Al6082-T6 is widely used because of its corrosion resistance and excellent strength. HAZ softening occurs in MIG welding process for this aluminium alloys because this aluminium alloy is heated to higher temperature than its aging temperature during welding. Therefore, low heat input and minimum standard deviation of heat input are required for narrow HAZ width and, for higher strength of welds. In this study, Al6082-T6 was used to examine for HAZ softening with various heat input in aluminium MIG welding. For weldments, micro hardness was measured and tensile test was carried out. Minimum hardness was increased at high speed welding such as 80cm/min and 120cm/min in welding speed comparing with 40cm/min. Also, in case of high speed welding such as 80cm/min and 120cm/min, tensile strength of weldments was increased about 10% comparing with low speed welding(40cm/min).
STS304 및 알루미나 브레이징용접 접합부의 접합강도 변화에 관한 연구

Ceramic is excellent in heat resistance, and has a very low thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity in the physical properties. However there exists restrictions for a wide range of applications due to brittleness of atomic bonding structure. Studies related to the bonding between ceramic and the non-ferrous metal are being conducted in order to utilize the excellent electrical conductivity and high strength of the ceramic. Among them, there is a brazing bonding method using a filler metal. As the method does not require a high precision of the junction surface, its process is relatively simple. This is why it is much used to bond the structural material. In this study, the ion beam was used to increase the strength of brazing joint between the non-ferrous metal and ceramic. The quality of the surface was improved by submerging Ti which is an active metal with ion beam on the surface of a ceramic and the base material. High bonding strength can be obtained by forming steadily a surface reaction product such as TiO and Ti2O3 on the joint of Al2O3, which is oxide-based ceramic, and STS304. If the thickness of Ti is changed, the more increases the thickness of Ti, the more increases the bonding strength along the bonding time. As the brazing bonding temperature turns higher, the thickness of the residual charge metal, which is formed between STS304 and Ti2O3 ceramic, decreased. By contrast, the thickness of the layer of the reaction product, which is on the surface of ceramic, was found to be increased.

As the industrial environment is changed rapidly, organized welding method about nonferrous metals is needed. Taking the advantages of Aluminum that is light and no risk of corrosion, Aluminum has been used for the area of automobile, aircraft, shipbuilding and so forth. Therefore it is unavoidable tendency to weld using Aluminum material. The most important flaw is welding cracks that happen on Aluminum welding. These are high temperature cracks, and they are mainly occurred by segregation of alloyed element in crystal particles or existence of low melting point substance. Blow holes are easier to happen than other metals, Hydrogen is informed as the direct cause of blow holes. Aluminum is easy to be influenced by oxygen of humidity as long as add some heat from outside, so it is difficult to weld and changes its form easily. We welded on this Aluminum material by changing projected length and checked the point to get excellent welding at how much distance. For this study we used pure Aluminum material and Alloy ER 4043 φ1.2 welding rod, also automatic feed mechanism and 500A GMAW machine are used for accurate and stable welding. After welding, we seized internal defects through nondestructive testing and operated hardness test on welding part. After that, we endeavored to look for the conditions by measuring the changes of penetration. Through this study we gained the result about what changes happen on Aluminum material by the difference of projected length, electric current, and voltage in GMAW welding.

The most dominate aspect in machine works using CNC devices in industrial production processes is the precision of the product and the Cycle Time. To this day, many studies on the external factors of the technology to reduce the Cycle Time have advanced amid to the advancements in cam soft development for manual programs and the numerous studies on high speed and precision machining. This study experimented various functions of the sequence pattern flow and arranged system development technologies of past few years to develop and applicate various usage of adjustment factors within the CNC, so it would be more understandable to the user and would enable them to make high speed and precision products more faster develop and. In order to reduce the Cycle Time, the mechanism of machine tools has to be analysed and applied, in addition to program reduction and improvement of the manufacture process.
