        여정실의 항산화 활성

        The objective of this study is to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the fruits of Ligustrum japonicum. The crude extract was successively fractionated into n-hexane, 85% aqueous methanol (85% aq.MeOH), n-butanol (n-BuOH), and water fractions by means of solvent polarity. The crude extract and its solvent fractions were evaluated for their antioxidant effect by four different assay systems: scavenging power on peroxynitrite and intralcellular ROS produced in HT-1080 cells; DNA oxidation inhibition; ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP). The n-BuOH fraction exhibiting potent antioxidant activity was further purified by C18 silica gel column chromatography and RP-HPLC to give tyrosol (1) and salidroside (2). The structure of isolated compounds was determined by extensive 2 D NMR experiments such as 1H COSY, NOESY, HSQC and HMBC as well as by comparison with the published spectral data.

        Peroxynitrite-scavenging Constituents from the Brown Alga Sargassum thunbergii

        Peroxynitrite formation in vivo is implicated in numerous human diseases and there is considerable interest in the use of antioxidants and natural products for their treatment. The three components (1-3) isolated from Sargassum thunbergii as well as the organic solvent-soluble fractions and the aqueous layer of S. thunbergii were evaluated for their potential to scavenge authentic ONOO- and ONOO- derived from 3-morpholinosydnonimine (SIN-1). The antioxidant activity of the individual fractions was in the order of 85% aqueous (aq.) MeOH > n-BuOH > n-hexane > H2O. The three known compounds, sargahydroquinoic acid (1), sargaquinoic acid (2) and sargachromenol (3) showed per-oxynitrite-scavenging activities comparable to those of L-ascorbic acid and penicillamine. These results showed a possible antioxidant activity in major constituents of S. thunbergii.

        2,5-Diarylisoxazolidin-3-ones의 합성에 관한 연구

        염화 삼메틸규소를 첨가하지 않고 에테르나 사염화탄소 중의 3-Aryl-3-bromopropanoyl chloride를 상온에서 2당량의 히드록실아민과 반응시켜 2,5-diarylisoxazolidin-3-ones 을 좋은 수율로 얻을 수 있었다. 그러나 $0^{\circ}C$에서 3-bromohydrocinnamoyl chloride 는 2당량의 벤질히드록실아민과 반응하여 N-benzyl-3-bromo-3-phenylpropanohydroxamic acid (72%) 와 N-benzyl-C-phenylnitrone (12%)을 생성하며 같은 조건하에서 3당량의 벤질히드록실아민을 사용하면 3-phenylisoxazolidin-5-one (41%) 과 2-benzyl-S-phenyl-isoxzolidin-3-one (38%)이 생성된다. 3-Aryl-3-bromopropanoyl chloride in either ether or carbon tetrachloride reacted with 2 equiv. of hydroxylamine in the absence of trimethylsilyl chloride at ambient temperature to give directly 2,5-diarylisoxazolidin-3-ones in good yields. However, when 3-benzylhydroxylamine at $0^{\circ}C$, N-benzyl-3-bromo-3-phenylpropanohydroxamic acid (72%) and N-benzyl-C-phenylnitrone (12%) were obtained. On the contrary, 3-phenylisoxazolidin-5-one (41%) and 2-benzyl-S-phenyl-isoxzolidin-3-one (38%) were obtained when 3 equiv. of benzylhydroxylamine was used under the same conditions.

        부산 연안 해조류 추출물의 항산화 활성 및 Tyrosinase 저해 활성 스크리닝

        The crude extracts of marine algae were screened for tyrosinase-inhibitory and radical scavenging effects. Among the samples tested, Symphyocladia latiuscula and Gloiopeltis furcata were found to be the most effective in DPPH radical scavenging test while Gigatina tenella, Sargassum thunbergii, and Sargassum sp. were moderately active. For the inhibition against mushroom tyrosinase, Symphyocladia latiuscula and Sargassum confusum showed the strongest inhibition. Codium adhaerens, Corallina pilulifera, Carpopeltis cornea, Halymenia acuminata, Hizikia fuziformis, Porphyra suborbiculata, and Enteromorpha linza exhibited mild inhibitory potency.

        Antioxidant Properties of Erigeron annuus Extract and Its Three Phenolic Constituents

        The antioxidant activity of the extract of Erigeron annuus was assessed by means of two different in vitro tests: bleaching of the stable 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH test) and the scavenging of authentic peroxynitrite in company with peroxynitrite generation from 3-morpholinosydnonimine (SIN-1). In both tests, the 85% aq. MeOH and n-BuOH soluble fractions of the crude extract showed a significant scavenging effect on peroxynitrite and DPPH radical in comparison to L-ascorbic acid. And bioassay-guided fractionation of the n-BuOH soluble fraction led to the isolation of three compounds: Apigenin (1), quercetin-3-O-glucoside (2), and caffeic acid (3). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic data and their antioxidant activities were measured by determining their capacity to scavenge peroxynitrite and the DPPH radical.

        The antioxidant activity of methanol and dichloromethane extracts of salt marsh plants was tested by using 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH). Three salt marsh plants (Erigeron annuus, Ixeris tamagawaensis kitamura, Portulaca oleracea) were found to be significantly effective in DPPH radical scavenging activity. The combined crude extracts of Portulaca oleracea were sequentially partitioned with n-hexane, 15% aq. MeOH, EtOAc, n-BuOH and H_2O. the antioxidative activities of several fractions were determined by evaluation the DPPH radical scavenging effect and by measuring lipid peroxide using 2-thiobarbituric acid (TBA). Among them, remarkable antioxidative effects were observed in the fractions of EtOAc and n-BuOH. The DPPH radical scavenging effect (IC_50=17.90㎍/ml) of the n-BuOH soluble fraction was comparable with that of natural antioxidant, a-tocopherol (IC_50=6.99㎍/ml).

        산주의 삼림투자 인식에 관한 연구 : 강원도지역을 중심으로

        일반산주와 임업후계자 · 독림가의 산림 투자 인식을 비교분석한 결과 다음과 같이 임 · 독림가가 일반산주보다 산림투자에 대하여 상대적으로 높은 관심을 보이고 있었다. 1.일반현황의 비교에서 임 · 독림가가 일반산주보다 교육수준과 월평균소득 면에서 높게 나왔으며, 직업의 경우 임 · 독립가는 다양한 직종에 종사하고 있는 반면 일반산주는 농업에 편중되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2.산림의 소유동기에서 임 · 독림가의 경우 일부상속 · 일부매입이 41.2%로 가장 많은 반면, 일반산주의 경우는 선대로부터의 상속이 40.9%로 가장 많았다. 3.산림투자에 대한 산주태도에서 임 · 독림가가 일반산주보다 과거 5년동안 산림투자 경험과 정부지원 신청경험 모두 높게 나타났다. 4.정부지원 제도에 대한 인식에서 일반산주보다 임 · 독림가가 정부지원 제도에 대하여 상대적으로 많이 알고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 정부지원 제도의 실행상태에 대해서는 임 · 독림가와 일반산주 모두 '그저 그렇다'는 미온적인 반응을 가장 많이 보였다. The study is focused on comparing the perception of forest investment by two types of forest owners, ordinary forest owners (OFOs) and forestry successors and model forest owners(FSMFOs). The results show that FSMFOs' perception of forest investment is relatively high compared with OFOs' perception The details are as follows ; 1.In the general status, the education and income levels of FSMFOs are higher than those of OFOs, and FSMFOs are engaged in various kinds of jobs while OFOs are inclined to lean toward farming. 2.Of the motives to own forests, partial-purchase and -inheritance is the most of FSMFOs(41.2% ) and inheritance the most of OFOs (40.9% ) 3.The number of FSMFOs who had made forest investment and applied government support is more than that of OFOs. 4.FSMFOs know government support better than OFOs do, while both show lukewarmness on weather the support is carried out according to the rules.
