하이드록시 작용기를 가진 피리딘을 활용한 기능성 친수성 렌즈 제조 및 물성연구

현재 안경과 함께 비정시안의 시력을 교정하기 위해서 사용되던 콘택트렌즈는 이제 미용과 패션의 한 가지 도구로도 사용되고 있으며 성별이나 나이 계층을 불문하고 콘택트렌즈 착용은 보편화되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 세균감염성 질환도 많이 발생되고 있는데 눈의 질환과 관련된 세균은 대표적으로 황색포도상구균, 녹농균, 진균 및 대장균 등을 들 수 있는데 이러한 병원균은 결막염, 각막궤양 등의 안과적 질환을 일으킨다. 본 연구는 Pyridine의 특성인 항균성을 하이드로겔 미용 콘택트렌즈에 도입시켜 기능성 콘택트렌즈 제작 및 물성비교를 진행하였다. Contact lenses, which were used along with glasses to correct the vision of ametropia, are now used as a tool for fashion and beauty, and contact lenses are widely worn regardless of gender or age group. However, many bacterial infectious diseases are also occurring, and the bacteria related to eye diseases are typically Escherichia coli, fungi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, etc., and these pathogenic bacteria cause ophthalmic diseases such as conjunctivitis, corneal ulcers, and so on. In this study, the antibacterial property of pyridine was introduced into hydrogel cosmetic contact lenses, and functional contact lenses were fabricated and their physical properties were compared.

This paper introduces the next-generation BMS IC, which applies a structure that enables faster battery condition measurement by changing the input part. For fast sensing, we applied individual ADCs and continuous error correction technology to improve the accuracy of ADCs after a long time. In order to apply functional safety that was not previously applied, the diagnostic function was further enhanced, and multi-chip failure detection was applied using bi-direction communication. In addition, periodic battery cell input diagnosis and internal circuit diagnosis methods were applied to satisfy functional safety. By internalizing OPD that can protect over-charging/over-discharge, the controller price can be reduced. This can contribute to improving the performance of the BMS system, key technology in the eco-friendly era.

In this paper, we present the development of BMS IC for improving diagnostic functions and battery cell management efficiency. The BMS IC improves battery cell management efficiency by using an individual channel ADC structure and a simultaneous cell balancing structure. Also it has strengthened the diagnostic functions through self-overcharge detection/protection and multi-chip fault detection using bidirectional communication. We have developed the BMS IC that contributes to the performance improvement of the battery management system, a key technology in the environment friendly era.

This paper describes an ultrasonic sensor which can measure the distance under the low voltage driving condition. The proposed sensor detects the distance by receiving and calculating reflected pulses based on the time of flight method. The measured results show 1.2m object can be detectable with ±20V driving without transformer. The side-effects caused by removing the transformers have been investigated and finally solved in various ways. Proposed sensor verification proves both circuit optimization and technology improvements satisfying production requirements.
