골반근육강화운동과 두유섭취가 폐경 전 중년여성들의 신체조성, 골밀도, total estrogen 및 progesterone에 미치는 영향

B광역시에 거주하는 $45{\sim}55$세 중년여성을 대상으로 한 실험군은 총 20명으로 하여 폐경 전 6명을 대조군(A), 7명을 운동군(B), 7명은 운동군+두유군(C)으로 하였으며 골반강화운동를 실시하고 두유는 매일 360 ml를 12주 동안 섭취하였다. 운동 전 후에 측정한 체중, 체지방율, 체질량지수, 골밀도, total estrogen, progesterone 검사 결과, 체지방율, 체질량지수는 대조군이 운동군과 두유섭취군보다 유의하게 증가되었고, Total estrogen의 집단내 변화에서 운동군+두유섭취군이 사후에서 감소가 나타나 개선의 긍정적인 효과라 사료된다. 이상의 연구결과에서 나타났듯이 이소플라본의 체내에서의 생리활성이 알려지면서 이소플라본을 함유한 건강보조식품들과 두유 소비가 꾸준히 증가되고 있는 추세이나, 일상 식사에서 이소플라본 섭취와 체내 이용성의 관련성에 관한 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 그러므로 폐경기의 중년여성들을 위한 맞춤형 골반근육 강화운동 프로그램개발과 두유섭취에 대한 지속적인 연구를 통하여 향후 건강한 삶을 영위하는데 크게 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to develop a exercise program adapted from pelvic muscle exercise, and to analyze the effect of the exercise program on the physical fitness and the physiological parameters including bone density total estrogen and progesterone. The exercise program was composed of warming-up(10 min), main exercise(40 min) and warming-down(10 min). The 20 middle-aged women between 40 and 60 years old were divided into four group; the control group(6 women), the exercise group (7 women), and exercise group with soybean milk supplement(7 women). The exercise group with soybean milk group was applied three times a week and two packs of the soybean milk per day were given. The result of this study were as follows. In the percent fat change of within group, the exercise group showed significant decreased before than after the exercise. In the change of between group, the control group showed significant decreased than the exercise group with soybean milk group. In the body composition change of between group, the exercise group with soybean milk group showed significant decreased in body mass index than the control group. In the total estrogen change of within group, the pelvic muscle exercise with soybean milk group showed the decreased before than after the exercise.
고등학교 태권도선수의 단기간 체중감량이 신체조성과 혈증지질에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate how the short-term weight loss had an effect on body composition and blood lipid in high school Taekwondo players. Sixteen subjects were divided into 2 groups selected by the intended sampling method : (a) 8 not lost and (b) the other 8 lost more than 5% in their weight. They had reduced above 5% in their weight for 6 days and compared with body composition assessment, blood test and change of body strength before and after weight loss. The conclusion of this study follows as below : 1. In the change of body composition before and after weight loss, there was more noticeable reduction in body weight, body water volume, muscle mass, LBM(lean body mass) and BMI(body mass index) of the group lost above 5% than the group not lost in their weight 2. There was no significant difference in both groups before and after weight loss in the change of blood lipid. But the group lost more than 5% in its weight presented the increase for T-C and TG levels and the decrease for HDL-C and LDL-C ratio. The results of this study indicate that the Taekwondo players short term weight loss more than 5% in their weight not only decrease lean body mass and physical performance by weak body strength but also has a bad influence on their health in the long term. Therefore both athletes and coaches should endeaver to conduct more scientific weight loss plan on the basis long term period.
고탄수화물식이와 고지방식이가 축구선수의 경기 전, 후 혈중지질 및 호르몬에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of high carbohydrate diet and high fat diet on serum lipids and hormone of soccer player of before and after game. The subjects for this study were twenty-one K high school soccer players who were divided into three groups : a normal diet group (n = 7, NOD), high carbohydrate diet group (n = 7, HCD) and a high fat diet group (n = 7, HFD). They accomplished NOD(20% : 20% : 60%, 3,756 ㎉/day), HCD (15%: 10%: 75%, 3,765 ㎉/day) and HFD (20%: 40%: 40%, 3,776 ㎉/day) for three days before the game. The diet of experiment day in all groups was accomplished 2 h 30 min before the game, and warming-up was 30 min, match time first half 40 min, rest time 10 min and second half 40 min, After measured before and after the game, serum lipids and hormone were analysed. In conclusion, this study showed that the change of HDL-C, glucose, insulin and glucagon before and after game was influenced by diet composition, but the change of LDL-C was not influenced by diet composition. Though the increase and decrease of lipid in HCD tend to show pattern like the other diets, it is assumed that no meaningful difference among groups is related to the increase of glucose and the decrease of insuline.
고교 농구선수의 비타민 B 복합체 및 C 섭취시 혈중 젖산농도 , LDH , CPK , 전해질 및 면역체계의 변화

N/A The purpose of this study is to prove the influence on blood lactate accumulation, LDH, CPK, electrolytes, immune system pre-exercise vitamin B complex and C intake to athletes of high intense training. Subjects are basketball players of health and no disease who were trained for 12 weeks under diet control. Exercise program was performed 4 times a day and 3 a day during join fortes training. Pre-experiment was performed after a week food control. Post-experiment was examined after 12 weeks for the long term variable. The data of this study was analysed by SAS program. Average difference between pre and post group was performed by t-test and all the data was examined under static significance P≤.05. The following results were : Blood lactate accumulation has no significance compared with control and experimental group but it shows reduction. There were significant change in Na but no change in K and Cl blood electrolytes accumulation. Immune system had no effect of vitamin B complex and C intake.
