Ziel der vorliegenden Studie ist es, einen Kulturunterricht zu entwerfen, interkulturellen Kompetenzen für effektive Kommunikation zwischen den anderen Kulturen entwickeltn kann. Im Interkulturellen Unterricht soll die Fähigkeit entwickelt werden, “andere Kulturen zu verstehen und individuelle Kreativität zu entwickeln“ sowie “Weltbürgerschaft zu pflegen und ein richtiges Verständnis und eine offene Haltung gegenüber der deutschsprachigen Kultur zu haben“. Diese beiden Erziehungsrichtungen sind wichtig. Kultur sollte nicht nur Wissen vermitteln, sondern gleichzeitig sollten auch kulturinterne Faktoren gelehrt werden, die von Menschen, welche in eben dieser Kultur leben, geteilt weren. Zunächst wurden die in der Kulturdimensionstheorie von Hofstede identifizierten kulturellen Besonderheiten jedes Landes vorgestellt und die Standardisierungsarbeit der deutschen Kultur untersucht, um eine vergleichbare Perspektive auf andere Kulturen und die eigene Kultur zu erhalten. Zudem wurde die im deutschen Werbevideo “Entdecken Sie Deutschand“ gezeigte kulturelle Typizität aus der Perspektive des Kulturdimensionismus interpretiert. Schließlich wird ein Kulturunterricht vorgeschlagen, der kognitive und affektive Dimensionen integriert, damit die Lernenden kulturelle Kompetenzen wie Verstehenskompetenzen, Kommunikationskompetenzen und Verhaltenskompetenzen entwickeln können.

VANET 환경에서 교차로간 연결성을고려한 RSU 배치 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 자동차 애드 혹 네트워크 환경(VANET)에서 교통 정보 전송, 수집 및 분석을 위한 필수기반 요소인 RSU(Roadside Unit)의 효율적인 배치 알고리즘을 제안한다. 모든 교차로를 커버할 수 있으면서, 네트워크 연결성이 최대가 되도록 RSU를 배치하는 것이 목적으로, 교차로의 우선 순위와 RSU 균등 배치를 고려하여 모든 교차로를 커버할 수 있는 최소한의 초기 RSU 후보지를 선정한 다음, 교차로간 정보 전송율을 나타내는 교차로간 연결성을 고려하여 제거 가능한 후보지를 제거함으로써, RSU의 개수를 최소화한다. 서울시 서초구 및 중구/종로구 지역의 도로 정보 및 실제 교통 정보를 활용하여 제안한 알고리즘의 효율성 및 성능을 평가한다. In this paper we propose an efficient RSU (Roadside Unit) allocation strategy in VANET (Vehicular Ad-hoc Network), which can cover entire intersections on the road by maximizing the VANET connectivity. We firstly find initial RSU candidates distributed evenly based on the concept of intersection priority. Then, we minimize the number of RSUs by removing some of the initial RSU candidates according to the intersection connectivity showing the communicational connectivity between any two intersections. Finally, we analyze the simulated performances of our algorithms using with real roadmaps and traffic data of SeochoGu and JungGu/JongroGu areas in Seoul.

Do Successful Jacks Make a Successful Team? Members’ Functional Experience and Team Performance

본 연구는 팀 구성원의 경력(직무경험) 특성이 팀 성과에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보는 것을 주요한 목적으로 한다. 팀을 구성하는 개별 구성원들의 경험특성이 집단 성과에 갖는 영향력에 대한 논의는 그동안 학계 및 기업 현장에서 오랜 관심의 대상이었음에도 불구하고, 관련 이론적 논의 및 실증적 검증은 아직 충분히 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제의식에 대한 나름의 해답 및 실증적 근거를 제시하기 위하여, 먼저 팀 구성원의 직무경험 다양성(경험의 범위, 넓이)이 팀 성과에 미치는 영향력을 비선형적 관계(역 U자 형태)로 설정하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 개인의 경험특성으로 경험의 넓이(다양성) 뿐 아니라 경험의 질(성공경험)을 함께 고려하여, 직무경험 다양성과 팀 성과 간 비선형적 관계가 경험의 질에 의해 어떻게 조절되는지에 대한 이론적, 실증적 검증 역시 수행하였다. 실증검증을 위해 2015년 미국 할리우드에서 개봉한 장편영화 200편과 해당 작업을 수행한 주연배우의 경력 데이터를 수집하여 이를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 본 연구의 가설에서 제안한 바와 같이, 팀 구성원의 경험다양성과 팀 성과 간 역U자 형태의 비선형 관계가 존재함을 확인하였다. 또한 이러한 비선형 관계는 팀 구성원의 성공경험 수준이 높을 때 더 명확하게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Applying the new conceptualization of intrapersonal functional diversity, this study explores the link between team’s functional breadth (i.e., team members’ aggregate breadth of functional experience) and team performance. Considering that team members’ aggregate functional breadth brings cognitive and motivational advantages as well as cognitive and relational difficulties, we predicted a curvilinear relationship that is contingent on the level of aggregate functional breadth. We further examined the interaction effects between team members’ aggregate breadth and success of functional experience on team performance. Our hypotheses were tested in the setting of Hollywood feature film industry using a large-scale, lifetime functional experience dataset of 897 main cast actors and actresses who participated in 200 films released in the year of 2015. Our analyses revealed that there indeed exists an inverted U-shaped relationship between main cast members’ aggregate job breadth and box office revenue. Consistent with our expectation, the main effect relationship was moderated by main cast members’ aggregate job success, such that the inverted U-shape became more apparent under a high level of aggregate job success.

한방병원에 내원한 척추측만증 환자의 특성에 대한 후향적 연구

Objectives This study was conducted to characterize scoliosis patients visiting Korean medicine hospital and to analyze the demands and factors affecting discomfort. Methods This retrospective study analyzed 33 scoliosis patients who visited Korean medicine hospital from March, 2021 to October, 2021. The data analysis consisted of three factors: (1) demographic characteristics, (2) characteristics of demands on Korean medicine (reasons for choosing Korean medical treatment, preferred treatment methods, most uncomfortable part, treatment priorities) and (3) discomfort factors (treatment experiences, diagnosed age and Cobb's angle). Statistical analyses were performed and a p-value≤0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results 43.75% of the patients chose ‘effectiveness’ for the reason why they preferred Korean medicine treatment. ‘Chuna treatment’ was the most preferred treatment method. The patients chose ‘lower back’ for the most uncomfortable part and ‘pain’ for the highest priority of improvement. The Cobb's angle of included patients was 16.02±7.65° and it is not much differ to average of Cobb's angle in Korean. Discomfort was more severe in the patients with treatment-experienced than treatment- naive. The score of discomfort in appearance and psychological were higher in the patients diagnosed in childhood or adolescent period than who were diagnosed after adult. Classification based on Cobb's angle showed no statistical difference. Conclusions Not only Cobb's angle but also other clinical factors should be considered for effective treatment in scoliosis. Also, It is necessary to pay attention to adult scoliosis patients. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2022;32(1):63-72)

공유경제 서비스 사용에 영향을 미치는 사용자의 내외적 요인과 이익의 조절효과

제한된 자원으로 인해 전세계 여러 곳 여러 산업에서 자원 절감과 공유에 대한 인식이 높아지고 있다. 이에 개인이나 기업이 특정 자원(예, 복사기, 자동차, 빈방, 책 등.)의 소유로 부터 발생 되는 비용을 절감하고, 환경을 보호하기 위해 이미 존재하는 다양한 자원공유에 대한 관심이 매우 높다. 이에 본 연구는 공유경제 서비스의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보기 위해 자기 결정 이론과 통합 기술수용모델을 바탕으로 연구모델을 제안하였다. 실증분석을 위해 392부의 설문 응답을 회수하였으며 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기 기술 적합성과 신뢰는 공유경제 서비스 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 더 큰 시장 접근성과 환경 친화성은 공유경제 서비스 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 공유경제 서비스 사용의도는 공유경제 서비스 사용에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 이익은 공유경제 서비스 사용의도와 공유경제 서비스 사용 간의 관계를 강화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 연과는 공유경제에 대한 이론적 프레임워크를 제공하고 공유경제를 사용하는 개인의 행동을 이해하는데 중요한 정보를 제공할 것이다. This study proposed a research model based on self-determination theory and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology to explain the factors influencing intention to use sharing economy services. A total of 392 responses were collected, and structural equation analysis was performed with AMOS 22.0. The results are summarized as follows. First, self-technological aptness and trust had a positive effect on intention to use sharing economy services. Second, access bigger market and environmental friendliness had a positive effect on intention to use sharing economy services. Third, intention to use sharing economy services had a positive effect on actual usage of sharing economy services. Finally, benefits was found to strengthen the relationship between intention to use sharing economy services and actual usage of sharing economy services. The findings of this study would provide a theoretical framework for sharing economy services and important information for understanding individuals using the sharing economy services.
