The principal purpose of this study is to analyze closely the causal relationship among leadership styles, player satisfaction, and team performanct of rhythmic gymnasts participating in rhytimic gymnasts teams in Korea. For this purpose the research was administered to using materials of 86 rhythmic gymnasts. Data were collected through samples by means of purposive sampling method. The questionnaire for data collection of this study was based on those used in previous studies among leadership styles, player satisfaction, and team performance scales, and used them after examing the verification of validity and reliability through pilot test. The methods of Statistics used to analyze the collected datas were correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. The following is conlusions brought through these analyzing methods and process in this study. Hypothesis Ⅰ. It was adapted that the causal relationship among leadership styles, satisfaction of doing themes, and team performance were presented by path analysis. Hypothesis Ⅱ. It was adapted that the causal relationship among leadership styles, satisfaction of social corelation, and team performance were presented by path analysis.
중학교 체육과 감상수업에 대한 교사의 인식과 기대효과 탐색

이 연구는 체육과 정의적 영역의 한 부분인 감상수업에 대한 체육교사들의 인식 을 알아보고 스포츠 감상수업의 기대효과를 탐색하는 그 목적이 있다. 경기도 소재 87개 중학교에서 개정 체육과 교육과정이 적용된 중학교 1, 2학년의 체육수업 담당 교사 216명의 설문자료를 수집하여 빈도분석 및 교차분석을 실시하였다. 체육교사들은 전인교육의 한 축인 정의적 영역의 목표 달성을 위해 스포츠 감상 수업에 관심을 가지고 있었고, 감상수업의 필요성에 대하여 공감하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 정규 교과 시간의 스포츠 감상수업은 중학생들로 하여금 체육수업에 대한 관심과 흥미 유발을 이끌어 내는 데 많은 도움이 될 수 있고 체육수업에 대한 이해 를 도울 수 있는 방편으로 작용할 수 있다는 가능성을 발견하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify their opinions on awareness of current sport appreciation classes, and to enhance the efficiency of the classes by letting them realize the importance of sport appreciation classes and providing new development direction accordingly. 87 middle schools in Gyeonggi?do were sampled. In those schools, 216 PE teachers who were in charge of first and second graders in middle school to which 2007 revised curriculum was being applied were selected as subjects. It was found that physical education teachers had interest in sport appreciation class and acknowledged the necessity of sport appreciation class. When looking into the expected effects that physical education teachers have for sport appreciation classes, it was found that they had positive thinking on sport appreciation class.

The women who participate in aerobic dance in higher degree have more positive body image than the women who participate in lower degree. In detail, the older women participate in aerobic dance more longer per work-out whereas the younger women partiapate in aerobic dance more frequently and intensely. The higher women`s education level, they participate in the aerobic dance more intensely. The higher women`s income level, they participate in the aerobic dance more longer and intensely. The women who have religions participate in aerobic dance more longer and frequently than the women who have not religions. The women who are not married participate in aerobic dance more frequently and intensely than the women who are married.

In this paper, the academic direction of development of dance sports was reviewed, after the historic research and literature investigation of the living physical education were performed and the ground of its actual applications based on the secondary data was analyzed, in order to enhance the establishment of physical education of dance sports. to enhance the social level of its recognition. and to provide the future-oriented information of adult's leisure culture. And the conclusion is made in regard with the value enhancement of the study of living physical education as follows. 1) The terminology of living physical education has been still greatly confused. The value in conformity of the purpose of living physical education should be endowed through the rightful establishment of the terminology. 2) The educational system to be unified is required with the systemic support run parallel with the efforts of various social organizations and government to integrate the curriculum of physical education. 3) The participation of a new social culture and the activation of life-time sports should be induced. with them included in the guiding scope of the curriculum of school physical education. 4) The academic system of adaptation and research of living physical education should be maximized through the academic meetings and presentations, emphasizing the expansion and distribution for the low social stratum. 5) Efforts should be made so that more rational guidance and distribution can be possible as well the competent personnel should be fostered with the systemization of official course of leaders of living physical education. The sound culture of sports and living should be so desirably combined, by the efforts that goes through the directions which are suggested, that dance sports as a continuous sports should approach to the development. with the welfare of individual and society developed collectively.
댄스스포츠 선수들의 기술수준에 따른 경쟁상태 불안에 관한 연구

This study was intended to make a comparative analysis of the competitive anxiety factors of both amateur and professional male/ female dance sports athletes's competitive anxiety factors. This study was conducted for 232 amateur, professional male/female dance sports athletes participating in the 3rd National Dance Sports Championship for the President's Medal of Dong-A Ilbo held in Apr 27, 2003 and the 5th Emerald Ball Championship Contest held in Apr 27, 2003. Based on the research procedure and data analysis, the following conclusion was drawn: 1. It was found that the level of cognitive anxiety, of competitive state anxiety factors, was higher for amateur athletes and male athletes than it was for professional athletes and female athletes. And it was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the levels of functions(professional and amateur)(p<.05). 2. It was found that the level of physical anxiety, like the cognitive anxiety factor, was higher for amateur dance sports athletes than it was for professional dance sports athletes. Unlike the cognitive anxiety factor, it was found that the level of physical anxiety was higher for female athletes than it was for male athletes. It was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the physical anxiety between the levels of functions(p<.05). 3. It was found that the level of self-confidence was higher for professional dance sports athletes than it was for amateur dance sports athletes. And it was found that the level of self-confidence was higher for male athletes than it was for female athletes. It was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the physical anxiety according to the level of functions and gender(p<.05). 4. It was found that there was a statistically significant difference in all of the competitive state anxiety factors(cognitive anxiety, physical anxiety and self-confidence) according to dance sports athletes' career(p<.05). Among other things, it was found that the lower their career of sports was, the higher the level of cognitive anxiety and physical anxiety was and the more career they had, the higher level of self-confidence they had.
