This study examines the effect of hail on microphysical processes and precipitation. The Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) Single-Moment 7-class Microphysics (WSM7) is developed by introducing the hail hydrometeor as an additional prognostic water substance within the WSM6 scheme, which are four-ice and three-ice schemes, respectively. In an idealized 2D squall case, the WSM7 scheme with hail tends to enhance the accretion rate of ice particles due to the faster sedimentation of hail than that of graupel in the WSM6 scheme. The amount of hail is largely compensated with the reduction of graupel, but its maximum at lower altitudes. Weakened accretion of graupel by snow at higher altitudes maintains the snow aloft, and increases of it at the mid-level. The reduced sum of graupel and hail at the melting level leads to a decrease in the mixing ratio of rain in the WSM7 experiment, which is compensated by falling hail. In 3D squall line experiments, the WSM7 scheme tends to enhance convective activities in the leading edge of the squall line, whereas the precipitation intensity in the trailing stratiform region decreases. This is due to the fact that the addition of hail plays a role in suppressing light precipitation and increasing heavy precipitation activities.
유아 참여권 증진을 위한 학급회의 경험: 어려움과 혼란 그리고 작은 희망의 기록

본 연구는 유아 참여권 증진을 위한 노력의 과정으로 학급회의를 통한 학급의 공동 운영을 시도한 교사와 유아들의 경험에 대해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. G광역시의 유치원에 재원하고 있는 만 5세 유아 25명과 본 연구의 공동연구자인 담임교사가 학급회의를 시도하였으며, 해당 장면의 참여관찰, 유아들과의 심층면담, 참여교사의 반성적 저널쓰기 등을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 유아들은 학급회의의 의미를 제대로 안내받지 못해 필요성을 이해하기 어려워하였으며, 참여교사 또한 교육신념을 현실화하는 실천적 방법 찾기에 어려움을 겪었다. 유아들은 점점 학급회의 시간을 힘들어하는 모습을 보였고, 참여교사도 점차 자신감을 잃어갔다. 이러한 어려움과 혼란의 과정을 고려할 때 성공적인 학급회의가 이루어졌다고 할 수는 없다. 그러나 작지만 의미 있는 희망 역시 발견되었는데 유아들이 학급의 문제들에 대해 공유, 소통하는 것의 중요성을 인식하고 있는 듯이 보였다는 점이다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 유아의 진정한 권리 실현을 위해서 특정한 활동이나 프로그램이 아니라 교사의 교육적 접근 방식, 유아관 등 교육 전반에 대한 성찰과 변화를 위한 노력이 중요함을 시사한다. 더불어, 협력적 교육공동체 속에서 교사들이 실천적 방안을 모색할 수 있는 환경을 만들어가는 것이 필요할 것이다. The study aimed to investigate the experience of a teacher and children who attempted class meetings to promote children’s rights of participation. The teacher, who was also one of the researchers in this study, and 25 5-year-old children from a kindergarten located in G metropolitan city tried to have class meetings regularly. Data were collected through participant observations of the class meetings, individual interviews with the children, and self reflective journals from the teacher. The results of the study revealed that the children were less likely to understand the necessity of the class meetings due to the lack of sufficient guidance required to internalize the meanings of the class meetings. The teacher also had a hard time in finding practical ways to realize her beliefs about children’s right to participate. As time passed, the children complained that enduring the meeting period was hard, and the teacher gradually lost self-confidence. Considering such difficulties and confusion, it is hard to say that the class meetings were successful. However, small but meaningful hope was also found; the children seemed to recognize the importance of sharing and communicating the class matters. Such findings imply that teachers need to deliberate their educational perspectives and views on children in order to realize children’s rights to participate rather than implementing specific activities or programs. In addition, it is necessary to create an atmosphere within collaborative educational communities which helps teachers to find diverse practical ways to enhance children’s rights of participation.
3D 프로그램을 활용한 트랜스포머블 웨딩드레스 디자인 개발 및 효율성 비교연구 -스몰웨딩용 웨딩드레스 디자인을 중심으로-

The purpose of this thesis is to compare the efficiency of 3D digital design technology with traditional hand-drawn designs of a transformable dress for a small wedding. After reviewing the literature, this empirical study analyzed the tendencies of small wedding dress design, concluding that a transformable dress for a small wedding consists of a bodice, skirt, and outer skirt or gown with train, each of which has five possible designs, resulting in 15 virtual items within the 3D program. The 3D program provides the benefit of easy design development as well as reduced costs and design time. Specifically, the random combination of 15 items with layers in the 3D program produced 150 different styles in 5 hours, while hand-drawing 150 dresses took 50 hours. Moreover, the 3D program does not need any material, but 150 physical drawings required a sketchbook, pencil, eraser, and marker, total cost 31,100 won. Additionally, the 3D whole-body scan helps the bride decide which design she prefers through virtual try-ons. Eventually, the 3D program could help a bride decide what she prefers and produce it with virtual simulation, resulting in reduced time and costs.
