        원적외선 호밍 유도탄 시험을 위한 가상 해상 환경의 구현

        It is essential for generating the synthetic image to test and evaluate a guided missile system in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation. In order to make the evaluation results to be more reliable, the extent of fidelity and rendering performance of the synthetic image cannot be left ignored. There are numerous challenges to simulate the LWIR sensor signature of sea surface depending on the incident angle, especially in the maritime environment. In this paper, we investigate the key factors in determining the apparent temperature of sea surface and propose the approximate formula consisting of optical characteristics of sea surface and sky radiance. We find that the greater the incident angle increases, the larger the reflectivity of sea surface, and the greater the water vapor concentration in atmosphere increases, the larger the amount of sky radiance. On the basis of this information, we generate the virtual maritime environment in LWIR region using the SE-WORKBENCH, physically based rendering software. The margin of error is under seven percentage points.

      • 조혈모세포이식 환자의 이식단계별 수면장애 영향요인

        Purpose: The present study was to investigate sleep disturbance and related variables in patients undergoing hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT) on the day of admission, before HSCT, and of discharge, respectively. Method: A total of 52 HSCT patients were recruited from an university hospital from August 2002 to August 2003. The patients were asked to complete a set of sleep disturbance questionnaires. Result: The scores of sleep disturbance-related physical and emotional subscales on the day before HSCT and on the day of discharge were significantly higher than that on the day of admission. However, the score of a emotional subscale was not significantly different during the hospitalization for HSCT. About 10% of the variance of sleep disturbance was explained by the length after diagnosis on the day of admission, and 59.4% was by the type of disease, religion, gender, educational level on the day before HSCT. About 40.7% was by family income, gender, and the frequency of administration on the day of discharge. Conclusion: Nursing staffs should care for HSCT patients with more interest to reduce variables disturbing sleep. Especially, more careful nursing interventions have to be considered at the time of the day before HSCT and the time of discharge.

        라이프스타일 특성에 따른 오가닉 의류제품 구매경험과 구매의도

        본 연구의 목적은 미래의 가장 중요한 소비자계층으로 부상할 대학생을 대상으로 오가닉 의류제품의 구매경험과 라이프스타일에 따른 오가닉 의류제품 구매의도를 파악하고자 하였다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 인구통계적 특성에 따른 오가닉 의류제품 구매경험의 차이에서는 거주지역을 제외하고 성별, 연령, 관련전공, 용돈, 수입에서 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조사대상자인 대학생을 대상으로 라이프스타일 요인구조분석을 하였는데 “웰빙지향”, “변화추구”, “친 환경주의”, “유행혁신”, “보수안전”의 가치관으로 나뉘어졌다. 셋째, 오가닉 의류제품의 “구매경험” 및 “비구매경험”에 따라 라이프스타일 특성의 하위 차원인 “웰빙지향”, “변화추구”, “친환경주의”, “유행혁신”, “보수안전”에 차이가 있는지 알아보고 자 하였는데 “웰빙지향”, “변화추구형”, “친환경주의”, “유행혁신”은 오가닉 의류제품의 구매경험집단이 비구매 경험집단보 다 높게 나타났으며 모든 하위요인 집단들인 “웰빙지향”, “변화추구”, “친환경주의”, “유행혁신”, “보수안전”이 오가닉 의류 제품 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. This study aims to examine the college students experience and intention to purchase organic clothes according to their lifestyle as the most promising consumer class in future. First, it was found that their experience to purchase organic clothes according to the subjects demographic characteristics showed significant differences in the categories of gender, age, related major, pocket money and income from except their residential areas. Second, factor structure analysis of their lifestyles was conducted and the factors analyzed were divided into “well-being orientation”, “pursuit of changes”, “eco-friendly view”, “trend innovation”, and “conservative security”. Third, the present study examined differences in sub-dimensions of lifestyle characteristics such as “well-being orientation”, “pursuit of changes”, “eco-friendly view”, “trend innovation”, and “conservative security” depending on their experience or non-experience to purchase organic clothes and found that “well-being orientation”, “pursuit of changes”, “eco-friendly view”, and “trend innovation” were higher in the group with experience to purchase organic clothes than in that with non-experience and it was known that all sub-factor groups including “well-being orientation”, “pursuit of changes”, “eco-friendly view”, “trend innovation”, and “conservative security” had a significant influence on intnetion to purchase organic clothes.

        동대문(東大門) 의류시장(衣類市場)의 설립년도(設立年度)와 판매방식(販賣方式)의 차이(差異)에 따른 전자상거래(電子商去來) 현황(現況)

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the present state of e-business according to the establishment year and the sales approach of Dongdaemun clothing market and to present problems according to e-business activation of it and its developmental direction. The subjects for this study were selected out of Dongdaemun clothing markets being considered as more fashion-oriented markets and were divided into two categories both according to the establishment year and according to the sales approach. As a result, Dongdaemun clothing markets are mainly divided into traditional wholesale market, eastern wholesale & retail market, and western retail market and having dealings with each other according to the market`s characteristics. The utility percentage of on-line e-business according to the establishment year and the sales approach showed that traditional wholesale market was 42%, eastern wholesale & retail market 0.75%, and western retail market 11%. This result indicated that the utility percentage of traditional wholesale market showed much higher than eastern wholesale & retail market and western retail market. This would be because the structural characteristics of clothing market delayed the utility of e-business. For the problems on the utility of on-line e-business through counselling, traditional wholesale market showed much higher than wholesale & retail market and retail market because it had little problems on design imitation in retail market due to export by order and mass production. The problems of low utility of on-line e-business in Dongdaemun clothing market would result from well-timed on-line update according to rapid goods cycle, constant satisfaction for additional order, standardization of size and quality, and inexpensive internet purchase despite of express expense.

        대학생의 오가닉 의류제품에 대한 구매행동과 인지도의 차이

        본 연구에서는 대학생들의 오가닉 의류제품에 대한 구매행동과 인지태도를 알아보고자 하였으며 오가닉 의류제품에 대한 구매경험 여부를 살펴보면 오가닉 의류제품 여성용품-생리대를 가장 많이 구입했으며 구매횟수에 대해서는 1회 구입이 가장 많았고 대학생의 구매이유는 ‘나의 건강을 위해’라는 대답이 가장 많았으며 비구매 이유는 ‘오가닉 의류제품에 대해 잘 몰라서’가 가장 많았다. 대학생들의 오가닉 의류제품 인지태도의 요인분석에서는 “고품질인지”, “매력성”, “건강효용성” 등 3항목으로 나뉘었으며 오가닉 의류제품 구매경험 집단과 비구매집단의 오가닉 의류제품에 대한 인지태도의 차이는 “건강 효용성”에서 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있어 구매경험이 없는 집단보다 “건강효용성”이 높게 나타났다. 또한 조사대상자의 특 성과 오가닉 의류제품에 대한 인지태도 차이에서는 성별, 연령, 관련전공 항목에서 “건강효용성”에서 유의한 차이를 보였으 며 거주지역에서는 “고품질 인지성”과 “건강효용성”에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. This study aims to examine and analyze consumers’ perception level and purchase behavior of organic clothing goods with . According to their purchase experience of organic clothing goods, it was found that organic textile products for women like sanitary pad were most and purchase frequency of organic clothing goods was mostly once. Among reasons to purchase organic clothing goods, ‘for my health’ was most. Non-purchase reason was mostly ‘I don’t know what organic goods are’. Therefore, there were significant awareness differences of organic clothing goods in “health efficiency” between the purchasing group and the non-purchasing group. In addition, there were significant awareness differences of demographic characteristics and organic clothing goods in sex, age, and “health efficiency” of related major items and in “high quality recognition” and “health efficiency” of residential areas.

        선박용 연료전지 시스템을 위한 대전류 전력변환기 개발

        Several basic components of the fuel cell system for ships include a fuel cell stack, a power conversion system, a battery, and a control device. Polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) is considered the most important component in this system as it has a variety of advantages such as high-power density, fast response speed, and low operating temperature. However, a stable, high-efficiency boost converter must be manufactured to utilize it as a power source for ships due to several drawbacks like low voltage and a wide range of fluctuation and high currents. This paper aims to study the design and implementation of a high-current power conversion system utilizing an insulated resonance converter for the fuel cell system for ships. The proposed power converter in this study consists of a two-stage conversion structure, which incorporates a two-phase interleaved boost converter and a series resonance converter(SRC). The performance of the structure is verified by testing a 30 kW class unit module manufactured.

        인터넷쇼핑몰에 대(對)한 만족도(滿足度)와 의류제품구매의도(衣類製品購買意圖)의 차이(差異) -의상전공(衣裳專攻)과 비전공(非專攻) 대학생(大學生)의 비교(比較)-

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of the general characteristics of subjects, the utilizing realities and the degree of satisfaction in the shopping mall and purchasing intention between group Ⅰ that specializes in fashion design and group Ⅱ that doesn`t specialize in it. The results are summarized as the following six aspects. First, as a result of the general characteristics of subjects and the utilizing realities, the most different variables were the visiting frequency and the goods purchasing frequency. The result indicated that group Ⅱ took more interests than group Ⅰ. Second, as a result of the degree of satisfaction according to the factors of the general characteristics of subjects and the utilizing realities in the shopping mall, both group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ showed high degree of satisfaction in factor 1 (variety of event) whereas both groups showed relatively low degree of satisfaction in factor 3 (variety of goods). Third, as a result of the degree of satisfaction according to the general characteristics of subjects and the utilizing realities, group Ⅰ showed significant differences in the degree of satisfaction according to a monthly allowance of pocket money and goods purchasing frequency and group Ⅱ showed significant differences in the degree of satisfaction according to grade, the utilizing reason, goods purchasing frequency. Fourth, as a result of purchasing intention of fashion goods according to the general characteristics of subjects and the utilizing realities, group Ⅰ showed the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods in group that the terms of payment was on-line payment than group that they was credit card. On the other hand, group Ⅱ showed a significant difference in grade, which showed that group that was above third grade had the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods than group that was under third grade. Fifth, as a result of purchasing intention of fashion goods according to the degree of satisfaction, group Ⅰ showed significant differences in factor 1 and factor 3 among the degree of satisfaction. In other words, group that had high degree of satisfaction in factor 1 showed the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods than other groups and group that had medium degree of satisfaction in factor 3 showed the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods than other groups. In group Ⅱ, on the other hands, group that had high total degree of satisfaction showed the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods than other groups. Sixth, as a result of relative influencing power of independent variable with respect to purchasing intention of fashion goods in group Ⅰ, the higher degree of satisfaction in factor 1 and the lower degree of satisfaction in factor 3 showed, the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods showed. As a result of relative influencing power of independent variable in group Ⅱ, however, the higher grade and the higher degree of satisfaction in factor 1 showed, the higher purchasing intention of fashion goods showed.

        녹차 효소 처리 다당의 화학적 특성 및 면역증진 활성

        녹차 성숙잎으로부터 새로운 면역 활성 다당 소재를 개발할 목적으로 녹차잎을 pectinase로 처리하여 조다당 GTE-0을 분리하고 이들의 면역증진 활성과 화학적 특성에 대해 조사하였다. GTE-0은 중성당 54.9%, 산성당 45.1%로 이루어져 있었으며, 구성당 분석 결과 주로 glucose(14.2%), arabinose(12.2%), rhamnose(11.1%) 및 galactose(7.3%)로 구성되어 있었다. 한편 GTE-0은 비특이적 면역계에 있어 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 보체계에 대하여 양성대조군 PSK에 준하는 우수한 활성이 농도 의존적으로 나타났다. 또한 GTE-0을 처리하고 검경 시 형태적으로 구분이 가능한 활성화된 대식세포의 숫자가 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 대식 세포의 NO, ROS 및 H₂O₂ 생산에 미치는 GTE-0의 효과를 검토한 결과 ROS와 H₂O₂는 모두 농도 의존적으로 생산량을 증가시키는 우수한 활성을 나타낸 반면, NO의 생산능은 1,000 mg/mL의 고농도에서보다 오히려 100 mg/mL의 저농도에서 더 우수한 활성을 나타내었다. 또한 GTE-0으로 자극한 대식세포는 무처리 대조군에 비해 IL-6, IL-12 및 TNF-α와 같은 다양한 cytokine들의 생산이 농도 의존적으로 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 대식세포의 식작용 활성을 측정한 결과 무처리 대조군에 비해 GTE-0 100 mg/mL 농도 이상 처리하였을 때 우수한 활성을 나타내었다. 또한 활성화된 대식세포의 YAC-1 종양세포주에 대한 치사 활성을 ex vivo로 측정한 결과 100 mg/mL의 농도에서 무처리군 대비 유의적으로 높은 치사 활성을 보였다. 이상의 결과로부터 녹차 성숙잎으로부터 분리된 효소 처리 조다당 GTE-0은 강력한 면역 활성 증진 효과를 갖고 있음을 결론지을 수 있었다. In order to develop new immuno-stimulating ingredients from mature leaves of green tea, crude polysaccharides were isolated from pectinase digests of tea leaves (green tea enzyme digestion, GTE-0), after which their immuno-stimulating activities and chemical properties were examined. GTE-0 mainly contained neutral sugars (54.9%) such as glucose (14.2%), arabinose (12.2%), rhamnose (11.1%), and galacturonic acid (45.1%), which are characteristic of pectic polysaccharides. The anti-complementary activity of GTE-0 was similar to that of polysaccharide K (used as positive control). Number of morphologically activated macrophages was significantly increased in the GTE-0-treated group. GTE-0 significantly augmented H₂O₂ and reactive oxygen species production by murine peritoneal macrophage cells in a dose-dependent manner, whereas production of nitric oxide showed the highest activity at a dose of 100 μg/mL among all tested concentrations. Murine peritoneal macrophages stimulated with GTE-0 showed enhanced production of various cytokines such as interleukin (IL)-6, IL-12, and tumor necrosis factors-α in a dose-dependent manner. Further, GTE-0 induced higher phagocytic activity in a dose-dependent manner. In ex vivo assay for cytolytic activity of murine peritoneal macrophages, GTE-0-treated group showed significantly higher activity compared to the untreated group at an effector-to-target cell ratio of 20. The above results lead us to conclude that polysaccharides from leaves of green tea have a potent immuno-stimulating effect on murine peritoneal macrophage cells.

        C2C 재능마켓 플랫폼의 고객 경험 가치 분석 및 서비스디자인 전략 제안 연구 - 카노 모델 및 서비스 블루 프린트를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 재능마켓을 통해 프리랜서와 클라이언트 간의 재능 거래 시장이 성장하는 상황에서 사용자 그룹 간의 상호작용으로 발생하는 고객 여정과 경험 가치 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 설계를 위한 파일럿 인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 재능마켓 플랫폼의 서비스 블루 프린트 및 경험 가치 측정 요소를 제시하였다. 또한, 실증 연구를 위하여 154명을 대상으로 만족도 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 이 결과를 카노모델 분석 및 고객 만족 계수 분석으로 해석하여 재능마켓 플랫폼의 고객경험 향상을 위한 서비스 블루 프린트 및 개선 방향성을 제안하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재능마켓 플랫폼의 고객은 경험 가치에 있어 경제적 편익을 취득하는 경험을 가장 중요시 여긴다. 둘째, 재능마켓 서비스 개선에 있어 특정 가치에 대한 강화보다 사용자 군에 차이가 발생하는 여정을 개선하는 것이 유효하다. 셋째, 재능마켓 사용자 군의 이해관계가 달라지는 지점에 대한 플랫폼의 인식과 개선이 중요하다. 본 연구는 사용자 그룹의 상호작용과 여정에 대한 복합적인 조사를 시행함으로써 C2C 플랫폼 사용자 경험을 개선하는 것에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 고객 경험과 서비스디자인 방법론의 융합적 연구로 재능마켓 고객 경험 향상을 위한 방안을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to improve the customer experience of users in a growing talent market, where freelancers and clients actively exchange their skillsets. Based on this, a pilot interview and a survey of 154 people was conducted to analyze customer experience and devise a service blueprint and strategical direction that would enhance the talent market platform. The results are as follows. First, users derive value from economic benefits. Second, improving the process is more significant than strengthening a specific value in the service. Third, mitigate points of conflicts of interests between user groups. The study, while referring to the service design methodology, undergoes comprehensive research on customer experience and interaction. In this way, the study can serve as basic material for improving the C2C platform user experience and is meaningful in that it suggests ways to enhance the customer experience in the talent market.
