        A Study on the Symbolic Meanings of Jars

        This study intends to investigate the characteristics of the jar and examine their symbolism in literature and further the symbolic meanings of the jars, which clients of various developmental tasks used during sandplay therapy. For middle-aged clients who had to go through an individuation process, the jar signified motherhood and femininity that bring a new change to an insecure relationship with the mother; or the waiting place where women spend long hours of patience and silence until their distress and torment are ripened and transformed. For adolescent student with the developmental task of reaching a rite of passage, the jar acts as a place for death and regeneration where independence from the mother is led to the growth of the ego. The jar represents new expectancy and hope. The jar serves as motherhood who embraces clients who were brought up by negative parents, and also as a vessel of the ego to encourage femininity to go on a journey for beautiful growth. This study is significant in identifying the various symbolic meanings of the jar.

        학령전기 아동 어머니 대상 Satir 변형체계치료모델 적용 부모교육 프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a parental education program based on the Satir transformational systemic therapy model on self-esteem, congruence, parent-child communication, and parenting sense of competence of the preschoolers’ mothers. Methods: Non-equivalent control group pretest and posttest design was used. The participants were 36 (experimental group 18, control group 18) preschoolers’ mothers who volunteered from kindergartens and children``s homes. The treatment for this study was based on Satir``s systemic training program for parenting skills. Data were analyzed using percentage, x2-test, t-test and t-test with SPSS 21.0 Version. Results: Statistically, there were significant increase in self-esteem, congruence, parent-child communication, and parenting sense of competence in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: Findings suggested that parental education program based on the Satir transformational systemic therapy model can be used by preschoolers’ mothers for effective psychiatric nursing interventions in parenting and preschoolers’ mental health promotion.

        간호대학생의 사회적 지지, 자아존중감이 자살생각에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 자아존중감 및 자살생각 정도를 확인하고 자살생각의 영향요인을 파악하기 위하여 G 시에 위치한 K 대학의 간호대학생 263명을 대상으로 실시한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 자료수집 기간은 2016년 12월 15일부터 12월 20일까지 이었으며, 자료 분석은 PASW 18.0 version을 이용하여 빈도, t-test, one way ANOVA와 사후검정 Scheffe test, Pearson s correlation coefficient 및 stepwise multiple regression을 구하였다. 연구결과 자살생각은 1.89점, 사회적 지지 3.90점, 자아존중감 3.63점 이었으며, 대상자의 자살생각은 연령, 경제적 상태 및 전공만족도에 따라서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자살생각은 사회적 지지, 자아존중감과 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있었으며, 대상자 자살생각의 영향요인으로는 자아존중감(β=-.36, p=<.001)과 사회적 지지(β=-.15, p=.014) 순으로 확인되었으며, 이는 자살생각에 대한 약 19%의 설명력을 보여주었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 사회적 지지와 자아존중감을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육적 프로그램 개발과 적용이 시사된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factor influencing suicidal ideation in nursing students. Methods: A descriptive correlation study design was used. The subjects were 263 nursing students of K university located in G city. The study used a suicidal ideation questionnaire, social support and self-esteem. Data were collected from December 15 to 20, 2016 and analyzed with percentage, t-test, pearson s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression by using PASW 18.0 Version. Results: The findings are follows: First, average of social support was 3.90 points, self-esteem was 3.63 points and suicidal ideation was 1.89 points. Second, suicidal ideation was significantly different according to age, economic status and major satisfaction. Third, suicidal ideation was negatively correlated with social support and self-esteem. Forth, the influencing factors in suicidal ideation were self-esteem and social support, adjusted R2=.19. Conclusion: Thus, this study emphasized that development of guidance program to decrease suicidal ideation of nursing students increasing of social support and self-esteem.

        해부학 실습 전 윤리교육 프로그램 개발 - K 여자대학교 중심 -

        본 연구의 목적은 해부학 이론 수업을 마치고 해부학 연수를 예정하고 있는 간호학생들을 대상으로 생명존중, 생명윤리를 다룬 해부학 실습 전 윤리교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 본 윤리교육 프로그램은 ADDIE 모형에 근거하여 분석, 설계, 개발 및 실행, 평가 5단계를 선형적 또는 순환적 과정을 거쳐 개발하였다. 프로그램은 전체 도입 20분, 1회기 생명의 시작 60분, 2회기 생명이음과 나눔 80분, 3회기 생명 종결 80분 총 240분으로 구성되었다. 교육방법은 영화(단편영화 ‘카데바’) 또는 동영상(생명의 탄생) 감상, 체험학습(입관체험), 그룹토의를 선택하였다. 프로그램 참여자들은 교육내용, 교육방법, 매체 등 교육 여건에 대해 전반적으로 만족하였다. 프로그램 적용 전·후 측정한 생명윤리의식은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었지만 생명 존중은 통계적으로 의미 있는 변화를 보여주었다. The purpose of this study is to develop an ethics education program for nursing students who are planning cadaver dissection practice after finishing anatomical theory classes. Based on the ADDIE model, this ethical education program was developed through a linear or cyclical process of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This program consisted of 240 minutes in total, 20 minutes of introduction, 60 minutes of one session (The beginning of life), 80 minutes of two sessions(Connection and sharing of life), and 80minutes of three sessions( The end of life). The method of education was selected watching a movie or video, experiential learning and group discussions. Participants in the program were generally satisfied with method, contents, place, medium of education, and so on. There was no statistically significant difference in the ‘Bioethical Perception’ measured before and after the application of the program but ‘Life respect’ showed a statistically significant change.

        간호대학생의 재난간호역량에 미치는 영향요인

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 재난인식, 재난준비도, 재난간호역량 정도를 알아보고 재난간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 G 시 K 대학의 간호대학생 173명을 대상으로 실시한 서술적 상관관계연구이다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 6월 1일부 터 7월 30일까지 였으며, 자료분석은 PASW 18.0 version을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 사후검정 Scheffe´s test, Pearson´s correlation 및 Stepwise multiple regression analysis을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 재난간호역량 3.01점, 재난인식 3.50점, 재난준비도 0.25점이었다. 재난간호역량은 학년과 재난교육여부에 유의한 차이가 있었고, 재난준비도와는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 재난간호역량에 미치는 영향요인은 재난준비도(ß=.418, p<.001)와 재난간호교육(ß=.378, p<.001)으로 확인되었으며, 이는 재난간호역량에 대해 40.7%의 설명력을 보였다(F=37.283, p <.001). 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 재난간호역량을 강화하기 위해서 재난준비도의 향상을 기할 수 있도록 대학의 여건과 학습자 수준을 고려한 현장체험 교육이 강화된 교과과정이나 비교과 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증을 제언한다. The purpose of this study was to identify the factor factors influencing disaster nursing competency in Nursing College Student s. A descriptive correlation study design was used. The subjects were 173 nursing student s of K university located in G city. The study used a self-reporting questionnaire. Data were collected from June to July 2018. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe´s test, Pearson s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings are follow: First, disaster nursing competency was significantly different according to grade and disaster nursing education. Second, showed significant correlation between disaster nursing competency and disaster preparednes. Third, influencing factors in disaster nursing competency were Disaster preparedness(β=.414, p<.001), disaster nursing education(β=.378, p<.001) in nursing student s. The explanatory power(R2) by 2 variables was 40.7%(F= 37.283, p <.001). Based on the results, disaster nursing education program is required to strengthen the level of disaster preparedness that reflects the needs to improve disaster nursing competency in nursing student s. Therefore, it suggests the development of standard disaster nursing education program(basic, advance) and analysis of effectiveness through curriculum or extra-curriculum that are strengthened in the practice at nursing college.

        다문화 간호 교육 프로그램이 간호대학생의 문화적 역량에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: With the increase of foreigners using Korea health facilities, it is important for nurses to be culturally competent. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a cultural competence educational program on the cultural competence of nursing students. Methods: A quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. For the experimental group there were 42 participants from one school and for the control group, 40 from another school. The experimental group participated in the 14 week multicultural nursing education program while the control group participated later after the experiment was finished. Data were collected using self-report structured questionnaires prior to the intervention and right after the intervention, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, x² test, and independent t-test with SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The experimental group reported significant positive changes for cultural knowledge (t=3.99, p<.001), cultural awareness (t=3.92, p<.001), cultural acceptance (t=2.25, p=.027), and cultural competence behaviors (t=4.30, p<.001) compared to the control group. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that the cultural competence educational program developed by the researchers is effective in raising the level of cultural knowledge, cultural awareness, cultural acceptance, and cultural competence behaviors of nursing students.

      • 재래식 간장의 냄새 성분 및 관능 특성

        재래식 간장과 양조 간장의 냄새 성분을 연속적 수증기 증류-에테르 추출 방법에 의해 추출하여 GC-MS로 분석한 결과, 재래식 간장간에 냄새 성분의 차이 및 조성이 매우 다양하게 나타나 재래식 간장의 냄새 성분은 원료, 제조 방법, 발효 방법, 숙성 일수, 저장 등에 따라 현저한 차이를 보임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 재래식 간장의 휘발성 성분이 양조 간장보다 더 단순하고 함량이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 간장의 분석적 관능 평가에서는 색깔과 고린내, 단냄새, 구수한 냄새, 술냄새, 단맛, 짠맛, 구수한 맛, 간장의 풍미, 선호도에서 유의적인 차이를 나타내었고, 미역국의 분석적 관능 평가에서는 색깔, 고린내, 미역냄새, 구수한 냄새, 단맛, 미역맛, 구수한 맛, 선호도에서 유의적인 차이를 나타내었다. 소비자 조사 결과는 다음과 같았다. 재래식 간장의 이용률은 83.5%로 나타났는 데, 재래식 간장의 사용 이유로는 88.3%가 '구수한 맛과 냄새를 내기 위해서' 라고 하였으며, 사용하지 않는 이유에 대해서는 53%가 '집에서 담그어 먹기가 어려워서' 라고 하였고, 17.7%가 '시중에서 구입할 수 없어서' 라고 응답하였다. 조미료 사용을 달리하여 조리한 미역국(양조 간장, 식염. 5종의 재래식 간장)에 대한 선호도는 큰 차이를 보였는데, 일반적으로 양조 간장으로 조리한 미역국보다 재래식 간장으로 조리한 미역국을 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. Odor components of Korean traditional soy sauces and Japanese style soy sauce were extracted by simultaneous steam distillation/ether extraction method and analyzed by GC-MS. GC patterns among Korean traditional soy sauces were significantly different. There were significant differences among color, nutty and umami odor, offensive odor, alcoholic odor, seaweed odor, sweet taste, salty taste, overall flavor, and preference in the analytical sensory evaluation of Korean traditional soy sauces. And there were significant differences among color, offensive odor, nutty and umami odor, seaweed odor, sweed taste, nutty and umami taste, and preference in the analytical sensory evaluation of seaweed soups. The results of the survey on consumption pattern and the sensory evaluation are summarised as follows. The consumption percentage of Korean traditional soy sauces is 83.5%. The 88.3% of them answered the nutty and umami odor and taste for the reason why using Korean traditional soy sauces. As for the reason of not using it, 53% of respondents answered ' for the difficulty of purchase' . Among the seaweed soups seasoned by Japanese style soy sauce, by salt, and by 5 kinds of Korean traditional soy sauces, most of respondents prefer seaweed soup seasoned by Korean traditional soy sauces to that by Japanese style soy sauce.
