        문화적 도시재생 패러다임에 대한 연구

        After the rapid urban expansion of industrialization, the paradigm of cultural city is leading to urban regeneration step of de-indestrialization. By the 21st century, Seoul, to proclaim as the 21st century to create a cultural city(Vision 2015 Cultural City Seoul), is busy in making cultural city, but, since the early 1980s, especially the national public projects of president Francois Mitterand (1981-95), Paris activate the waterfront leisure space, the previous few industries, the pedestrian-oriented urban environment, etc… In this study, the cultural characteristics and meaning of urban regeneration will be discussed through the cases of Seoul and of Paris.

        상부 코일히터를 갖춘 나선재킷형 태양열 축열조의 성능예측을 위한 CFD 해석모델 개발 및 검증

        태양열 온수급탕 시스템에서는 태양열 에너지가 집열판에서 획득되고 열매체로 전달되어 최종적으로 온수의 형태로 축열조에 저장된다. 본 연구에서는 상부 코일히터를 갖춘 나선재킷형 축열조의 축열성능 특성을 정확하게 해석할 수 있는 전산유체역학 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 고려한 축열조는 벽면에 열매체의 나선유로가 형성된 맨틀형 축열조의 일종으로 시스템 설계 단순화, 저유량 운전, 성층화 촉진 등의 장점을 지닌다. 또한 축열조 내부에 추가적인 코일히터가 장착되어 축열성능과 성층화의 추가적인 향상을 도모할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 해석모델의 검증은 실제 태양열 온수급탕 시스템의 실증실험 결과와 비교를 통하여 수행되었으며, 온수의 온도변화, 열매체의 온도변화, 성층화 온도분포의 측면에서 잘 일치하는 결과를 얻었다. In a solar domestic hot water (SDHW) system, solar energy is collected using collector panels, transferred to a circulating heat transfer fluid (brine), and eventually stored in a thermal storage tank (TST) as hot water. In this study, a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was developed to predict the solar thermal energy storage in a hybridtype TST equipped with a helical jacket heater (mantle heat exchanger) and an immersed spiral coil heater. The helical jacket heater, which is the brine flow path attached to the side wall of a TST, has advantages including simple system design, low brine flow rate, and enhanced thermal stratification. In addition, the spiral coil heater further enhances the thermal performance and thermal stratification of the TST. The developed model was validated by the good agreement between the CFD results and the experimental results performed with the hybrid-type TST in SDHW settings.

        개선된 Google Activity Recognition을 이용한 상황인지 모델

        Activity recognition technology is gaining attention because it can provide useful information follow user’s situation. In research of activity recognition before smartphone’s dissemination, we had to infer user’s activity by using independent sensor. But now, with development of IT industry, we can infer user’s activity by using inner sensor of smartphone. So, more animated research of activity recognition is being implemented now. By applying activity recognition system, we can develop service like recommending application according to user’s preference or providing information of route. Some previous activity recognition systems have a defect using up too much energy, because they use GPS sensor. On the other hand, activity recognition system which Google released recently (Google Activity Recognition) needs only a few power because it use ‘Network Provider’ instead of GPS. Thus it is suitable to smartphone application system. But through a result from testing performance of Google Activity Recognition, we found that is difficult to getting user’s exact activity because of unnecessary activity element and some wrong recognition. So, in this paper, we describe problems of Google Activity Recognition and propose AGAR(Advanced Google Activity Recognition) applied method to improve accuracy level because we need more exact activity recognition for new service based on activity recognition. Also to appraise value of AGAR, we compare performance of other activity recognition systems and ours and explain an applied possibility of AGAR by developing exemplary program.

        영업비밀 요건의 변천에 따른 대응방안에 대한 소고 -비밀관리성을 중심으로-

        급변화하고 있는 4차 산업혁명 시대속에서 다양한 아이디어를 바탕으로 스타트업 등을 통해 사업군이 다각화되고 기술집약적 사업 중심의 비중이 커지면서 자신만의 고유기술 또는 노하우를 어떻게 관리하느냐에 따라 기업의 존폐가 달라지기도 한다. 최근 영업비밀 침해에 따른 분쟁이 증가하고 있지만 영업비밀로서 인정받기 위해서는 영업비밀에 해당할지라도 비밀로써 관리를 하지 않았다면 영업비밀로 보호를 받을 수 없게 된다. 따라서, 비밀관리성을 중심으로 국내외 입법례와 비밀관리성 판단기준 변천에 따른 판례를 살펴본 결과 입법상의 변화가 기존 판례의 태도 및 실무적 측면에서의 영향은 적어보여 이에 대한 차등적 판단기준과 입증책임의 전환 등 제도적 마련을 위한 제언을 하고자 한다. In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, which is rapidly changing, business groups diversify through startups and other means based on diverse ideas, and as the emphasis on technology-intensive businesses increases, the existence or abolition of enterprises may change depending on how they manage their own technologies or know-how. In recent years, disputes arising from the infringement of trade secrets have been increasing. However, in order to be recognized as trade secrets, even if they fall under the category of trade secrets, they cannot be protected as trade secrets unless they are kept secret. Accordingly, the Ministry of Secrecy and Management has examined legal precedents at home and abroad and judicial precedents based on changes in the standards for determining confidentiality. As a result, legislative changes have little impact on existing judicial precedents in terms of attitude and practice, we would like to make institutional recommendations, such as changing the burden of differential judgment and proof.

        전 세계적으로 매 15초마다 1명 사망, 매 15초마다 153명 부상, 매년 231만 명 사망, 매년 3억 1700만 건 사고발생으로 건강과 안전 사건, 사고 및 관련 비용에 대해 무시무시한 통계가 나오고 있다. 많은 조직이 일반 보건안전 가이드라인, 국가별 혹은 산업표준을 사용하지만, 이 중 어느 것도 글로벌 적합성을 입증 받지는 못하고 있다. 국제 표준과 모범사례를 이용해 안전보건경영 시스템을 일치시키자는 것은 전 세계적인 요구였으며, 이 표준은 지역, 국가, 그리고 글로벌 단위에서 선진국과 개도국 모두에 적용이 가능할 것으로 보인다. 참고할 수 있는 국제 표준과 더불어 적절한 기반과 교육이 함께 제공 된다면 조직은 더 나은 미래를 위하여 안전보건 리스크를 해결할 수 있을 것이다. There are gruesome statistics about health and safety incidents, accidents and related costs, with 1 worldwide every 15 seconds, 153 injuries every 15 seconds, 231 million deaths each year and 317 million accidents each year. Many organizations use general health safety guidelines, national or industry standard standards, none of which have been proven to be globally conformable. It was a global need to align safety and health management systems with international standards and best practices. This standard is likely to be applicable to both developed and developing countries at regional, national and global levels. If appropriate standards and training are provided along with international standards that can be referenced, the organization will be able to address safety and health risks for a better future.

        도로 차선검출에 적합한 고속 호프변환 방법

        This paper proposes a novel Hough transform method that is suitable for road-line detection. The Hough transform is the most efficient and intuitive way to detect straight road lines. Previous methods for detecting straight road lines have used the general Hough transform. If the range of the vehicle’s motion and the camera’s position are restricted, the line candidate region in the road image can be limited to a narrow range. We propose a novel Hough transform method considering these characteristics. Our proposed method efficiently generates the Hough space, reducing the memory usage and generation time. Because of the error-filtering effect of the proposed Hough transform, we can reduce the detection error and detection time. Compared with previous Hough transform methods, the accuracy of the proposed method is the same or higher. The proposed Hough transform method, which has the advantage of lower memory usage and short computing time, is quite suitable for embedded systems.

        성인여성 고도비만의 중력가속진동을 이용한 복합운동프로그램의 비만감소 사례

        The purpose of this study is to enhance health promotion of highly obese adult women by examining the impact of the vibration exercise of gravitational acceleration on the obesity reduction. For this study, four adult women with high obesity were chosen and a 12 week exercise program to reduce obesity was applied to them. Obesity index of four participants was measured before and after the application of the designed exercise program. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and the mean and standard deviation were obtained. Also, a paired t-test was performed to examine the difference of preand post-analysis among the participants. The results revealed that there was a decrease in a statistically significant mean difference of body weight, body fat percent, BMI, and abdominal circumference.

        This study is the analysis of dual aspects to the abstract architecture and Nature found in the works of great architects of modern architecture, Le Corbusier and Mies van der Rohe. Though they had used different set of architectural vocabulary, they shared the fundamentals of architectural space by keeping the relation with Nature and endowing humanity as well as pursuing abstract aesthetics, the mainstream of the arts at that time. Such balanced dualism provides an important implication to the architectural culture prone to extreme idealism due to the aspiration for the new world.

        알제리 부그졸 신도시 프로젝트에서의 도시설계 작업 과정에 대한 연구

        건축기술의 비약적인 발전에 비해 국내 건축계에선 아직 도시설계에 대한 인식과 디자인 기법이 아직 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문은 국내 도시설계 분야의 국제적인 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여 알제리 부그졸 신도시 프로젝트에서 도시설계 작업의 실제 진행과정에 주목한 연구이다. 계약, 기본설계, 종합배치계획, 계획의 실행 단계 등 각 단계별 업무의 종류와 결과물을 살펴보고, 주요 논의사항을 정리하였다. 이러한 작업과정과 국내 신도시개발의 계획체계를 비교함으로써, 국내도시설계에 대한 세 가지 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 도시설계 작업에 대한 올바른 이해 및 수행능력이 필요하다. 둘째, 도시설계에 대한 실질적인 전문교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 해외도시에 대한 다양한 전문연구 및 자료축척이 필요하다. Compared to the remarkable development of construction technology, urban design techniques and awareness of urban design are still insufficient. In order to develop international competitiveness, this paper focuses on the urban design process conducted for Boughezoul New City in Algeria. Looking at the result and step by step work of every project phases, includings – contracting, basic design, general master planning, and plan execution – it summarize the main issues and discussions. Comparing this course of action and Korea’s new town development planning system, three implications for urban design are suggested. First, there is a need for proper understanding and ability to perform urban design work. Second, there is a need for practical professional training for urban design. Third, there is a need for a variety of specialized research and data on overseas cities.
