A computer vision system was built to generate images of a single, stationary egg. This system includes a CGD camera, a frame grabber, and incandescent back lighting system. Image processing algorithms were developed to inspect egg shell and to sort eggs. Those values of both gray level and area of dark spots in the egg image were used as criteria to detect holes in egg and those values of both area and roundness of dark spots in the egg image were used to detect cracks in egg. For a sample of 300 eggs, this system was able to correctly analyze an egg for the presence of a defect 97.5% of the time. The weights of eggs were found to be linear to both the projected area and the perimeter of eggs viewed from above. Those two values were used as criteria to sort eggs. The coefficients of determination(r$^2$) for the regression equations between weights and those two values were 0.967 and 0.972 in the two sets of experiment. Accuracies in grading were found to be 95.6% and 96.7% as compared with results from sizing by electronic weight scale.
살균제 Iprovalicarb 잔류물의 검출을 위한 효소 면역분석법

For a biosensor development, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of the fungicide iprovalicarb was developed by minimizing the processing time. The time for whole incubation process was reduced from 135 minutes to 15 minutes. The concentration of antibody was varied to improve sensitivity. The total processing time was reduced from 2.5 hours to 20 minutes, the final sensitivity (IC50 value) of 7.93 ng/mL and the lowest detection limit of 0.045 ng/mL were obtained. This ELISA was applied to potatoes and onions, and the recoveries were in the range of 98.85~101.20% and 87.97~102.70%, respectively. Accordingly, this method can be used as basis for a biosensor for rapid monitoring of iprovalicarb residues in crops.

This Study aims to demonstrate the influence economic polarization caused controversy appeared in postexilic time in the book of Job. In this paper, I investigated economic polarization in the postexilic time reflected in the conversation of friends and Job. The Book of Job describe about the poor social position and situation in peculiar historical context in the postexilic period. For the purpose of the study, I used sociological criticism as a tool interpreting the text. The Book of Job describes the nine kinds of underprivileged has occurred as a result of economic polarization. If this analysis is the use of terms such as the !Ayb.a,('ebhyôn/ poor), ynI['('ānî/ needy) and lD;(dal/ helpless) came to mean the poor as a whole. And in the Book of Job It's classified hn"m'l.a;(almānāh/ widows), ~Aty"(yāṯôm/ orphans), db,[,('āḇaḏ/ slave), hm'a'('āmâ/ female salve), rGE(gēr/ Alien), rykif'(s̍āḵîr/ day-laborer) by type of economic disadvantaged. Especially, the Book of Job shows how the ethical imperative for the poor was not adapted in postexilic society. Accordingly I have found demonstrated considerable different of view between Job and Job's friends conversation the with the regarding the attitudes for the weak and the poor. Job's friends diagnose economic polarization that was at the time it did not socially practice of the traditional Hebrew laws. So they are a logical Theory that is God punish the greed and exploitation of the nobility can not achieve social justice. They did not understand the real problems of the poor. Historically, in the postexilic period, the Judah society showed a great economic and societal gap between the poor people and nobles of vested interests. Job has also strongly criticized this social phenomenon. At the postexilic period, Judah was needed social reform in deepening of economic polarization. But Job was accepted as a practical problem for the survival of the poor economic polarization problem. And he has presented the social reformist elements for the people who descends into poverty due to economic exploitation. The Book of Job demonstrated how Job, the righteous noble, had diligently helped the poor. In fact, Job of reform practical show the authentic meaning of the protection for the poor. 이 연구논문은 포로후기 경제적 양극화 발생에 대한 논쟁을 욥기 안에서 증명하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 필자는 본 논문에서 욥과 친구들의 대화 속에서 포로후기에 나타난 경제적 양극화에 대하여 연구하였다. 욥기는 포로후기 시대에 독특한 역사적 맥락에서 가난한 자에 대하여 사회적 위치와 상황에 대해 설명하고 있다. 이에 필자는 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 사회학적 비평을 해석방법으로 사용하고자 한다. 욥기는 경제적 양극화의 결과를 아홉 가지 소회계층의 발생에 대하여 설명하고 있다. 이분석은 계층을 나타내는 !Ayb.a,(에비온/ poor), ynI['(아니/ needy)와 lD;(달/ helpless) 같은 총체적 가난을 의미하는 용어를 사용하고 있다. 그리고 욥기는 경제적으로 불이익을 당했던 계층으로 hn"m'l.a;(알마나/ widows), ~Aty"(야톰/ orphans), db,[,(에베드/ slave), hm'a'(아마/ female salve), rGE(게르/ Alien), rykif'(사키르/ day-laborer)로 분류하고 있다. 특히 욥기는 가난한자를 위한 윤리적 규범이 포로후기 사회에서 어떻게 적용되지 않았는지를 보여주고 있다. 따라서 필자는 욥기에서 약자와 가난한자들에 대한 태도에 대하여 욥과 친구들의 대화 속에서 상당히 다른 견해를 발견하였다. 욥의 친구들은 경제적 양극화를 진단하는데 있어서 전통적인 히브리 법전들의 사회적 실천에 대하여 적용하지 않았다. 그래서 그들은 하나님이 귀족들의 탐욕과 착취를 처벌한다는 논리적 이론으로 사회적의를 이루지 못하는 것이었다. 그들은 가난한자들의 현실 문제를 이해하지 못했다. 역사적으로, 포로후기에, 유다 사회는 가난한자들과 기득권의 귀족들 사이에 큰 경제적, 사회적 격차를 보였다. 욥도 강력하게 이러한 사회 현상을 비판했다. 포로후기 기간에, 유다는 경제적 양극화의 심화로 사회 개혁을 필요했다. 그러나 욥은 가난한자의 경제적 양극화 문제를 생존을 위한 실천적 문제로 받아 들였다. 그리고 그는 경제적 착취로 인해 빈곤에 처해 있는 자들을 위한 사회 개혁 요소를 제시하고 있다. 욥기는 욥과 같은 의로운 귀족들이 어떻게 가난한 자들을 부지런히 도왔는지 그 방법을 설명하고 있다. 사실, 욥의 실제적인 개혁은 가난한 사람들에 대한 보호의 진정한 의미를 보여주는 것이다.
