Maritime monitoring requirements have been beyond human operators capabilities due to the broadness of the coverage area and the variety of monitoring activities, e.g. illegal migration, or security threats by foreign warships. Abnormal vessel movement can be defined as an unreasonable movement deviation from the usual trajectory, speed, or other traffic parameters. Detection of the abnormal vessel movement requires the operators not only to pay short-term attention but also to have long-term trajectory trace ability. Recent advances in deep learning have shown the potential of deep learning techniques to discover hidden and more complex relations that often lie in low dimensional latent spaces. In this paper, we propose a deep autoencoder-based clustering model for automatic detection of vessel movement anomaly to assist monitoring operators to take actions on the vessel for more investigation. We first generate gridded trajectory images by mapping the raw vessel trajectories into two dimensional matrix. Based on the gridded image input, we test the proposed model along with the other deep autoencoder-based models for the abnormal trajectory data generated through rotation and speed variation from normal trajectories. We show that the proposed model improves detection accuracy for the generated abnormal trajectories compared to the other models.
전술데이터링크 환경에서 암호화 기법을 이용한 논리적 서브넷 구성기법

TDL provides common situation awareness and simultaneous decision making power through real-time and near real-time information sharing to all warfighters. Accordingly, The ROK forces, which have to carry out various operational missions, make various efforts to acquire TDL for joint and combined operations in various weapons systems such as command post, ship, airplane, tanks, and etc. However, it takes a lot of money to acquire such ability. Accordingly, there is a need for an alternative for minimizing the cost increase and improving the TDL operation capability in the existing operation. In this paper, we propose an alternative method to expand the TDL through logical subnet configuration using ARIA encryption technology instead of adding individual network through the acquisition of new equipment. The proposed logical subnet configuration method shows that various logical subnets can be configured for each group on the TDL sharing information in the existing broadcast network. Through the system implementation, we confirmed the validity and feasibility of the technique. In the future, based on this paper, it is expected that further study on the ROK TDL subnet operation method and the performance improvement of each weapon system platform. Through these studies, we hope to contribute to the improvement of ROK military mission performance and economic military operation.
레이더 기반 선박충돌사고 데이터를 이용한 물표 추출에 관한 연구

선박충돌사고를 재현하고 분석하기 위해서는 레이더 기반 선박충돌사고 데이터에서 물표 정보를 정확하게 확보하는 것이 매우중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구에서는 HSV 색공간과 OpenCV 라이브러리를 이용하여 물표 정보를 추출하는 방법을 분석하였고, 실제 상황에적용한 프로그램도 개발하였다.
