while we consider the power of cultural effects of the movies. The original concept of orientalism is the developed form with balance in art and culture, which derived from the cultural exchanges between the aesthetic values, ideologies or philosophies of eastern world and western art. So we should understand the current status and the reason why the potential messages from the orientalism are distorted in the movies. We need to confirm and re-establish the specific identification on orientalism through the continuous and in depth studies now, and we, who related to the movies, also need to be cautious and realize the negatively distorted images of eastern world. A step further, devotions on delivering the right cultural values through sharing exact informations are also required to achieve the balanced developments between the both worlds.

인공지능 재현의 타자화 경향과 새로운 주체로의 변화 양상: 영화 공간의 기능

영화의 소재와 이야기의 전개를 효과적으로 구체화 시키기 위해서는 무엇보다 공간에 대한 연출이 중요하다. 인공지능을 소재로 한 영화들은 이러한 공간연출에 있어 오랜 기간 관습적인 방식을 취해 왔다. 공간의 수직적 구조를 통해 인간과 기계 사이의 권력 구조를 상징화시켜 권력이 어떻게 메타포적 공간을 점유했는지에 대하여 설명했으며, 이를 위해 상징적 기호체계를 가지는 어느 특정한 공간을 설정하여 인간과 기계, 주체와 타자를 구분 지으려 시도했다. 이러한 방식은 하나의 고정된 방식처럼 여겨져 관습으로 자리하여 영화 관계자는 물론 관객들의 사고를 고정화했다. 영화는 이렇게 매체의 특성을 활용하여 우리가 끊임없이 고민해야 하는 정체성에 관한 물음을 던져 왔다. 그러나 이는 대부분 인간중심주의의 사고방식에 기인한 것으로 언제나 늘 이 같은 방식을 통해 인간의 우월함과 존재 가치에 대하여 평가했다. 그러나 최근의 경향은 이에 대한 부정까지는 아니지만 이에 대하여 새로운 시각적 접근을 시도하고자 노력하는 추세로 이어지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 크리스테바의 이론을 바탕으로 영화 속 이미지 재현을 통해 나타나는 공간성의 다양한 층과 감정의 공간적 존재성에 대해 논의해 보았다. 또한, 이러한 공간성에 대한 분화된 이해를 영화의 공간 및 특유의 연출력의 문제에 적용하고자 했다. 이를 통하여 기존의 관습에 맞게 메타포를 쓰는 것도 중요하지만, 그것을 어떻게 해석할 것인가, 나아가 어떻게 그 메타포를 뒤집을 것인가의 문제 또한 중요한 문제임을 지적한다. In order to effectively materialize the material and story development of the film, directing the space is more important than anything else. This method was regarded as a fixed method and became a custom, fixing the thoughts of not only film officials but also the audience. The movie has used the characteristics of the media to ask questions about the identity that we have to constantly worry about. However, this is mostly due to the way of thinking of humanism, and has always evaluated human superiority and value of existence through this method. However, the recent trend is not to the extent of denial, but it is leading to a trend of trying a new visual approach. Therefore, based on Kristeva’s theory, this paper discussed the various layers of spatiality and the spatial existence of emotions that appear through image reproduction in the movie. In addition, this differentiated understanding of spatiality was intended to be applied to the problems of film space and unique directing power. Through this, it is important to write a metaphor according to existing customs, but it is also pointed out that the question of how to interpret it and furthermore, how to reverse the metaphor is also an important issue.

한국 SF영화 속 인공지능 캐릭터에 재현된 타자화된 표상들: 영화 <정이>를 중심으로

This study is to examine the attitude of the film media in the future prospects of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, which is the core technology of the 4th industrial revolution. In particular, from the perspective of looking at artificial intelligence, how the film reproduces the existence of artificial intelligence is intensively explored through comparative analysis of existing Hollywood Science fiction films and Korean Science fiction film. The universal narrative of the Science fiction films genre is mainly about reproducing the relationship between science and technology and humans by borrowing scientific materials about a phenomenon that occurs in another world or a transformed world outside the framework of time and space that we generally know. Becomes the frame of In particular, as a movie based on artificial intelligence reveals contradictory real society from a critical point of view, it does not just look at artificial intelligence as a mechanical being, but proves the superiority of humans by making these beings social others. Through the process of confirming the identity of the liver, it has the purpose of confirming the essence of human beings once again. Artificial intelligence in Korean SF films that are being produced recently also goes through this process of being othered, and it can be said that it tries to discriminate by creatively reproducing Korean characteristics in the narrative aspect. Through this method of representation, the film helps us understand the essence of human beings, and furthermore, it can be seen as talking about the possibility of coexistence that humanity, which has lived in constant relationships, must form a new relationship with human creatures.

지형공간 데이타를 위한 전자상거래 시스템의 설계 및 구현

최근 들어 WWW의 등장과 함께 인터넷 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가하는 가운데 많은 사람들이 인터넷을 통하여 쉽게 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 기존의 지리정보시스템(GIS)도 WWW과 연동되면서 사용자들이 좀 더 쉽게 인터넷을 통하여 지형공간 데이타에 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 지형공간 데이타를 인터넷상에서 접근하기 위해서는 각 기관이나 단체에서 이미 구축해 놓은 지형공간 데이타가 인터넷상에 등록 및 공개되어 있어야 한다. 그러나, 지적 재산인 지형공간 데이타를 인터넷상에 전적으로 공개하고 있는 사례는 그다지 많지 않다. 만약, 이미 구축되어 있는 지형공간 데이타를 무조건 공개하는 것이 아니라 정당한 대가로 판매할 수 있다면 다양한 양질의 지형공간 데이타의 유통이 가능할 것이다. 그러므로, WWW 상에서 지형공간 데이타를 등록하고 필요로 하는 사람에게 판매할 수 있는 전자상거래 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현하는 WWW 과 연동하는 지형공간 데이타 전자상거래 시스템에서는 지도 공급자가 가지고 있는 지형공간 데이타를 전자상거래 서버에 등록하고, 지도 구매자들은 지도 공급자가 등록해 놓은 지도에 대해 다양한 정보와 미리 보기 등을 통하여 구입 의사를 결정하여 구매할 수 있다. 본 시스템은 온라인상에서의 파일전송 을 지원하기 때문에 지형공간 데이타를 신뢰성있게 전송하는 기능을 제공하고, 다른 일반적인 Web 기반 GIS 시스템과 달리 지불 결과에 대하여 충분한 신뢰성을 제공하며, 또한 다양한 지형공간 데이타를 지원할 수 있는 확장성도 지원한다.

마약중독(痲藥中毒)의 해독(解毒) 및 치료(治療)를 위한 한의학적 접근 고찰

This study was done as a general survey on oriental medical approaches for the detoxification and treatment of narcotics addiction. The treatment of narcotics addiction comprises the detoxification and the restoration of normal health. Medical detoxification in common use nowadays is largely divided into substitution therapy using opiate detoxicants and symptomatic therapy using non-opiate detoxicants. Experimentation was done on the supposition that non-opiate detoxicants provide a more viable therapy than opiate detoxicants in the treatment of narcotics addiction, because opiate detoxicants also produce a great dependency on a narcotic. At present, although the medication of oriental medicine that includes non-opiate detoxicants is not more effective in the detoxification than the opiate detoxicants, withdrawal symptoms are slight and few and there is a very low ratio of relapse, so treatment and restoration are relatively brief. Results of this survey suggest that detoxicants derived from oriental medical approaches are safe and effective, though further development of therapy with such detoxicants will be needed to provide reliable methods of treating narcotics addiction. Based on this survey, it is hoped that many more studies will be done on the issue of medication in the field of narcotics addiction treatment.

2차항에 의한 전력조류계산의 개선에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 2진수를 사용하여 기억용량의 감소와 테일러 급수의 2차항에 의한 정확하고계산속도가 빠른 전력조류계산방법을 나타낸다. 이 방법은 쟈코비안이 상수이며 2차항의 간단한 계산에 의해 계산속도가 빠르고, 행렬의 비영요소의 위치를 2진수로 나타내어 기억용량을 대폭 감소시킨다. 그리고 정확한 전력조류계산에 의해 신뢰성이 높아 R/X가 큰 송전선의 시스템에도 적절한 방법이다.
