        <서울어젠다: 예술교육 발전목표>에 기초한 문화예술교육 지속발전지수(SAEI)의 개발과 정책적 함의

        ‘문화예술교육 지속발전지수(Sustainable Development for Arts Education Index, 이하 SAEI)’ 는 2010년 제2차 유네스코 세계문화예술교육대회에서 선포된 <서울어젠다: 예술교육 발전목표>를기반으로 국가별 문화예술교육의 실천과 성과에 대한 점검을 목적으로 개발되었다. SEAI는 국가통계를 기반으로 설계한 정량적 측정지표와 국가별 상황과 맥락을 반영하여 문화예술교육의 발전상황을 자체적으로 점검할 수 있는 정성지표(체크리스트)로 구성되었다. 본 논문에서는 서울어젠다 이행 성과를 정량적으로 파악하는 것에 목적을 두고, 로직모델과 국가통계를 젓심으로 개발된측정지표를 사용하여 ‘문화예술교육 지속발전지수(SAEI) 를 산출하고 그 결과에 대한 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. SAEI는 개발된 지표체계와 로직모델을 기반으로, 라스파이레스의 산식(Laspeyres’ Formula)을 활용하여 연도별 최종값의 추이를 파악할 수 있도록 고안되었다. 각 해를 대표하는 SAEI의 최종값은 서울어젠다가 유네스코에 정식으로 채택된 2011년 이후 격년(2011 년, 2013년, 2015년, 2017년)으로 수집된 자료와 함께 2018년 자료를 추가하여 분석·비교하였다. 연구 결과, 지수를 통해 구현된 한국의 문화예술교육의 지속가능한 발전성은 최근 10년간 꾸준히 향상된 것으로 분석되었으나, SAEI를 구성하는 세 개의 핵심지수 젓 ‘질적 향상성’과 ‘사회문화적 가치확산성’은 문화예술교육의 ‘보편적 접근성’ 비해 월등히 낮아 이에 대한 정책개발과노력이 요구되는 것으로 드러났다. The Sustainable Development for Arts Education Index (SAEI) is developed as a measure to assess progress and performance of national arts education, in accordance with the Seoul Agenda: Goals for the Development of Arts Education, which was proclaimed at the 2nd UNESCO World conference on Arts Education in 2010. The SAEI is consisted of quantitative indicators utilizing relevant national statistic-based data and qualitative indicators (checklists) measuring progress and performance of national arts education within its given circumstances and contexts. Here in this article, we focus on looking at the quantitative indicators of the SAEI by demonstrating the adopted logic model and performance indicators, and discussing about the assessment results. The SAEI’s calculations were designed based on the Laspeyres formula, and financial figures across the years have been adjusted to account for inflation using the Consumer Price Index (CPI). In order to identify Korea s implementations and progress of the Seoul Agenda during the past 10 years, we collected data of odd numbered years between 2011 and 2017. Additionally, we also included 2018 data to present the up-to-date trend and progress by utilizing the lasted available data. As a result, the recent 10 year trend of the Korea s SAEIs shows a constant increase. When looking into three core indices respectively and comparatively, the Universal Accessibility index, based on the first goal of Seoul Agenda, marks the highest over the other indices, the Quality Enhancement and the Advocating Social and Cultural Impact.

        The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the types of home managers in association with effects of resourcefulness, communication and the `conditions for effective home management` proposed by Sharpe and Winter(1991). A survey was conducted by subjects of 300 wives in Kwangju city. The statistical data were obtained by cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA. Duncan`s test and chi-square test. Manager types based on the four conditions, resourcefulness and communication were classified into four clusters. Educational background, job status, family types, family life cycle and age difference between the oldest and the youngest child of the subjects were different from manager types. In conclusion, this study identified the four conditions of performance-condition dichotomy, timing, high level and middle range, resourcefulness, and communications in order to develop managerial capability.(Korean J Human Ecology 2(1):52∼67, 1999)

        The purposes of this article are to analyse the participation, desire, and satisfaction level in husband housework perceived by employed wives, and to find the related variables on them. The theoretical bases are the traditional perspective, the exploitation perspective, and the changing roles perspective by Pleck's study. The characteristice variables of employed wives, the family context variables, and husband's sex-role ideology perceived by employed wives were investigated. The major findings are as follows: 1. Employed wives perceived that husband participate to physical housework and managerial housework similarly. 2. Most employed wives perceived that husband less participated to housework than her, and that they wanted to participate equally, thus they dissatisfied with husband's participation. 3. In the characteristice variables of employed wives, employment status, paid-work time, and subjective income contribution were related. 4. In the family context variables, the age at marriage and education level and income of husband were related. 5. Employed wives perceived that her husband was the more nontraditional sex ideology, the more he was paticipated, and then they satisfied.

        The purposes of this study are to find out factors influencing the perceived adequacy of human resources and home management performance of housewives and to investigate the effects of the perceived adequacy of human resources on home management performance of housewives in behavior specific. The results are as follows : (1) The level of the perceived adequacy of human resources is showed that interpersonal resource is the highest and time resource is the lowest. (2) The total perceived adequacy of human resources according to education, income, occupation, and housework time shows differences. So housewives with higher education, more income, less housework time, and full-time wives are more adequately perceiving total family-resources. (3) The level of home management performance in behavior specific is showed that controling is the highest, guiding, adjusting, estimating and planning are in order. (4) The variable which has influence on total level of home management performance in behavior specific is husband's housework-helping. Therefore housewife perceiving that husband helps housework very much is high on home management performance wholely. (5) The perception of human-resources adequacy perception positively correlates with the home management performance in behavior specific. Housewife perceives more adequate, her level of management performance is more high.

        청소년의 종가 생활문화 현장학습프로그램 개발을 위한 종가 복식문화 사례 연구 : 전남 함평 종가를 대상으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine the cases of the family head's costume culture and to apply them to field experience education of adolescent's home economics subject. To examine the family head's costume culture, women in the family head in the Hampyeong area, Jeollanam-do were selected and interviewed. The focus of examining the family head's costume culture was on the life story of the family head, the reason to wear or possess such costume, and a motive of making. The findings of the head family's costume culture suggests that the head family of the Mos of Hampyeong had unique shroud making and custom. Also it was found that the eldest daughters-in-law of the Lees of Hampyeong have horizontally exchanged the information of the family head's costume with village women of the same family. They have initiated their costume culture directly through their daughters and it had the great influence on after-ages. The learning program for youth to experience the head family's costume culture consisted of four subjects:(1)Educating the family head's traditional living culture including etiquette training, (2)head family village walk, (3)experiencing the family head's clothes life including natural dyeing and sewing, and (4)a field trip of Hampyeong Local Life Culture Museum. For a model experience of the family head's costume life culture, three families with middle and high schoolers participated in 8- hour experience teaming program. To examine the effect of learning program to experience the family head's costume culture, youth and their parents who participated in the program were asked open-ended questions, which included the content validity of experience learning, impressive experience, model experience level(difficulty), and expected effect after a model experience. As a result, their responses were found positive.

        가사·실업계열 특성화 고등학교의 체제 개편 모델 : 전라남도를 중심으로

        This study was to propose a basic model of specialization in home economics for vacational high school development in JellaNamdo. The results were summarized as follows. First, based on the changes in economic environment into service industry and national educational policy and local vocational educational policy, it may be good time to socially discuss special vocational high school in home economics in JellaNamdo in the light of meeting local students' demand. Secondly, considering local students' preference and the conditions of local economy and industry. Thirdly, the system for specialization in home economics of vacational high school may be suggested. The basic model was organized plans of system reformation by stages, a substantial plans, and academic or employment course development. System reformation plans was that the high school-concentrated district should be first selected by area and department and one high school should be selected as special high school in home economics. Them specific method should proceed: school name, the measure to recruit students, specific method for reorganizing department, and curriculum. Finally, the annual plan to establish new department and to recruit students should be prepared. Substantial plans were to actually forward such methods to reorganize system and to enhance the quality of vocational high school education, the method for making substantial should be studied further. It may include: the methods to ensure special teachers, training room, and facilities, the prospect and direction of career development, employment, or initiation, special research, and the application to educational environment. Employment courses were developed SOHO establishment in small capital and special store management. And academic courses was to enter a collage or university in conjunction with major departments.
