Concentration of population due to the industrialization has made the housing supply problem serious, and then disorderly use of the land has become a problem, Furthermore, most of development practices are to strike through mountains, reclaim land, and alter the usage purpose. However, a housing site which is not a living land has been regarded as an unlucky land without vitality having bad influences on people’s lives in Feng Shui. This study focuses on verifying the authenticity of Feng Shui theory by demonstration telling that fortune of housing site makes the person’s life, The differences in the quality of life between people living in lucky land and unlucky land were measured and analyzed. If there are differences of people’s lives depending on the housing site, that means the fortune of Feng Shui can affect those. As the result of analysis, there was no difference in the quality of life between people living in lucky and unlucky housing site. Consequentially, it’s difficult to argue that the fortune of housing site in lucky or unlucky land could affect people’s lives and make those life differently.

전자상거래 비즈니스 모델의 네트워크 특성이 비즈니스 성과에 미치는 영향

  본 연구는 인터넷의 등장과 함께 논의되기 시작한 비즈니스 모델, 특히 전자상거래 비즈니스 모델의 네트워크 특성을 파악하고 이들이 경쟁우위와 비즈니스 성과에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 연구결과 전자상거래 비즈니스 모델의 네트워크 특성으로 도출한 변수인 거래구조, 가격책정방식, 인터페이스가 모두 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 경쟁우위는 비즈니스 성과 변수인 운영성과와 기업성과에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 비즈니스 성과 변수 중 운영성과가 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.   The purpose of this study is to find out the network property on the business performance eventually. But to do so, first of all, it is important to know what the business model is through the previous research in that the digital economy has come true. After that, it is important to look for the factors of network properties. Lastly, with using them, it is very important to investigate their impacts on the business performance.

웰니스와 스트레스의 관계에서 홈트레이닝의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediated effects of home training between wellness and stress in three areas. Recently, the number of people who do home training has increased rapidly due to lack of outdoor activities in the aftermath of COVID-19. Thus, in this study, we understand the effect of three types of wellness on home training and stress and conducted an analysis focusing on the mediated effects of home training between wellness and stress. In order to obtain the above results, this study surveyed a total of 389 students and officials related to physical education at S University from July 5 to July 23, 2021. First, among the three types of wellness, physical and emotional wellness have a positive effect on home training, but social wellness has no significant effect on home training. Second, all three types of wellness have been shown to have a positive effect on stress. Third, home training has been shown to serve as a partial mediator between the other two types (physical wellness, emotional wellness) and stress, excluding social wellness. The implications of this study are to determine the role of the mediated effects of home training in the relationship between wellness and stress. Through this, it was found that higher physical and emotional wellness has a positive effect on trying home training, and more home training has a positive effect on stress. It also found that social wellness has a positive effect on stress, but not on trying to train flaws.

부동산정책이 아파트시장에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

우리나라는 국민의 주거안정과 직결되는 주택문제를 아직도 시장원리보다는 정책적인 문제로 해결하려는 경향을 보이고 있으며, 그 정책은 시장변동이나 정권에 따라 규제와 완화를 반복하고 있다. 그러나 정책규제에 따른 부동산시장의 반응과 시장의 흐름이 정책의도에 부합하였는지에 대한 분석에 한계를 보이고 있다. 그 이유는 부동산정책의 규제나 완화정도의 수준을 변수화하기 어렵기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 1986년 이후의 부동산정책을 조사하여 월별로 정책수준을 평가하고, 정책시행 횟수를 추가하여 정책변수로 사용하였다. 정책변수는 아파트시장의 가격변동률과 함께 VAR모형을 구축하였고, 충격반응함수와 분산분해분석으로 부동산정책에 대한 각 아파트시장의 반응을 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 아파트시장의 반응은 부동산정책의 의도와 같았는지, 지역시장이나 주택규모 및 정권에 따른 반응의 차이가 있었는지 판단하고 아파트시장에 대한 부동산정책의 방향을 제시하려 하였다. 분석결과, 부동산정책은 시장변동과 연계되어 시행되었지만, 정책에 대한 시장반응은 지역이나 주택규모 및 정권에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 앞으로의 부동산정책은 시장원리에 충실하여야 하고, 지역이나 주택규모를 감안한 정책이 필요하며, 이념보다는 정책적 연속성의 유지가 필요할 것으로 판단되었다. Korea has a tendency to solve the housing problem which is interconnected with residing stability of a citizen with the political matter than an economic principle. That policy is being repeated the regulation and the deregulation along the business cycle or the political power. However, it is shown the limit to the analysis that the response of market for the real estate and the flow of the market have correspondence to the political intention along the political regulation. The reason is following; it is difficult to make numerically the regulation of the policy for real estate or the level of deregulation. In this research, I estimate the level of the policy monthly investigating the policy for real estate since 1986 and use them as a policy variable adding the number of policy enforcement. 'Model VAR' is set with the policy variable and the rate of price fluctuations for the apartment market. Also, I analyzed the response of the market of each apartments by the policy for real estate with the impulse response function and the variance decomposition analysis. I conclude that the response of the market of apartment coincides with the intention of the policy for real estate and that it has different response with the local market or housing scale through the analysis.

지역 주택시장의 순환 변동에 관한 연구

벌집순환모형(HCM)은 거래량과 가격의 관계가 순환하면서 변동한다는 이론으로 Janssen에 의해 실증된 후 주택시장을 전망하는 이론으로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 지역적 특성을 감안한 실증적 검증이 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 한국의 7대 도시에 대하여 HCM에 의한 주택시장의 순환변동을 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 순환의 양상은 두 유형으로 분류되었다. 서울ㆍ인천ㆍ대전 지역은 HCM과 유사한 지역이라 할 수 있었으나 그래프 모양이나 통계적 해석에서 완전한 순환의 형국을 갖추지는 못하였다. 부산ㆍ대구ㆍ광주ㆍ울산 지역은 주택경기가 순환하지 않고 계속 성장하고 있어 HCM과 관련성이 없었다. 주택시장은 검증조건(지역, 분석기간, 자료유형)에 따라 경기 순환의 양상이 다르게 분석되고 있다. 현실적인 실증이 보완되기 전에는 HCM을 이용한 지역주택시장 전망을 신중하게 하여야 한다. Honeycomb Cycle Model(HCM) is an economic model established by Janssen to explain changes made by circulation of relationship between price and transaction volume and the model has been used for making prospective expectation of housing market, though the model does not reflect the actual local characteristics. Therefore, this study verifies HCM circulation model while it applies to the 7 major cities of Korea. As per the results, they are classified into two categories. Although it does not entirely match with HCM in terms of its graph and statistics, study areas such as Seoul, Incheon, Daejeon show a similar pattern. Whereas it is revealed that Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Ulsan do not have relations with HCM because the housing market in these regions have kept growing. The housing market cycles are distinctively observed under the different variables of verification such as region, analysis period and data source. In conclusion, expectation of prospective local housing market using HCM should be considerate in order to complement the HCM.

가족해체에 관한 한국ㆍ독일 비교 연구

한국과 독일의 가족해체에 대한 전반적인 상황을 관찰, 비교함으로써 오늘날 한국 가족의 위기상황을 타개하기 위한 시사점을 얻고자 한다. 가족해체, 특히 이혼을 통해 파생되는 여성과 아동의 빈곤문제를 부각시키고자 하였다. 나아가 한국 사회의 가족정책 부재를 비판하고 대안을 모색해보고자 하는 의도도 담고 있다. 오늘날 한국 사회의 가족위기는 개인의 무능력에서 비롯되었다기보다는 많은 경우 사회구조적 원인에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 가족위기를 극복할 수 있는 가족정책에 대한 검토와 비판, 그리고 방향설정이 그 어느 때보다 중요한 시점에 왔다. Familien sind das stabile Zentrum und die soziale Mitte der Gesellschaft. Aber heutzutage ist das Phaenomen der Familienaufloesung ein grosses Gesellschaftsproblem. In den letzten Jahren nahm die Scheidungsquote dramatisch zu. Viele koreanische Familien, die durch Trennun und Scheidung aufgeloest sind, leiden unter wirtschaftliche Nachteile. In dieser Studie wurden das Phaenom der Familienaufloesung und Familienpolitik in Korea mit denen in Deutschland verglichen. In Deutschland werden heute Massnahmen zur Vermeidung von Risikolagen im Vorfeld der Trennung, Massnahmen zur Vermeidung des Scheidungsverfahren sowie Massnahmen zur Entschaerfung der Uebergangsprobleme diskutieren. Zu einer Massnahme zaehlen die Beschaeftigungsfoerderung im Allgemeinen die u. a. die Leistungsfaehigkeit der Unterhaltspflichtigen verbessert, und die Foerderung der Erwerbstaetigkeit von Frauen im Besonderen. Im Gegensatz zu den Massnahmen in Deutschland sind keine nennenswerte familienpolitische Massnahmen in Korea, die aufgeloeste Familien und deren Schwierkeiten unterstuetzen. Durch die vergleichende Analyse zwischen den beiden Gesellschaften werden einige Andeutungspunkte fuer die koreanische gesucht. Erstens, mannigfaltige und praktische Familienpolitik sind fuer die Familien, die nach der Scheiung unter und Schwierigkeiten und Probleme leiden, eingefuehrt werden. Zweitens, systemische und interdisziplinaere Familienpolitik und deren Orientierung sind ausgebildert werden. Drittens, Anstalt, das alle familienpolische Anliegen uebernimmt, wie Familienministerium in Deutschland ist errichtet werden. Viertens, Begriffsbestimmungen ueber Familien sind in der Oeffentlichkeit viel diskutiert werden. Fuenftens, verschiedene Familienstudien wie Trennung, Scheidung und deren Probeleme usw, sind erforscht werden.
