        가상박물관을 활용한 다문화교육 수업 사례 연구: 학습자의 다문화 인식 변화를 중심으로

        본 연구를 다문화교육을 실천할 수 있는 구체적 방안의 하나로서 여러 나라의 문화유물을 온라인상에서 손쉽고 폭넓게 활용할 수 있는 ‘가상박물관(virtual museum)’을 활용한 다문화교육 수업사례를 적용하여, 그 결과 학생들의 다문화에 대한 인식변화를 세 가지 측면 (정체성 확립, 다양성 이해, 차별과 편견 감소)에서 알아보았다. 본 수업은 초등학교 6학년을 대상으로 2개월간 총 15차시에 걸쳐 적용되었으며, 이후 다문화 인식 설문지, 마인드맵, 수업소감문, 면담 및 관찰 등의 방법으로 자료를 수집, 분석하였다. 수업 결과에 따르면 위의 세 가지 측면 모두에서 긍정적인 변화를 볼 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 가상박물관을 활용한 다문화교육을 새로운 다문화교육 방안의 하나로서의 가능성을 확인해 볼 수 있었다. This study pursed to present a case study of multicultural education class utilizing virtual museum, and examine how the class effects the perceptual changes of the students in terms of multiculturalism: identity building, understanding of pluralism, and reduction of discrimination and prejudice. For this purpose, this study conducted 15 hours of class during two months with 21 elementary six graders. Data collection and analysis for the results of the study were made from a questionnaire sheet about multi-cultural perception, mind map, comments on lesson, interview, and observation of the researchers. The results showed all positive changes of the students` perception in the three aspects, which is regarded as the potential of the use of virtual museum for the multicultural education.

        에어탈 정 ( 아세클로페낙 100mg ) 에 대한 세니탈 정의 생물학적 동등성

        Bioequivalence of two aceclofenac tablets, the Airtal^(TM) (Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the Senital^(TM) (Hana Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA. Fourteen normal male volunteers (age 20∼29 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 100 ㎎ of aceclofenac was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of aceclofenac in plasma was determined with an HPLC method using UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters (C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_t) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters. The results showed that the differences in C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_t between two tablets were 3.69%, 2.44% and 0.51%, respectively. The powers (1-β) for C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_t were 87.85%, 98.70% and more than 99%, respectively. Detectable differences (Δ) and confidence intervals were all less than ±20%. All of these parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Senital^(TM) tablet is bioequivalent to Airtal^(TM) tablet.
