골프클럽 브랜드 글로벌성이 지각된 브랜드품질 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the causal relationships between golf-club brand globalness, brand quality, and consumer loyalty and the moderating effects of consumer ethnocentrism on the relationship between brand globalness and consumer loyalty. In order to achieve the current research purposes, we collected a total of 497(99.9%) questionnaires from five golf shooting ranges located in KyongGi and Seoul areas by using a convenient sampling method. Several statistical analyses including a descriptive analysis, a confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α test, Pearson’s correlation analysis, a structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis, and a multiple group analysis were performed. The followings are the results of the current study. First, the path coefficient between brand globanless and perceived brand quality was found to be statistically significant(t=8.090, p<.001). Second, the path coefficient between brand globalness and customer loyalty was found to be statistically significant(=t 3.277, p<.001). Third, the path coefficient between perceived brand quality and consumer loyalty was found to be statistically significant(t=5.105, p<.001). Lastly, the moderating effect of golf consumer ethnocentrism on the relationship between brand globalness and customer loyalty was found to be statistically significant(Δχ²=6.280>χ².05(1)=3.840). Results of this study is expected to provide golf-club brand managers with managerial implications on strategic brand marketing approach to global brand image enhancement with consumer ethnocentrism.

In this paper, we composed utility interactive photovoltaic generation system of CUITent source inverter, and controlled that low harmonic and high power factor are hold py supposing control and compensation method which is concerned with synchronous signal distortion and modulation delay.<br/> And we put parallel resonant circuit into dc link, so, magnitude of direct reactance was reduce by restraining direct cuitent pulsation which had accumulation of pulsating power in alternating electrolytic condenser. Also we controlled that modulation factor is operated around maximum output of solar cell.

정부의 위기 대응에 관한 연구: 위기 커뮤니케이션 대응 전략을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 "구제역 사건"과 "천안함 폭침사건"을 사례로 정부가 위기상황에서 어떤 커뮤니케이션 전략을 사용하였고, 국민의 인식에는 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지 살펴봄으로써 효과적인 위기대응을 위한 위기 커뮤니케이션 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 정부의 이미지 회복 전략을 비교 분석한 결과, ``구제역 사건``에서 정부는 방어적인 전략과 수용적인 전략을 동시에 사용하여 조직 피해를 최소한으로 줄이고자 하였음에 비해 ``천안함 폭침사건``에서 국방부는 방어적인 전략 위주로 위기유형과 책임수준에 따른위기 커뮤니케이션 전략을 상황에 맞게 사용할 필요가 있었다. 언론에 반영된 정부의 전략은 높은 책임성과 초기대응 실패로 인해 위기단계별로 전개 및 절정단계에 다수 반영되었으며, 언론사별로 정부가 의도한 것과는 다른 프레임의 관점을 알 수 있었다. 전체적으로 정부의 이미지 회복 전략의 특징은 초기 대응의 부실로 책임성과 위기상황에 적합하며 체계적인 위기커뮤니케이션 전략을 사용하지 못한 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 또한, 이러한 정부의 이미지 회복 전략은 언론 보도와 여론 변화를 고려할 때, 수용자인 국민의 위기 인식과 정부신뢰에도 영향을 주었음을 확인할 수 있었다. This brief proposes new communication strategies for handling crisis events effectively. When investigating current communication strategies used in government organization`` crisis situations, we must examine the effects on people``s awareness and trust in the government. For the purpose of this study, our focus is centered on foot-and-mouth disease and ROKN frigate Cheonan sinking incident. We analyzed the crisis communication strategies the government employed and their image restoration strategy through the information reflected in the media. As a result of confirming how the government``s image restoration strategy was reflected due to the organization``s high responsibility by national crisis and the failure of the initial response. the government``s image restoration strategy in each step was concentrically used in the development and climax steps. Therefore, the initial response also appeared to require a continuous image restoration strategy in each crisis step. The flow of the main image restoration strategy by crisis step is slightly different from the government and each newspaper. In summary, the government``s image restoration strategy appeared prominently in the two cases was not to use the organization``s accountability and the crisis communication strategy suitable for a crisis condition. Therefore, it was considered the government didn``t use systematic image restoration strategy due to the lack of the initial response. In addition, it was confirmed this government``s image restoration strategy affected the crisis awareness of the people who were affected and their trust in the government.

In this paper proposed to neural network PI self-tuning direct controller using Error back propagation algorithm. Proposed controller applies to speed controller and current controller. Also, this built up the interface environment to drive it simply and exactly in any kind of reference, environment fluent and parameter transaction of PMSM. Neural network PI self-tuning simulator using Visual C++ and Matlab Simulation is organized to construct this environment, Built up interface has it's own purpose that even the user who don't have the accurate knowledge of Neural network can embody operation characteristic rapidly and easily.

Farewell topic, which is based on the most universal emotion of human has been with a human history and we have argued it as one of the most important topics. Therefore, to say nothing of East and West, works which express separation as material have been created in several forms, studied in all areas of literature, the jobs creation and studying will be continued in the future. In the study, to prove real facts of Korean classic farewell poems, I divided an aspect of emotional expression in farewell poems into two types; the emotional cause and emotional expression. The researched results follow here. According to study on the types of emotional cause, farewell poems reveal the destruction of tranquility by loss of destroying tranquility when something is removed from peaceful condition as well as the destruction of surplus tranquility by pursuing or asking something additionally. According to the study on the types of emotional expression, farewell poems reveal sadness based on internal monologue or sigh as well as desire including wish and hate that derived from grudge, acceptance of separation by using the expression " can't forget(못니져 하노라)" or "두어라" and attachment of internal decision or expression of speaker's will through "리라 of 노라". This study is helpful to proving tradition and characteristics of classic farewell poems. Moreover this study makes the chance of research relating classic ones with modern farewell poems, and this will leave as an assignment studied.
